It wouldn't matter if ozzy or alice cooper was promoting this-the product is great and very timely The celebrity endorsement is just to get it in the public view in a big way. How could any one not want this to succeed? I wish there was a software that could so easily stop drinking and driving. The gov't would make it mandatory, and the insurance companies, and any one not supporting it would just be wrong. This anti-texting software, and all else it can do, will take a while to be accepted but it will be very big. I see many more celebrities getting on board.
The PPS is up 350% from just 4 months ago (was sub-penny). Holding very well with minor fluctuations daily and no phoney fluff prs. 1st Celebrity endorsement just secured. More to come I'm sure because it's a cool cause to be associted with. I'd be very happy if in 3 months it's up 100%. I predict pps at 0.30 in 3 months. Over 1.00 in a year. The product is just that good and very timely. Not the spike action most penny traders are looking for. And the celebrity endorsers profits are dependent on the rise in pps. The kid might not care about having more money but I'm sure the greedy showbiz adults running his career do...lol.
I think it's veary cool that if you get a text while driving, the sender gets an autogenerated return text saying "I am driving and can't respond to your text at this moment." Just makes this product seem cool, safe, and most importantly-high values. If I sent a text to someone and got this (stating it is an auto-generated message) in return, I would be impressed by them. They have high enough values, patience, and respect for human life to 'wait' for a safe moment to reply. I want people to think of me like that-and also that I raised my kids with those values. When the new app is available, text me or anyone in my family while we are driving, and you will get this return message.
I also 'never' drink and drive. I've heard people say after drinking-"I only have to go a mile down the street." I have no respect for them because it only takes a mile to kill someone. I hope, because of some people's stupid reasoning (it's only a mile down the street etc..) that insurance companies, fleet employers, maybe event the Department Of Transportation-forces anti texting software to be preloaded and activated onto all cell phones sold past a certain date.. Could see it happening. It is not a right or a feedom to be able to drive after drinking or text while driving-you have the right to own and shoot a gun but not to shoot it into a crowd of people. Texting and driving just like drinking and driving is irresponsible and shows no regard to the innocent human lives around you. The temptation to do it is so great (we love using our phones-all the time) that I believe this product will be standard software on all cell phones soon.
Great video. Good time to be invested in anti texting software.
Why I respond and enjoy IHUB: When I buy and get excited about a stock I think about it (stocks in general) all the time. My family and friends, who don'y know about, care about, or have the money to buy stocks, couldn't really care less and get tired of me talking about it. I really enjoy the fun of reading what every one says, bashers, pumpers, any one, just because it's an outlet for my energy and excitement concerning my investments. I would never actually buy or sell a stock based on info here. But you guys and gals are all fun to share the excitement/energy/info with! I love reading some of the screen names to.
This is way beyond the world of "apps." Way more then just useful and convenient or for game playing as most apps are. . Many over 18 (all the way through end of college) still live at home and drive the family car. Insurance companies and rental car companies first ask any driver applying for insurance or trying to get a rental car "are you under 25 yrs old?" If you are, then car insurance is outrageous. There could be big discounts for any one with anti texting software in use. It's also illegal to text as a federal employee in any company vehicle-how is this going to to be enforced? Maybe phoneguard on all gov't issued cell phones? If I was a fleet owner all my employess would be stopped from texting. This app not only saves lives but will save my company millions in liability insurance/potential traffic lawsuits. I can also track my employee' speeds. Does much, much more, and applies to those way over 18yrs old.
My oldest son is 21 and in college (nursing school), myself and my wife are both RNs, he lives at home, works, but drives one of the family cars-my entire family will have this installed on their cell phones (and wear seat belts of course) or move out and get your own car (which will happen eventually so "now" I'm trying to set the example of safety when driving!). This is so much more then just another "app." My wife says "I" need this app and she's right-the voice will "read" any new text to me so I don't have to try to read my phone as I drive.
Did you see on the news about 8 months ago in New York City-the video of the bus driver who wrecked the bus while texting? Some passenger was video taping him texting and driving. So much more then just an app for teenagers and some caring parents.
I'm just scratching the surface here how this doesn't even belong in the world of 'apps.' It's really 'software' to save lives/money/and it's convenient. If I owned an insurance company I wouldn't even give you insurance unless could prove you weren't texting and driving-just like having a DUI and insurance companies won't even considering covering you unless you have a 'breath analyzer attached to your ignition'...can't start your car until you breathe into it and it registers 'zero' alcohol content.
The market for this product to 'save money' by stopping texting and driving is huge!
Bieber will just make it cool for younger people to have it. Adults should already have the 'values' to know it's cool.

The more I read about OPMG the more excited I get about being invested. This is the momentum that moves a stock.
