Just by looking at the filing very briefly...I see consulting fees in the $12 million dollar range and adminstration in the $3 million dolar range......I gather from this that, this amount of money somehow has found its way into the pockets of the family members.....sure there are small amounts being allocated to new capital expenditures, however these projects have been moving at a snails pace...what I see from year over year is that when any revs do begin to flow is that the consulting fees and mgmt fees will increase along with it....nope still no money coming out of my pocket here......of course thats just my opinion, but after you have been around for awhile you will find I am always right....JMHO

Traders in..Traders out..same everyday for the last 6 sessions...time for some solid news and some volume.....hey,I like these cheapies as well as anyone, however I also would like to see the courts uphold some of thier convictions and quit making more money for the lawyers....I am about 70% convinced commons will remain intact.....but if we could get to 95% and some decent volume each session, we could have some fantabulous returns on this little Q......
Paid
$31.51 bouncing back, congrats to all who got some cheapies...

BTW Ifinally broke down and picked up some ATBs while they were on sale.....I see they are up $7 bucks per coin from where I got them at 16hrs ago...just got the 2011s cause I liked the price for 5oz coins, none are graded and I don't expect to get any that will be good to grade....
NWT has some nice pricing on 1 ounce bars and rounds....I wasn't going to buy yet but at $30.08/oz I decided a small 100 oz order at this time couldn't hurt just in case we happen to be at the low, however I do think we are going to see $23-$25 as the low point and thennnnnnn........by EOY, well damn I just don't know anymore but I think over $50 easy and that lil order today can make me 2gs for Xmas.....

Hey H.L, sorry for the tardiness in replying to your post....I guess one thing you have known about me in the past is that I am not one to promote or give advice on any stock and that is the position I take with TGB.....I willl say it has been good to me over the years although it is like any other mining stock which require a lot of diligence and patience....but I am sure you already know that.....just checking it out tonight and I see it made a new 52 week low today.....might be an opportunity for me to add some cheapies next week, but again we have to be extra cautious with mining stocks while they are crapping all over metal prices.....Silver anyone??????
Paid
Well another tough week has finally come to an end....it appears that I am the only one that has not purchased any silver bullion at these new low prices.....kudoos to all who have been adding to your holdings and I hope you continue to lock up more and more ounces for when the sh#t hits the fan and the big money crooks have to cover, then we will be the big winners.....actually I am not buying unless it hits below $25/ounce...in reality I have some for sale starting at $100/ounce for the first lots.....GLTA

Not to many Ihubbers in BRD,lots of chatter on Yahoo, but it is mostly nonsense and fighting.......I always thought there would be a lot of interest here as well, but when I came to Ihub a few years ago they didn't even have a board....it was Apollo at that time and would have been a lot to talk about if there had been some shareholders here......and yes it is going to launch sooner than later.....
Paid
Not much for silver but new Prosperity project has plenty of gold reserves and sitting just above 52 week low....long time secure low float copper mining company...TGB... perhaps this may be of interest to you TB for a little of your trading dollars.....I have traded it for more than twenty years all the way from .20 to $14.....a few here and a few there,up and down, always held a core....has been good to me....always do your own DD....
Paid
Yes,you can bet any of the more talented traders have made a few bucks in the past year trading SFMI and the only other folks that have struck gold here are the family members as they draw some pretty handsome paycheques every month......the AGM should be a real riot this year as only those who have not yet opened thier eyes will be in attendance......I will leave now for at least 18-24 months because thats how long before anything at all will happen here.....
Paid
I really don't know what I am,but I do know I am not holding all my shares in Cprkq just because I am stubborn, I am holding because I still believe there is potential and someday in the not to distant future we will all be rewarded....my ancestors are all from Texas and Oklahoma from as far back as at least my great great great great grandparents, my father and mother moved to Canada very shortly after I was born, so I don't know if I am half Canuck and half American or.....I do have dual citizenship,so maybe I am half/half.....don't matter, can still hold CPRK shares in comfort.....GLTA
Paid
Hey Chuck,I am not even going to ask cause I know I am on the list and the great thing is that my check will be in Canadian dollars so it will be even better.....Oh ya and I like gold leaf icing on the cake...LOL..
Paid
Yes,I only pay the one fee as long as all partials are in the same session, however when dealing in subpennies I have to watch the volumes and make sure I can get enough shares to cover transaction fees, I also place all orders as daytrades......even with a fee of $9,95 on todays volume, assuming you got both trades it would add almost 2 points to your bid......I don't think I want to be involved in something like that when dealing in a stock in the risk category of CPRKQ.....maybe someday,if they allow the sun to shine again, and we can have a market to buy and sell in, then there may be enough volume to effectively trade again.....
Paid
Nah,CK its not Paid....I am with Scotia Macleod and they do not allow trading either....and even if they did I would not be buying 20000 shares and paying $42.95 fees plus I also pay my acct a fee on every trade on OTC,BB and pinks as well as some restricted stocks that have to be phoned in.....I am deaf and he has Power of attorney to make phone trades.....if I can get over the 50 trades per month, then I get down to $9.95, however the last few months I am lucky if i can get 30 trades per month.....overall I still don't think I have as many problems as some of you folks in the U.S do with discount brokers......I think perhaps those 10 and 20 thousand share trades today may have been partials cause I really can't see the logic of someone paying brokerage fees on that small of a trade in CPRKQ at this time....JMO

