The plant will consist of four 6.7 megawatt (6.0 net) modular power systems. Project site is located at Nances Creek Industrial Park, in Piedmont, Alabama. The attached Algae biodiesel plant will produce a clean and efficient fuel that can be used in any device that utilizes diesel fuel.

Estimated cost of the turn key project is $80.92 million USD. A rudimentary pay out time (POT) calculation based on conditions of 2009 using gross revenues of $71,239,554 with net revenues after tax of $34,279,830 million annually will be less than 3 years. It is felt that the project is economically more attractive than this figure may initially indicate as various government grants, recyclables and incentives (not taken in consideration in the POT calculations) are available for projects of this nature. We are starting this project with one 6.7 megawatt module (6.0 net) and continue to add each module until the four modules are complete. The plant when complete will have no emissions.
