Nop not all, who knows when ALU will bottom out or where it will be.
I agree this stock is really cheap I'll look to add more myself where I can.
Is Teva going to be selling generics for lipitor when pfizer loses patent protection on it in the us in November do you know?
They say though the drug can still pass and come onto the market at some point due you still see that as a possibility?
Its hard to believe whats happened to TEVA here, most the analysts still have buy ratings on this stock and a price target of a mean average around 60. As a mater of fact today this agency
Teva weakness a buying opportunity, says CLSA
CLSA said weakness related to the Ph III Bravo study that failed to meet its endpoint is overdone and not in the firm's model. The analyst views valuation as compelling and reiterates its Buy rating and $70 price target.
I tend to agree with this firm and most firms on TEVA. I'll continue to add where I can.
Not to mention LightRadio.
Yup and remember for as many people selling today someone has to be on the other end buying you wanna know something funny? Go to the trading tab on ihub more shares are being bought then sold today so far 51 million in buys vs 41 mill in sells weird huh??
I know its hard but ignore the sh price, but its one day, and remember next quarter we could be riding a 20% day up. I honestly believe in the coming weeks the SH price will rebound a bit, as this is just a oversell off. Hang in there, better days to come, IMO.
I agree with everything you say including today's pps movement too. But I got to agree the best is yet to come remember lightradio and the new networking processor fp3 with 400 speeds are not being deployed till 2012 and I really think the second half of this year will be better for shareholders to in general. Best of luck to all of us!!!
I agree that budget deal could be big, that and coupled with ALU being oversold should help this stock.
I know it's hard to see how he can be so optimistic when the share price is dropping really fast, but there were some positives in the quarter to take away the net profit was above what the street had called for.
That's because they missed on the top line in revenue, revenue did grow 2.4 percent to 3.9 billion euros but that was below what the street called for also operating income of 107 million was below the 135 million the street projected giving the company a operating margin for the quarter of 2.9 percent. Some analysts think the sell off is overdone and said the earnings are not that bad compared to what juniper put up yesterday, while others are skeptical the company won't meet it's full year targets for 2011 which call for operating margins to be above 5 percent. My guess is we will see a rebound in the share price in the coming weeks, one other thing to note if you look at 2010 for ALU they had a much stronger second half then the first. This will be the case this year in 2011 too.
I don't think the earnings were as bad as people make it seem, they did beat on the net level posting a net profit of 69 million us dollars which was above what the street called for, true revenue was a little light and so was the operating margin, but there doing a good job of making money at least on the bottom line.
Yeah I got a bad feleing about tomorrow remeber the company hasnt even recovered from when they reported earnings in the 1st quarter in may whent he stock was 6.25 and thats when things were better overall not just in tech but with europes debt problems and the U.S. debt problem...lol. And now everyone is saying there is a slowdown in tech spending not good and throw in the debt problems too. I thought ALU was finally going to start turning things around, but if they report bad earnings tomorrow or earnings that the street dont like it will be back to the old ALU. Yes this stock has had a great run once up 110% but its already given back 45% of that. And it will be even more given back if the company reports bad earnings tomorrow. This stock could wind up given back all of its 2011 gains if that happens, it should be bye bye Ben Verwaayen. You cant keep promising things to shareholders and talking about all the momentuem and not have it reflect in the stock price....This company has been merged since 2006 end of 2006 that is, almost 5 years its time to show us results.
The stock is getting whacked because of juniper reported bad earnings, if we do the same tomorrow look out below on the 200 ma average support is at what 4.50. I'm hoping for the best tomorrow but it don't look good all of ALU peer companies have reported weak second quarter results and have given a somewhat weak outlook for the future.
Not to bad of a day though overall considering the markets fell pretty decent. I was wondering too why ALU had such low volume too? Haven't seen it have that low of a volume day since early February. I wonder with earnings coming up on Thursday if this means anything? Or is it just one of those light trading days.
Looks like the soap opera of JBI Inc. is starting to unfold, it will be intresting to follow this one more, and see where the stock ends up.
