David, we know about the $25m-$30m from past sales. Do we know about fees going forward?
Yep, I don't recall ever hearing Ranger comment on reverse "orenos".
At least the last year was a good performance for the stock and it could edge up slowly if the market doesn't continue to drift downward. IMO
It's just that some here that hope for $80 or $100 dollars in the near term is ridiculous. It ain't happening
Aaaah, still holding a grudge because you missed the Samsung run-up, eh? Bitterness is a very poor personality trait....especially in the investing community. JMO
You feed them beans and sliders......they won't be able to stand being in the same room together :)
Fish, I disagree with your menu. I say feed them baked beans and White Castle sliders, lol.
Bob, not to worry. For all we know Bill is buying a granddaughter a Corvette for graduation gift. JMO
I'll be sure to save #500,000 for you, Jeffree. Btw, I also posted the highly coveted 399,999th post, hehe!
Let's hope someone asks about a stock split at the ASM. Hey, just noticed that I posted the 400,000th post. How bout that?
I would be in favor of a split.
Well, you have posted here but that's ok. And yes congrats to us....hopefully something good is about to happen.
Buying a block that size shows some kind of confidence. JMHO
Jist, was that you buying at/near the close?
Very nice close. Almost like someone knows something.
Nice pop near the close. Anybody know why?
Nope, you must be crazy to be invested in a stock and NOT see the potential to reach $80 in the next few weeks....especially with arbs and rulings due any day now. If you're truly long IDCC, your posts are slanted in the wrong direction. JMO
Dammit OldDog, that seems like a long time to wait, but so goes IDCC. Is there a chance for settlement to remediate this forever endless sea of hearings?
Hey Jist, you jist might want to stay indoors as you may be struck by lightening if you wander outdoors. JMO
Hey Sons, if I interpret that brief correctly it seems NOK/MSFT have their boob in a ringer. It appears that the delay tactics becoming too obvious. JMO
If you believe what you jist posted then surely you'd be able to find many other better stocks.....why stay in IDCC?
The only reason they currently control/keep a lid on the stock price is because they know that the legal system will keep a lid on Interdigital Revenues.
Now, that right there is an extreme level of confidence from a share holder. JMO :)
So.......explain!
Jim, with your connections maybe you could enlighten us. Thanks!
Yep, some here jist have no respect. Put me down for ditto. JMO
Paul, Nokia has been saying that for the last dozen years. Funny...they sure aren't bashful about getting higher fees for their patents. JMO
If memory serves, OldDog had to correct you. Would you have posted that if your political views were the opposite? Doubtful IMO.
Hopefully IDCC will offer several worthy arb decisions, legal victories or settlements soon to make moot of this bill.
Dzr, I type this with respect as you're dealing with your son entering the Air Force. Please thank him for his service. IMO, you purposely inject politics into many of your posts. As much as I respect your sons service, I would prefer if the mods would delete any of your politically tainted posts. This is a stock forum that discusses IDCC affairs, not a forum for you to inject your ideology. I'm sure you'll understand.
Maybe I'm wrong but me thinks this will be precedence for a worldwide PLA. Hauwei arb will determine a basis for future licenses. Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.
David, do you have a WAG as to what this number is? TIa
Yep, after some research I realized that this pro/anti inventor issue is definitely bipartisan so everyone has to do some research on their own local or state reps.
After signing the "Save The Inventor" petition my senator sent me the follow so we can follow HR 9 on the floor in Congress. Hope this link works. If not, may have to cut & paste.

Another plus would be if shareholders continued to receive 20 cent dividend, yes?
I guess I thought that stocks with many, many more outstanding shares like FB that trade 20 million shares per day would be more difficult for the options crowd to manipulate. I've seen IDCC go up or down a buck on very little volume, but the only time I've seen Facebook fluctuate that much is on good or bad news with millions of shares trading. Good chance I'm wrong in my thinking.....wouldn't be the first time. Btw, not in any way trying to compare IDCC to FB as they are about 110 times bigger. JMO
Thanks Jim. IMO, I don't see any reason not to split the stock especially after some expected news on the arbitrations and legal decisions forthcoming. It might be more difficult to manipulate the shareprice with a bigger float.
Jim, is this jist a hunch/gut feeling or have you heard this through the grapevine? Tia
Well said....compared to my blunt and jist simplistic reply, lol.
Jist pay attention....it doesn't cost much. You've been told numerous times that Merritt doesn't control the time-lines of legal battles or arbitrations. Your constant whining isn't going to speed up the process. If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. JMO
Okay, something's up, no?
Yes, the share price :)
I'm in. Thanks Loop.
Yes, this is your second response to a post I already replied to. I've stated many times that my base cost is about $17 so I have no regrets. IIRC, I wished you good luck. Please show me otherwise. And I disagree with you.....me thinks there are more longs here on this forum then day traders such as yourself. JMO
This may have been posted already, but just in case there's a webcast tomorrow with B. Riley & Co. Investors.
