Just a matter of further development.
If they can continue to show progress, in one or more indications they will be fine; patience!!
Best Pix
Dew,
Can you pls explain what ist the difference between class iii and class ii clearance?
Thx Pix
Truth: i fully agree!!
First step may be rx clearance for OA indication.
That by itself would be huge, though requiring different marketing approach. There is not much out there
to treat OA - a large untapped market:
Have a look at this link:
http://www.cdc.gov/arthritis/basics/osteoarthritis.htm
We are talking of 25-30 Million sufferers in US today.
This indication alone is worth hundreds of millions usd...
Best Pix
At least it is a starting point.
With good marketing, demand will explode and the Drs will write the scripts.
Is this officially cleared?
Looks like!!!
So they could start marketing?!
OTC will probably follow, just a question of time? But for now, patients would need to get a Rx.
I guess the next PR will will clarify the status quo.
Now it begins!
Best Pix
All 32 Patients may have gone thru
6 months treatment by end of April...
Data may be coming probably in about 2 months.
Exciting times.
Best Pix
Well of course a decision could not be made on a couple (best case) of observations....just think of placebo.
I can hardly believe, that within family circles of Krishna or Leo or very close friends, nobody has taken P off the charts...may be even one of themselves...
Oh yes, waiting game brings up all kind of thoughts...
Just a wild guess (or hope)
Best Pix
This silence is excellent.
Stock is in accumulation mode.
Patience needed here.
Hope for substantiell news.

Question is, what will Andy do
When 510K OTC ist granted?
Does he have a BP partner waiting
for Actipatch, too.
BB may take over Recoveryx WW.
But what about AP, Allay, SmartInsole?
Any ideas out there?
Pix
Just digged up some info.
http://www.bielcorp.com/biel/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/Allay-Clinical-Study-Ian.pdf
So its just a matter of time and resources...
Ok as well possible.
I guess it is a matter of limited budget,
Why this program is not yet active.
Do they have any trial on this?
Allay would be perfectly suited for try and tell program.
Testing once, if positive buy for the rest of the year...11 pcs.
Why not active?
Question is, if especially Allay would need a separate 510k or even a PMA
Your opinion?
Best Pix
Yes Simps, indeed.
I would like to see some of the studies
BB were conducting...
Also interesting: what will BIEL do with Allay and Smart Insole
Any guess?
Pix
Hip/knee repacements per year
In EU and US: 1000000
Lets take 25% with BB
2 Recoveryx per patient
Profit to Biel USD 40 per Patient
Total Profit per Year: USD 10.000.000
Multiple: 30x
MC 300.000.000
That is a conservative model

Guys
12 patients should have full 52 weeks data very soon...

Simps,
With which share structure.
MC of 11 Billion is a bit too optimistic?

Biel not mentioned.....
Bioelectronics
While bioelectronic medicine, which seeks to use electrical pulses to trick the body into healing itself, may seem like a big idea in some futuristic sci-fi story, the reality is it's already here and happening now.
Bioelectronic medicine is a new field but the hope and promise of this approach is significant. Can you imagine a world without Crohn's disease, Alzheimer's, or heart failure? These are inflammatory diseases that affect millions of people each and every day. But, what if they didn't have to suffer or live the rest of their lives on drugs? Bioelectronic medicine, which is seeking to address these diseases, is not an innovation but rather a revolution. A revolution seen replacing billions of dollars in drugs replaced with safer and potentially more effective devices.
Bioelectronic medicine at its core seeks to control the inflammatory response which is critical to healing but can be very dangerous and damaging if too much of it persists.
This new field of medicine has attracted the attention and investment of big pharma, such as GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and The Feinstein Institute for Medical Research, which has created a tiny pill-sized implantable device that can literally reroute the neuro-pathways of sick patients by tapping into the vagus nerve, located on the side of the neck. This device works like a pacemaker, in that it hits the off-switch on the vagus nerve, causing it to turn off its inflammatory response. This device is now being engineered and developed by California's SetPoint Medical.
This would be a nice opp for Anavex, too!!!
HAMILTON, Bermuda, April 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Axovant Sciences Ltd. (NYSE: AXON), a leading clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the treatment of dementia, today announced that the company will be presenting at the Goldman Sachs Alzheimer's Symposium on April 11 at 11:25 a.m. EDT.
Art,
There is no other reason than financial interest, like with any contributor on this MB.

Senseless
But lets just go with OA:
"About Osteoarthritis
Osteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis, affecting over 27 million people in the United States."
(Info from Ampio Pharma)
Just US!!!
Lets assume Actipatch takes out about 4%= 1.000.000 patients,
12 Patches Per Year,
1-4 USD profit per AP
Total Profit: USD 12-48.000.000
That is a single, cool indication with
Clinical Data background....
Jimho
Pix
Lets have a look a hip replacement
EU: about 500.000 per year
BB takes out 20%
So 100.000 cases
Profit to Biel: USD 20
Total Profit: USD 2.000.000
The same for Knee Replacement
Another USD 2.000.000
Profit Potential US: like EU
ROW: another 2.000.000 to keep it simple.
This gives profit WW about
USD 10.000.000
This equates with a 30x:
MC USD 300.000.000
Come on B.Braun, go global!!
All imho
Pix
Cool assumption Simps.
How do you model Recoveryx?
Best Pix
Hey Dew
This would catapult the profit per my model significantly....and so the pps
Best Pix
Is OTC clearance of Actipatch next?
OTC clearance
20000 stores (US, UK, Can)
Average Profit per unit: 1 USD
Average sales per day: 1 pc
300 working days
Total profit: 6.000.000 USD
Total shares: 15 billion
Apply multiple: 35
Pps: 0,014 minimum
Now more realistic:
OTC clearance
20000 stores (US, UK, Can)
Average Profit per unit: 2.5 USD
Average sales per day: 3 pc
300 working days
Total profit: 54.750.000 USD
Total shares: 15 billion
Apply multiple: 35
Pps: 0,12775 minimum
These projections could be achieved
Within 2-4 quaters,
All imo

Is B. Braun next?
Would they reveal their internal asessment/trials of Recoveryx?
Would B. Braun take over WW sales/marketing for Recoveryx.
Just does not make sense to go with it in UK only...
Its gonna be hot, bielboyz!!!!

I have been up as well more than 1000% and have not traded.
In opposite, i held and added over the months. And plan to add more, if possible. Currently i am up about 60%
But that may be transient. I am fully aware about the huge risk for failure,
but have still a really good feeling, with every piece of science coming in.
Best Pix
Good question.
Probably not, we will see...

I think K holds a lot of promise.
But still i believe there is one big hurdle to overcome for the grand slam: it needs to be given IV for multiple times per week...that is a problem. So i hope they are working on oral dosing technology. Time will tell .
Best Pix
Really? are you sure?
This would overerite the news from Nov 23:
Phase 2 trial of Prurisol – Plaque Psoriasis
In addition, Cellceutix is pleased to announce that we have completed our goal of randomizing 100 subjects into the study, one month ahead of projections. Prurisol is an orally administered small molecule for the treatment of plaque psoriasis. This is a double-blind, placebo controlled study using three different dosages of Prurisol. Patients are required to receive double-blind therapy for 12 weeks and then return to the clinic four weeks later for a total duration in the study of 16 weeks.
