YOU are right RKF and when they are caught in the "net of capitulation" and have absolutely no choice but to cover at an exorbitant price and there will be no place to hide and you can be sure they will appear here making statements like ... "I have been long all along or I was just waiting for the the right moment to buy in".
Just think of the misery they can save themselves by closing that short now and buying in at the current prices.
JMHO but now would be the right time to do just that ... ;)
Ridiculing rather than understanding, results in remaining blind to the knowledge available to us ... choose the later and learn and profit from it.
There are alot of folks here that are willing to share their knowledge ... embrace it.
beautiful ... simply beautiful ... ;)
frobinso,
Just said a prayer for your brother ...may GOD Bless all of you !!!
John
We will probably learn some day that you might be on speaking terms with one of the institutions that have been buying Lightwave hand over fist... jokes on us huh ? ... ;)
Glad we still have some holding on ... maybe the next quarter we will see some decent increase..... ;)
GREAT POST KCCO7913 ... ;)
Motley Fool article on POET ...

I own both LWLG and POET. I believe both company's are on the verge of actual orders for production.
Whether POET will actually book revenue prior to Dec, 31st won't be known until management shows it as such. I want to believe that Dr. Suresh will be able to book $2 to $4 million by the end of this year, though I may end up being wrong.
LWLG may surprise us and have contracted orders for production by Dec. 31st as well. I believe Dr. Lebby might even have multiple foundries signed up already but actual money may not change hands until after Dec. 31st.
Also, Dr. Lebby has implied that any polling issues have been addressed.
Either way, we can all do without calling anyone a dummy. Everybody has a right to have opinions on all these subjects. I learn something new about both companies on a regular basis and I certainly want to learn more about both.
LOL ... the Swiss bankers I use to deal with took the whole month of August off to count their money ... they are some of the most prudent in the world.

Never seen a CEO do that before. He could have made a purchase in the open market at a significantly lower cost but instead exercised out of the market warrants that don't expire until next April (first tranche of debentures).
That is sending a powerful message to the market.

... Why is the POET hybrid-integration solution so exciting? This image gives an answer. The amount of power & performance delivered by the 400G optical engine allows for 75% more miniaturization, which saves costs & assembly time....

F2 ... very glad to hear that you are better ... ;)
JMHO, but when the stock hits the $50 range, you will not have to worry about a million shares trading @ day ... that will be a non-issue. ... ;)
well spoken Robert ... truth.
Same here ... ;)

GREAT post allwillbewave !!! THANKS
true ... testicularity is a dangerous thing when not used properly ... ;)
It would appear that a company like Intel would have been smart enough to recognize the direction that photonics is headed and would embrace a brilliant man like Dr. Lebby's solution to speed and energy issues ... who would of thought they would miss such an opportunity ??? ... hummm ...
It has been over 2 months since this was posted, but it is a reminder of future business and income that we should be able to expect over the next 12-15 months and it will continue to grow from then on, in my opinion.

AWESOME POST F2 ... THANK YOU !!!! ....;)
I have been with TDA for years and have specifically told them numerous times they are not to even bother calling me about loaning out shares on LWLG or any other stock I have positions in, period. I will never help the shorts profit off of loaned shares ... To anyone loaning them shares, you are hurting yourself and every shareholder on this board.
Dusty ... THIS IS A CLASSIC !!! I spit up my beer laughing and chocking at the same time.
CHEERS Dusty !!! ... ;)
John
AGREE

Get well soon ... the board needs you ... ;)
Sorry for your loss ... GOD Bless you and all your family.

It has always amazed me how many message board assailants, continue to post about LWLG as if they honestly believe that anything they might post might have some actual credence to what a shareholder accepts to either be true or relevant. LWLG has developed a product that will change the speed of transmitted data to a level that most companies never thought possible.
What makes a message board assailant think anyone would value their comments over those of Dr. Lebby is beyond me.