Great link about phoneguard being tested by major cell company, not just info about the vitamin water promo.
This is an awesome link. Thank you.
I will purchase the new 360 for myself and family. The more I read about what it can do the more I am blown away. Also, if I was an employer with drivers on the street I would track everyone's speed and location and my insurance company would know no employees can text and drive as all company issued phones have phoneguard.
Whats the difference between the phoneguard product available now, and the the product launch for Jully 11th ?
I'm also very happy they aren't pumping this with fluff PR-that would look like cheap penny scams. I believe this is a real ground floor oportunity for getting in at the beginning of something big. Up or down a few pennies means nothing to me. Heading out in one hr to check into the MGM, Vegas, going to hang at the pool all day and Paul Mccartney concert tonight. If I get lucky and win some more money it all goes to buying more OPMG!
Awesome commercial! Perfect for the younger crowd to laugh and take serious the message.
All penny stocks are a huge gamble. if you are going to gamble on one then this is it. The Bieber team has not started to promote this yet-only confirmed they are on board. That info took the stock from a 0.01 to 0.06. It 's had slight pullback from that from those who took some profits-but not much pulback. And the company is probably dilluting-as expected. But, the potential to shoot up is real. If your ever going to gamble on a 'chance' then this is worth the shot. The psychology of investing/trading is 'join the momentum' and the momentum is building for a blast. I can honestly say I'm having fun reading about the Bieber tweets and all the interest this is gathering.
Same happened to me yesterday. I was leaving the dentist and came accross an FM radio talk show here in Vegas that was discussing the dangers of texting and driving and a gov't bill proposal to make it illegal. I made it home, really, and then called in and got on the show-told the host about phone guard and Beiber promoting it. I believe this was my omen to stop flipping and hold, and avereage down if it drops a little.
One of the other callers to the show complained that he pulls up to a red light, and there is a cop on his phone, so why can't he use his phone also while driving. I mentioned how phone guard unlocks the key board if you stop for 5 sec such as the red light. The host of the show was blown away by this technology.
I was just on a radio talk show in Vegas! KXNT 100.5 fm at approximately 5:00pm. The subject was people calling in giving their opinions of the gov't proposed bill about cell phone use while driving. I was on and told the host all about phoneguard and stopping texting if over 10mph. He paused and said wow! Said he will be looking it up and thanked me for calling. Was a very cool coincidence I own this stock and that just happened.
When parents start saying "I put phone guard on my son's phone, and now your child is also safe driving with him" then what parent wouldn't feel obligated to do the same for their kid? Could you imagine being the only parents on the block not to have this on your teenager's phone. This is going to take time-but it's going to spread fast when it takes off.
if I had a teenager driving they would have this app installed on their phone-or else they wouldn't have a phone. It might not protect them 100% of the time, such as some one else driving them and texting, but just like insisting they wear a seat belt or loose their driving privileges (my parents told me that), I'd know as a parent I tried my best to make sure their safe by spending almost nothing to have this on their phone. One yrs subscription for a family is less then most households spend on one month for their cable tv bill.
I know in general what the product is but not all the fine details of it's programing-and most here probably don't either-and it is not necessary to understand it, or read the products manual, in order to understand the stock market and the psychology of investors and business strategies of companies who sell stock in penny land. Your reply was arrogant and stupid.
Product question; if I'm a passenger in a car, on a bus, can I call or text if were moving over 10 mph? Not bashing just real info searching. I really don't know how the product works entirely.
I think there will be big promotions, lots of buys, but also big dilution-which means the PPS stays about the same. Maybe.
Whats the new ticker symbol?
Haven't checked in on this stock for a while-sorry to see how bad it has all turned out. R/S then dillute more to stay alive-I really feel it's gone from an up and coming real oppotunity get in on the ground floor type of company-to a penny scam. Maybe I'll take a ride by the lab to see if there's a for lease sign in the window. If there is not-I bet there will be soon. Sorry to all those that believed in this company, I once did but got out when there were too many promises that didn't mature, hope it turns around for you. Hope the big dogs are enjoying there "annual stem cell summit and retreat"..in Las Vegas, probably paid for by diluting more stock. Reminds me of the auto CEO's who arrived in washington in private jets to ask for a gov't bail out.
Cbai has apparently been around many yrs, rainmakers, invloved in some type of advertising, or some other name/names etc..and Matt in 2009 was, and maybe still is, apparently a director of another sub-penny stock company 'frozen food gift company.' So I don't buy the dedication to cord blood and using personal credit cards and life's savings for cbai. Also, in my opinion, hard to call his salary a shoe string budget. Some where here, a short while back I beleive, he recently announced involvement in a new china cord blood company of some type which is hoping to start selling it's own stock soon? I just don't buy the self claimed dedication to CBAI. I hope I'm wrong and every one re-coups their investment in CBAI.
