That is possible....remember, at that time the company was 're-emerging' ,i.e., getting current to return to the pinks, so that April 25 date was after when it was due.....

Currently, the fiscal year for KMAG ends in 10 days which makes March 15 the day we could expect the annual (audited from the bits we've heard from JR) for them to be on time.....not to say we couldn't hear other news at any time (new MM or whatever)...

Personally, I'd like to see a PR update, but I understand that JR may have decided (or been advised by attys) to wait until completion of specific events before re-emerging again - and this next time, I certainly expect a full-court press with the express intent of quickly getting to the previously stated goal of the QX (i.e., quickly getting to .10 +)

Considering that last years unaudited annual came out on the 25 of april,.we are in for a quiet period I'd guess.