I find it a little unsettling that the shareholders were kept in the dark about all of this...normal procedure with a stalking horse is that it is placed and an extended time limit is allowed so that other bidders have an opportunity to get in line....I am not sure how this all happened so quickly and we were not aware of it......I have to now assume that there will be much more come to light over the next few days that the shareholders were not aware of.......just hoping that if we are allowed to become a small part of the new company by way of warrants or perhaps some scraps they might leave for us,that the new company is a little more open with the shareholders.....I really am kind of upset about the new BOD under John Byran at this point......lets get it out there so we have some idea what the H is going on.....JMHO

PS..I really don't see what the big secret was about the stalking horse bid,we should have had that info when it was placed....JMO
I am one of people that live north of the border, but that don't really mean I can't be on the same ship.....ya,ya I know, many folks think we swim a little slower because of the cold weather we sometimes get, however I was here from long before the "Q" and I have never sold a share even though I have averaged to a position where I could have sold out at a profit a few times....yes I am still on the ship for many of my own reasons but also for many of the logical reasons I have read here on the board in the last few weeks....HD,I kinda like your way of thinking....hey ya'all we are not out yet and I really doubt we ever will be,so hang in there, remember it is always the darkest before the dawn.....GLTA.....

I am still here, although I have been side lined for some time by all the dorks running the Govt's of the G20's......moving small amounts into mediun gold producers now as they seem to be the only ones who can show us the money while the markets are tumbling around.....Pot will make its move as soon as markets stabalize again, however I kinda thought we should have been in 70's at this time.....patience,patience and patience.....okay..
Paid
I am also buying....last was at $1.47...wow what an incredible price for BRD and an incredible amount of trades today....what is all that???...Is that company buybacks and who is selling continuous small lots....all my buys were in 1000 share lots today.....hard to tell what is buy and what is sell, MM's have it all over the board......Straaaange but I will take it....easy $6 to $10 dollar stock in 5 years, maybe more......Ha Ha Ha......

I think it is time for eyes and ears wide open, clear the cobwebs, wonderfull buying opportunities in the near term all across the sector......BRD will be with the best of them....thats about all I have to say about that....

Well Sir, I really didn't see the problem with the fellow passing along some interesting info on a possible stock investment, in fact I felt the post kind of broke up the monotony after such a steady dose of the same item.....I have seen many times when regular posters on this board will provide tips on stock investments and myself, I always look forward to doing a little DD on some tips, even though I do not or have never done that....over time I have seen many of my investments mentioned on this board and I have never at any time jumped in with any of my opinions as to that particular stock investment.....I also have almost 35% of my portfolio in physical precious metals,so I do feel that I can contribute when the need arises.....I am also somewhat concerned about the reference to "boy and sonny" as I feel that smacks of disrespect for fellow posters who I am sure you have little clue as to who they really may be......I know there are many other boards to promote investment ideas on, however I do like to see them pop up here from time to time, along with all the other fun stuff that appears here from time to time, and thats why I like this board, because it is not as sticky and stuffy as most others.....but thats just me....

I think thats just a little finicky and nitpicky after the hundreds of posts about one item that some folks thought they were going to steal and are now talking about sending dog poop in the mail......my god, give me a break!!!!...

Silver $39.66...down .45...however I think it will move back up when trading opens on American markets......the trend is firmly in place all the way now till EOY....$75.00 EOY....

