I spoke to michael earlier, he said no news because SEC regulators wont allow them to say anything. He said he thinks we should be informed but his opinion dont mean squat if its not allowed by SEC. So take it how you want, not quite sure how i am takin it yet.

yes I am gonna do it, i have been in long before first casino, lost lots of money, would like it back. So the plan is to restrict all my shares i have now to increase my postion for free. Then I am gonna buy more free trading shares to play with in case we get a run. They have done everything we as investors could ask them to do as management. So i have faith and i hope i am not the only one.

first off, its not stupid questions they need to answer, They just ned to explain what the hell is going on, we own fund.com as a whole so therefore they need to let us know what is happenening. second, michael is called out by the company as their investor relations person, so he should be answering investor questions. if the court finds that there is reason to go forward due to discrepancies, that is huge for us, IT PROVES WE WERE NOT JUST FULL OF S#*t. I think pps will rise just due to the fact that there is discrepancies which puts us more in the money then that POS POR.

my etrade account says the ticker went back to FNDM, but it shows $-0- balance, not too happy about that, it better be corrected by morning. but that must mean they took care of their issues, expect a PR tomorrow
