No, I just have a real job that is vastly more important than anything that goes on in this little board hot. Just because I was (and am) upbeat about an email, does not mean that the price is suddenly going to skyrocket. Let's call this one like it is, a slow, slow, slow grower. I think they are making money, but nothing that's going to blow the roof off. Also, just because they are going to start an IR campaign, does not mean it will get noticed. I'll get excited when I actually see the price go over $0.01. Until that happens, don't put words in my mouth.

Completely understand and thanks for letting us know. I have a feeling that if you want to make a risky trade 2 or 3 years from now, you'll still be able to buy in at these same levels.

Agree with all of your points except for the class action lawsuit. It would be dismissed almost as soon as you could file it. Investors burned by a pinksheet? They knew the risks going in!

Ok, put you down. So very optimistic!

Just got a nice/professional email from Evan who offered some reassurance about the company's plans. He stated that they are in the process of "putting together an ir campaign that would bring liquidity into the stock as well as building shareholder awareness !" As far as to when that would occur, he mentioned that it would happen when they finished shipping the new product out. Additionally, he said that branding has always been their top priority, which they feel that they have effectively accomplished at this point and would, as such, be turning their attention towards the stock. Also, new accounts continue to be added, even this far from the SI issue.

He seems very confident and the email was well written in regards to our concerns. I just needed to hear that the stock was next in line and he says that it is.

I think most of us here have been pretty professional and it also hasn't got us anywhere. I think it just doesn't matter anymore

Very well . . . if you think they will post something by the end of next month, then I will put you down as November 30th in our "Quest to Reach $0.01" contest as I believe that any filing at this point (good or bad) would at least get us to that level.

Come on compass, you know as well as I do that if sales/revenues were truly spectacular, we would have heard about it by now. The fact is that sales have not translated into what management expected. The boost from SI did not amount to the million dollars predicted because we weren't positioned properly. True, none of us know the balance sheet of this company, but it doesn't take a genius to know that if they had good news to share, they would have done it by now.

Neither extremes are helpful. We don't need to have fluff PR's every week, but we don't need complete silence either. How about somewhere in the middle? And gary, I appreciate your positive attitude about this stock, but take it easy on the kool-aid man. You have more in common with us shareholders than the CEO.

Oh what I would give to have Inca go back to its old/high PPS! That was back in the day when we were looking for it to go over $1.00, not $0.01! Maybe the market is dyslexic!

I don't know about the only posting on IDGI thing (I only post here and hope this turns out to be a winner!), but he sure does seem coy about letting on about his interests. This is such a weird stock.

So how many shares do you really own? I know you cannot possibly be this interested in our stock for a hobby!

That does worry me. It answers the question as to why they do not seem to care about our pps dropping/staying low.

Hooray! More magizine articles that no one notices and does little for our bottom line. Just what we need

I'm tired of the excuse of them building a real company! If they wanted to build a real company then they would start treating their investors like real partners and communicate important information to us in a timely manner. There is no hard evidence that anything is being built here (and no, magazine articles and glitzy club pictures do not count).

The only thing that has been "sustained" is the downward "stumble/fall" of the PPS over the past three years. I don't expect to see a POP and I don't think most people here do either. But what we don't want to see is slow trending to the bottom because that is hard to reverse. And so what if they announce something big after all of their pieces are in place- no one will be around to even notice just like SI!

Eroding investor confidence, no matter how annoying we can be, cannot be suddenly reversed overnight. If they have any big plans in the future, they need to start slowly and consistently communicating with investors so that if/when news is announced, they'll have the auditorium filled instead of just a few janitors!

Everyone can say what they want, but this is what a stock/company looks like that is on its last leg. The worst part is that so much of our money is going with it. Yes, it is our own fault for investing, but that doesn't make watching this go down any easier. Becoming attached to a stock always leads to bad investing and that is what I am guilty of. To have all the opportunities that this company has had only to squander them is horribly disappointing.

You have definitely been passed the "optimism baton!" I don't say that derogatorily either. I think it's important that someone on this board runs with it. It's been a sort of game for me over the years to track who has the baton (Walker, roy, Dan, klon, netjoy, craig, salmon, matt, cg, Brad, gary, florida, now you!) We have quite the pedigree!

Remember though, attracting new investors/staying current/keeping current investors updated as well as continuing strong sales is not an either/or proposition! For some reason a lot of people are under the impression that only one or the other can be done. They can both be accomplished simultaneously. Doing one does not compromise the other. You can responsibly keep investors informed (which would attract new investors, if that's what you want) and keep hitting all the big shows/magizines as well.

This stock is about as dead as it gets

Saying that we do not want to attract SEC attention sounds suspicious and sets off too many alarms. Maybe he didn't mean to word it quite like that because that statement comes off sounding dishonest and shady.

That was over a month ago and still no "update." I really thought we had turned a corner a few months ago when we had that investors call and that things were on the mend. Looks like I was wrong.

Gary, three years is not "immediate returns." Also, three years is not short-term either. We are in the "medium future" now.

Hope so. That buyout rumor offer of 0.08 sounds pretty good to me right now! Show me the dotted line!

Now that's funny! I hope we don't have a "Zonk" company here on our hands!

That may not necessarily be true . . . when some companies/boards approve buybacks, they sometimes do so by taking into account the "average" share price so that their offer appears fair. As such, just going back to triple zeroes would not benefit them per say, unless they were able to sustain these lower levels over a long period of time (which, last time I checked, we've been at lower levels for a long period of time.) I don’t know if even they would want to buy their own shares at this point.

This is just depressing

I think that there is more to come. My guys on the sideline have completely decided to get out now after today's fiasco. The "at least we can get shares cheap" saying is getting old. I don't want to buy shares dirt cheap anymore!