If you were to read the first few lines in my post, you would find a piddly $30 amount...thats the reason I posted it, just to show that this kind of thing happens.....seems you are showing a traders interest in CPRK now that the share price is being manipulated to favor that......are you sitting with GTC's in the trips and your fingers crossed and perhaps it is you pushing the the price with small trades, seems to be working for you as the price continues to fall further each session....JMO
Paid
I don't know how to place a buy order for 23,257 shares at .0013 for at total of $30 bucks when I have to pay my broker $42.95 for the trade.......I have no problem placing buys or sells with my broker here in Canada, however the problem is that I can go for say 1 million at 0017 daytrade and end up with a partial of maybe 8500 with brokerage fees of $42.95......that sur makes the cost per share a long way over my average.......don't know who is selling these piddly small amounts but it makes my life difficult.....perhaps when they get the DTC matters settled I will be able to place a few orders again, along with many thousands of other folks that are forced to sit and watch...JMO
Paid
Its just a very good place to park some loose change every once in awhile.......someday it will make that big move and it is surprizing how fast that loose change adds up.....I have been doing it for quite some time now
Ahhh Okay, I confess it is us crazy Canucks that are getting all the shares cheaper than our cousins south of the border, because our dollar is worth a few more pennies than yours......However I will not apologize because when I purchased my first shares in CPRK I had to pay more because the money values were reversed.....I sure wish those morons in Washington could leave thier egos at home for a day or so and get the U.S buck back to its power value of a few years ago because I sit on 10's of thousands of shares in many companies that I did purchase with an American dollar that had some value......it is absolutely unbelievable how much this posturing has affected my overall portfolio....I am almost to the point of throwing in the towell and buying all gold and silver......just that I still have a strong belief in CPRK and I still need the Divis on others to pay the bills.....so all I can say is go CPRK and U.S buck....
Paid
The real truth is that those minerals and metals in the ground all around Milford are the only thing that will have any value if the boneheads in Washington can't get thier act together and start working with the people of the country....we are far ahead of where we were 1 year ago and are heading in the right direction, just a matter of finishing cleaning out some of the trash and starting the engines.....common sense and patience will win at the end of the day....Go CPRK..drop the Q....
Paid
Whooo Hooooo.....Silver $39.91....ya know thats damn near $40 bucks again....

It will never happen, myself I am also old school and when things need fixing I swing the hammer, now for some reason big corps and Govt don't like that approach anymore and would rather see the company drown than bring in the proper people and harsh reality to fix the problems,.....however they must also build a strong TEAM that can work along side each other before they can solve any problems......your choice may be able to handle it, but he will never be given the opportunity......that 60,000 barrel sell off scared me cause I could see that they were capable of making a move on the reserves for no reason.....yes we may just get a chance to see what really is in Fort Knox, may get a bad shock..
Paid
Your Govt. better think very long and very hard before they dump even one drop of that oil in the strategic reserves....it is the only real securety net that they still have left....as for the gold in Fort Knox, are you sure its not all tungsten?????....time for some real men to step up to the plate and maybe just cut spending and start living within thier means....costs a lot of money to fly a 747 with escorts everyday just for a 20 min brag fest and quit giving free money to folks who hate you.....just a few thoughts, maybe they should have been stock piling silver and gold when it was cheap instead of selling it, now they have none...

And in order for everyone to get paid well with zero revenue,it has to come from somewhere.....can you say shareholders????....JMO

I wouldn't bet on it.....seems they have been in the screw the shareholders business for quite some time now,so whats another few dumps on them.....JMO