What other reason would an insider give-because I see a massive R/S coming? 26 mill and is only 5% , probably means he owns around 520 mill shares and a R/S won't hurt that person like it will most of the other investors here. Every one has a right to sell but insider selling always looks bad-thats stock 101 basic info, and to do it before the pps sinks down to .0029..well..we all have different opinions about whats really behind it. Nothing will change the fact that a R/S and low pps wipes out many share holders here.
When I click on the face book link it just takes me to my own face book home page.
This is pasted from my scott trader site-insider transaction for CBAI.

So your saying 26 million shares (which he sold for 156,000$) is only 5% of his total shares? That would mean, if my math is correct, he owns roughly 520 million shares (all awarded free). WoW! Plus a salary for him and his wife. I bet 26 million was more than 5% of his holdings. I at least hope so because no one should get a salary plus 520 milion shares. Actually, the info I pasted says "total holdings" so just maybe, 26 million was his total holding shares. Maybe not. All I know for sure is insider selling is a bad thing for a stock-but good for the seller if it's "free" shares your selling.
It's fun to keep it real.
All employees who are awarded company shares as part of their benefit packages or bonuses etc.., are only allowed to sell a certain percentage of their awarded shares within a specific time frame. In other words, if your company awards you 100 shares etc..the contract will specify something like-can only cash in 20% of these shares after approximately one yr and 30% of remaining shares every yr there after etc.., so, just my opinion that I bet Matt probably sold the maximim amount of shares he was allowed to sell. I'm almost sure he would of dumped them all if he could.

You are correct. Good luck and hope it all works out for every one. I do believe in stem cells but not so much this company.
The psychology of it is there will be some buying now-but it wont last. Yrs of watching a stock, and believing it will take off some day, programs a person to wish they could grab a low buy in-that is a satisfiying feeling to get the low buy in from the pps you are used to seeing daily. It will take most people a few weeks of seeing the new low pps, 0.002's, to get rid of the feeling that this a buying oppurtunity and realize that 0.002's are now the norm. Many people buy stocks on emotion.
Sorry to all. No one wants to loose money but I hope no one is seriously financially hurt by this. Good luck in your next investments.
A short while back, I think last summer, it was reported here that Matt sold a lot of his own shares-and said it was for personal reasons or family emergency etc...thats never a good sign for a stock.
I'd like to know.
Not bad, not good, just staying a float. The future for this company is positive if they become public cord blood banking supported by insurance payments. People in this economy just can't afford private cord banking.
Penny stocks are fun, and weird, because their so unpredictable. Really keeps me on my toes dancing around trying to figure out when to buy, sell, or hold longer...etc. The message boards are also fun-the crazy speculation, the buzz when pps is up, and the bummer tone (and funny bashing) when it's going down. Just don't mess with money that you really can't afford to loose and it's all fun-there are no easy ways to prosperity it's done with hard work.
He is not mr vegas. I am and I am not the other posters. I just don't like to see people pinning hopes on vauge comments made on face book pages etc. Look at the real financials, the OS etc. I made a nice buck on this stock last yr. I don't mean to dash any ones hopes but when I sold my million shares at 0.0154 ( had purchased at 0.0032). several people accused me of making a buck on a pump and dump at other peoples expense. So hold long-this could turn into some thing big some day, but, dont invest money you can't afford to loose and don't get mad at the ones who new when to sell. What ever happened to Bitty? Hope she got her money back.
Not sure if your serious or joking about the Argentina beef but heres a real answer. Less than one mile from the CBAI lab is the Via Brazil Steakhouse at Town Center. It's one of the nicest restaurants to eat at in Vegas (and town center is a beautiful tourist spot) and it's all about Argentina beef. Maybe they ate there-but what they discussed I have no idea.
Im comparing CBAI, as not reporting dilution, the way I have seen bigger companies properly do it. For example: A few weeks ago another stock I own, MGM mirage, filed this: on this particular date, we will be adding 35 million more shares for public offering, at 11 dollars a share, and this will allow us to raise 350 mill dollars which we will use to pay debt on this particular loan etc... This is to me fully reporting a coming dilution. Cbai stating we are approved for 7 billion authorized shares says nothing about if they will be released, at what price, and what specificaly used for. So one day the PPS is 2.2 bill, and with no warning it's suddenly 4 bil etc. And now up to 5.2 bill. So they are authorized for 7 bill total. Has CBAI officially said it will not release the remainding shares or is it just Matt told this to a friend etc?