Lets hope so, its been a LONG time coming for the longs here at tfzi. The company has been in the dark for a long time.
Indeed, volume is volume and its better then none...This thing has some waking up to do!! Hopefully someone starts up this empty shell because thats all TFZI is right now, whos in charge now that Humpries is gone which is a good thing too.
You knwo ALU rival Ericcson reported earnings on Thursday and got whacked, saying U.S. Spendiong from AT&T and others slowed. Usually ALU follows Ericcson...Kinda Scary, Ericsson stock was whacked for a 10% haircut too...I Hope ALU has a trick up there sleeves, I mean Ericsson still beat the street but there growth and numbers were a bit light....One thing to poiint out though Ericsson does not have the business ALU has in the States, and two Ericsson was also impacted negatively by the strong swiss franc something ALU does not have to worry about there, because they dont deal in that currency.
Not sure about the Tamiflu. But I know for a mjaor pharmy this is one of the best, they have a generally young pipeline compared to there peers of Merck, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Sanofi...The company is not losing any big major sales to generic competition like the others are. I was suprised earnings were as good as they were with the strong Swiss Franc. Roche pays the Divy once a year and actually I would not be suprised to see them raise it again in 2012..IMO. By them lifting there full year targets makes me even more settled that in fact Roche will raise its annual Divy. What do you think?
P.S. If possible I would like to be added to the Roche Board as a assistant moderator...Thanks in Advnace!!!
Will see what this week brings for IHGP. We sure have been a patient bunch here waiting for a update its been almost a year now since the post r/s.
me too, hope were both right. And your right sometimes you get some test buys below .0001 before the bang, I remember it happened 2 years ago in 09 with CXAC when it awoke. There were a number of trades below .0001, and then before you knew it several weeks later we were at .0008....ahhhhh the memories!!!

And in the end it looks like another triple zero stock is coming soon to a theater near you ladies and gentlemen
Well at least CLKZ stayed green all day and volume was at the ask at .0022 although volume was light it's better then nothing.
how much volume do you think FFGO needs to get the bid back? how was the L2 today?
caj what do you make of the 30 million trade even though it was under .0001 sometimes this is how things get going again ya know....I'm not trying to jump the gun but it was nice to see volume, and we have seen volume now 2 of the past 3 trading days...could something be up? I mean only so many people can trade this stock since it has a chill on it...lets hope for the best!!
could be something could be up who knows? the day before there was a 1million trade so we have had trading 2 of the past 3 days. prior to this you have to go back to April when we had trading volume...just because the trade was at .00005 does not matter the fact is it was volume and somebody somewhere traded, sometimes this is how things start with a trade like this....lets keep hoping for the best.
thats wishfull thinking but I am right there with ya, and hope that what you say happens...just need this chill to lift and Bravo to release financials and update us to the OTCBB and were good!!!! of course thats easier said then done...
Anher solid day here for BUD!!! Good volume too, looking like a solid run up with buying volume...I think we could see this hit over 60 with 1 or 2 more trading days the way BUD is going...Up the last 4 trading days as well and all .70 cent + days too.
One Reason the Street Should Love Alcatel-Lucent's Earnings

It's all good big day on Thursday let's hope ALU does well, if it does the stock will move north for sure.
Same here.
I hope so!!
FFGO showing some volume today. especially considering yesterday was only 300,000.
i was wondering about that...it cant be any dillution on the part of Mr.Bravo from what I know the o/s is maxed right up to the a/s. I guess someone wanted out that bad, however this means there had to be a buyer on the other end at .00005. Anyways its nice to see volume nothless 30,000,000 been a long time since CXAC has traded that in a day.
IHGP - so far all volume at .009 so far...24,000 worth...Just hoping we can leg up from here soon.
BUD was on the lighting round last night Jim Cramer likes the stock and thinks its cheap and thinks its going higher...The stock did hit a 52 week high of nearly 65 a share so I guess will see. So far today BUD is having another solid day that makes 4 in a row.
Green close for ALU, I'll take it.
someone wanted to paint this green close for IHGP, or maybe finally something might be coming? who knows...