Quite simply, I just will not deal on E-bay...I had a bad experience a few years back and E-bay's policy did nothing to help me.....the feedback is extremely misleading...all the good stuff shows up but very little of the bad is ever recorded because of the 30 day time limits and also if you are saying the rates are now at 12% to sell,I find that to be just highway robbery....after all what are they really doing for you....there are many other ways to network your collectables and they are all free....just sign into clubs that are for each specific type of collectable, this way you can find others that are collecting the same things and buy sell and trade within the club members all for free, just shipping.....
Paid
The one thing I really don't take into consideration is the prices on E-bay because I would never consider the hassle of dealing through thier channels.....the biggest reason I have always liked the U.S dollar coins is because most others don't like them and i feel that at some time the U.S Gov't will quit trying to get people to embrace them and cancel the program....so in a hundred years or so(LOL) these coins will become very valuable to collectors,I also like to have something to give to folks when they come around and we get around to discussing silver and gold or just maybe looking at some of my collectables....I am not really a coin collector, my real passion is old watches, maps and vases and oh ya SILVER.....
Paid
I just noticed Apmex has 2003 Sacagawea dollars available in thier clearance section for $4.99ea.....that seems to be a pretty high clearance price for something that nobody wants....myself,I am quite intriqued by the U.S dollar coins, weather it be the Sacagawea's, Susan Anthony's or the Presidential dollars....I always pick up a few if I get them at face value such as the U.S mint just offered up to $500.00 maximum amounts a few weeks ago on the Native American coin and American Presidents...I jumped on that deal, mainly because I am Canadian and I think I can move them at a huge profit here in Canada....as you all know we have had the $1 dollar coin for almost 30 years now and the $2 coin for about 17 years, our smallest denomination paper currency is the $5 dollar note and there has even been talk about a $5 dollar coin.....I actually like the coins for one reason only and that is that I never carry them in my pockets,at the end of each day I empty my pockets wide mouthed vase and once every 4 or 5 months I can drop into the bank and pick up $4 to $600 dollars cash for pocket money......now if I can get $4.99 for all of my American dollar coins, I would be happy about that to, anyone who don't like them can just sell to me, I will be glad to pay you $1 dollar U.S paper for every one.....

Pony Express would have been much quicker in this case....sometimes I kinda wish we still had them as a back-up...LOL...

I finally got mail delivery yesterday and lo and behold the Proxy letter was in the stack.....zip zip opened, check consent, signed, sealed and had it taken to a postal outlet so it would be returned ASAP.....ya ya I know we already have the votes, however we can show our real power when we get all the Canadian votes in as well and have an overwhelming percentage of shareholders voting in favor of a new board.....and the new board should feel extremely confident in moving forward with the full support of the majority of the shareholders.....All the way now CPRK....
Paid
I like reading between the lines on that one ,Chuck.....always on the ball....I am looking forward to the next few months of fun and profits with CPRK....
Paid
BTW Please add 1/2 million to my share count,Thanks Chuck
I have said all along that patience would be required by the shareholders and we still have along way to go, however we are now in a much better place than we were 2 days ago....we will now have some folks on the board that can and will work to bring CPRK out of CH11 and I believe these people are honest and can use the portion of thier body that is above the shoulders to the benifit of all of us including the unsecured debt holders and shareholders even though we are at the bottom of the feed trough...the hard work that has been done by all of these people so far must be commended and I am sure they all know that it is only just the beggining and they will have many more hurdles and obstacles to overcome before we see the rewards, however I am more confidant now than ever that we have the right people in place to bring it to fruition.....on behalf of all Canucks I would like to thank Chuck and his gang for bringing us this far, Special thanks to Frank for getting the whole thing started....Oh and BTW to the folks who are short on patience (MickeyBrit)also thanks for the 1/2 million cheap shares I added to my stash today......We are on our way CPRK
Paid
JB is still considered to be the CEO and is on payroll...it is his job to handle these issues....Chuck is a shareholder just like any of the rest of us although he is working with a group of other shareholders with an end goal of making the company whole again....if a shareholder is having problems with the marketability of thier shares, that is between the shareholder and thier broker or if you are having problems with your broker, then your queries should be directed to JB and not to Chuck or any other members of the committee....these people are here to help us regain control of a viable company and to date they have been doing a remarkable job.....patience has always been a huge part of trading in the markets and even more so in the complex world of CH11's....... alot of the questions that are asked of the committee members can not be answered by court order and alot of them should not be asked of the committee in the first place...lets give them room to do thier job and we will soon see the benifits.....
Paid
Not sure why there should ever be a problem with safety deposit boxes....I have had at least one for over 40 years and currently have 4 at different banks....at no time in all those years has a bank employee ever got thier hands on one of my keys....I always place my key in the slot and turn it and the the bank employee places thier master key in the second slot and opens the box at which time I can remove my key....the procedure is the same to lock the box....never has a key ever left my possession.....I do know that if someone abandons a box and keeps the key, the bank has to drill the lock and replace it with a new one prior to renting it again because I have been in there when they were doing it and I asked about all the securety concerns at that time many years ago.....it would be very easy for a bank employee to wax mold a key if they had it in thier possesion even for a few seconds...wax can be in the palm of the hand and you would never know it happened.....the solution...never let the key leave your possession
