Most likely
It's not like there was a huge sell-off or anything. It opened higher than Friday's close and then someone around 10:00am decides to sell 5 million shares? If the .0015 support level fails, then it's time to worry. IMO
Sell Volume
I've been calling on the .0015 for a week. I did pick some up. The sell volume is around 75-80% of total volume. There's definitely a seller out there. The way things have been going the past few weeks, there should be a PR soon for another pop.
This tanked exactly as predicted.
That's why people flip pinks in this type of scenario. They can see it coming, they don't bury their heads in the sand and wait. They don't jump on people and berate them for giving advice that goes on to have been proven true.
This thing can't hold it's gains and won't until there is something concrete about production and/or revenue. If that wasn't true, we would not be at this pps. The past couple PR's couldn't hold the gain, they were pop and drops. The next PR will do exactly the same thing until those hard numbers come in.
What's wrong about making money and/or increasing a position until the those numbers come in?
Back to .0016, the f'rs, I may have to settle for them.
.0015 on the bid
as I expected, but my order isn't getting filled yet.
Let's not forget about the dilution.
That you said wasn't happening and I posted the facts that showed it was substantial dilution. I'm not sure how you expect me to take your opinion seriously if I keep proving you wrong. Expecting is not money in the bank. If you believe that, I have a few bridges you might like to buy.
It's a pop and drop, it's expected.
That's why I sold half my position yesterday. Hopefully tomorrow I can roll it all back in around .0015. They haven't released any news about production numbers or revenue range. Why would people flock to this? More information is needed. Play the pump and scoop up some free shares with your profit.
Given it's yo-yo nature?
They still haven't proven anything. I always sell half my position for profits. What happens after that? The pps will go down because of profit taking and I'll jump right back in. There's a reason why I'm able to do this for a living.
LOCK IN SOME PROFIT TOMORROW!
If you didn't today. Don't be a piggy!
When did dilution happen?
Based on the volume pattern, the dilution (all of it) could have been in December. Which is when the pump was in full swing. Until they release FS for year ending 2010, we won't know if they went into the float. Based on the pattern, I think they were issued for cash. Purely my own opinion, which can't be verified until they want us to know (FS from then).
Long story short - it should be able to start holding it's gains since no further dilution is possible.
Shares Outstanding 958,532,856 a/o Aug 16, 2010
From pinksheets. So between Aug. 16, 2010 and Jan. 11, 2011 they diluted by issuing 431,630,000 shares. With no idea of what the float is.
1,390,162,856 - 958,532,856 = 431,630,000
As of January 10, 2011 the Company's current common stock share structure is 1.5B authorized shares and 1,390,162,856 outstanding shares.
The last info. on OS before this was around 950 million. So they diluted with 400 million shares. Did they sell them on the open market increasing the float? Or did they issue them to debtors as restricted shares?
Having the financials would show us if they issued them for cash or not.
Where is your evidence that it isn't a scam?
production numbers, financials and news going forward will determine where this stock goes
Have you been playing the pinks very long? A chart is actual data you can use. Production numbers and financials are usually ficticious. That's why unaudited financials are favored by pinks, nothing can ever be verified. Charts do work on pennys if you know what to look for and watch the PR's for pumps (dilution) over the short term. JMO
Chart
MFI is down to 16, STO is oversold, the sell off should be complete. Looks to be ready for a bounce. The only thing that concerns me is the 10/50, 10/20 and 20/50 sma "death cross".
Are you famillar with these Canadian run stocks?
Lying about an RS doesn't have any value to it. It's typical pink crap, dilution, dilution, dilution....RS and start all over again. People are having trouble selling their shares at .0001. Nobody is buying them, how could this be a ploy to separate shareholders from their stock? They're in the business of selling shares, they can't sell any until they RS.
BARCHARTS - STRONG SELL
http://www.barchart.com/quotes/stocks/OPGX
Same old story.
Trust you? Like last week when you said it had support at .002? What does Bar Charts say about opgx now.....STRONG SELL!
http://www.barchart.com/quotes/stocks/OPGX
Please do not listen to this advice people. Anyone who got in at .0013 or higher, as he recommended, have lost big money. Tomorrow it will be solid support at .0007, right?
"address a massive overhang and is oversold"
That sounds familar, it's right out of the wording they used in the reverse boost strategy they divulged.
That pretty much sums it up, RS is on the way.
The 4 G's of pinks
1. Get in
2. Get your gain
3. Get out
4. Get ready to do it again
They're an ATM machine if people learn how to use them.
ROFLMAO!
I can't believe it, they're being truthful about something? Someone check to see if Hell is frozen over.
It's all a lie. There's no buyback.
They've been using that line forever,
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=57562988
They don't have a million dollars to buyback the stock to reduce it to that level. Where are they going to get it? Their stake in ULA aka Cooper Porter is worth nothing. Cooper Porter didn't conduct an IPO. SIVC isn't going to pay a million dollars for RMDM's 5% stake in Cooper Porter. Read the divestiture agreement.
SIVC is another Min_ Ma_ stock, there's no merger. SIVC and CP merger will happen at the same time RMDM and LoadCom merge, or RMDM and the TV production company merger, or RMDM and the MMA clothing company merger. It's all a lie. There's no money coming from ULA/CP. People are delusional if they think there is.
Cooper Porter is worth nothing.
RMDM has only a 5% stake in the company.
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=42297941
The company never manufactured anything. They don't even have a license to manufacture spirits. Cooper has no revenue and no assets. How much could RMDM get for their stake? Not much, certainly not enough to buy back shares at a significant level. RS is coming, they don't have any other options.
Thank You
I'm grateful for your post, I know I'm not the only one. I was suckered into this before last x-mas. Like many others, I had nasty things to say about you and Firelane.
Until I started looking in to the things you pointed out about RMDM and the other minam stocks. They all follow the same pattern. You taught me how to look at them as trades during the pump and not as an investment. Because of that, I was able to recoup my losses and add some profit from this POS.
I'll gladly pass on word about these Canadian criminals.
Thanks again.
RS is a done deal.
There's nothing else they can do. They're dead in the water. No PR since August? They were just riding it out until the end of the year. Now these crooks can steal from a whole new batch of investors. Hide your wallets, Canadian criminals on the loose. JMO
GO RMDM!
It's at no bid now.
No question about it. As soon as it closed for a second day at .0001, it was inevitable.
"There is no reason even having this forum if the SCAM is fact right?"
Seriously? Thanks for the laugh.
"The stock price has nothing to do with the company"
Seriously? Thanks for an even bigger laugh.
This post makes zero sense.
With any M(ina)M(ar) stock....yes!
They're all like this. Most notorious is probably HTDS. Take a look at them along with SKGO, NWTT, UWRL, GLGT etc. Look at their pps, they never hold value. They pump them up and bagholders get to watch it's slow but inevitable death. They're a great stock if you can get in at this level. However, that's of little comfort to all the people who lost their hard earned money to these crooks.
Not moving on this volume
With a float of 4 billion shares, it would take volume of 300-400 million shares to move this POS.
Where/from whom, do you think Ameritrade get's their info? OTC quotation is a paid service to the stocks listed on it.
The SEC might not say anything more.
When they suspended ACLH, it resumed trading on the specified date with no additional news provided. It also opened at .0025 with a previous close, before the suspension, of .0042 and closed at .0011. People will most likely lose even more money on SAEI with/without further news.
You think it will dip lower than the 52wk low (.0016)?
For every seller there is a buyer?
Not necessarily, if an order comes in and there are no matching orders in que, the MM completes the transaction. They usually use shares in their own inventory. It's part of their job. In so doing, it's providing market liquidity.
The point is material misstatement
How could the going concern disclosure be the independent auditors decision of inclusion? Auditors didn't prepare the FS. Just another one of their lies is all.
The financials were unaudited,
straight from the horses mouth. November 11 2010 10Q
"CONDENSED BALANCE SHEETS AS OF AUGUST 31, 2010 (UNAUDITED) AND FEBRUARY 28, 2010"
Going concern disclosure is used by most every pink. Pick any pinksheet stock, then read their 10Q.
SAEI is not an investment,
it's a trade. Many of us tried to warn people with facts from similar situations and experience (THRR, EWRC, ACLH, etc.). Don't leave your money in these things. If it wasn't the SEC, then in a week or two they would have put out a PR anyway stating negotiations have broken off.
The 3 G's when dealing in pinks
1. Get in
2. Get the gain
3. Get out
Answer this question.
Who would pay over 1000% premium for a penny stock company? Name one example. The premium offer didn't work out too well for THRR and EWRC did it? The only thing missing from this robbery was the gun in someone's face.
It makes ZERO business sense for a company to pay that amount for this POS. Why pay that much more for shares than what they go for on the open market?
What happened?
With all of these lies?

Wow, you really have no idea what you're talking about. Prove it's being "naked shorted". It's a simple question if you know what you're talking about.
Everything is a conspiracy, wait, let me guess, they are cellar boxing this thing? Right? What's the friction factor? Is it showing the security is being manipulated? The daily FINRA SHO numbers mean nothing. They don't indicate a short position. That is found in the bi-weekly FINRA report. As of October 29, the short position is ZERO. The numbers don't lie.
They have 10 billion AS, what do you think they are doing? They're diluting the piss out of this thing.
It's not shorting, it's the company that's doing it. This is pinksheets 101 stuff.
MM's covering shorts
In providing a liquid market, the MM's have to step in to keep an orderly flow of transactions. Instead of letting an order sit there until there's a matching order in que, they will take a proactive measure and complete the transaction with shares from their inventory or borrow the shares. The daily FINRA SHO report shows those tranactions as "shorts". They do it to get what they are owed, the bid/ask spread. Most of them are covered by the end of the day, if not, then within the T3 period. If they're not covered within the T3 period, they become "naked shorts".
