There are people reselling items on Amazon from their homes with higher sales ranks than BeWater.
But yes, GC will soon have a market cap of over $600mil even though the plant was bought for $750k and is their only asset.
That $20k in sales at the cost of $550k from Feb - April should have been a giant red flag for everyone.
I guess in Pinksheets land, nobody cares about actual company fundamentals and would instead rely on dreams and fantasies about a tiny water plant in NC with 2.114 billion shares outstanding conquering national and worldwide water markets.
Ok, how do you read charts that are 90% driven by mostly fake PRs and cr@p financial releases?
How do you know when those PRs are going to come out? How do you know how those PRs will be received? Do you and Lenny talk about these things before they are released?
Weed, have you ever read some of the PRs Lenny used to put out as First Petroleum? He would just pump out completely made-up nonsensical bupkis.
He put out this cr@p for a while and then decided that it wasn't going to work anymore and switched from acquiring oil and gas leases to being an entertainment company. You are taking this scammer's money to pump, I am not.
First Petroleum Acquires Oil & Gas Lease in Uinta-Piceance Basin of Colorado
11/2/2005 9:04:08 AM
NEW YORK, NY, Nov 02, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- First Petroleum & Pipeline Inc. (FPPL) has secured the rights to a Federal Oil & Gas Lease located on the Colorado side of the Uinta-Piceance Basin. The lease is located in Colorado's Mesa County, one of the states most active oil and gas regions.
The U.S. Geological Survey estimates there is upwards of 21 trillion cubic feet of undiscovered natural gas and 60 million barrels of undiscovered oil in the Uinta-Piceance Province of Colorado and Utah. This is one of the top 5 largest natural gas reserves in the U.S.
First Petroleum's core strategy is to focus on proven and producing oil and gas regions such as the Uinta-Piceance Province. By exploring in proven basins, the company is able to reduce exploration and development risks, and is thus able to better concentrate on company expansion and shareholder returns.
Colorado Oil & Gas
The total value of Colorado's oil & natural gas production in 2004 was $6.6 billion, a 35% increase over the 2003 value of $4.9 billion. For the second consecutive year, natural gas production in Colorado has exceeded 1 trillion cubic feet. In 2004, Colorado had proven crude oil reserves of 217 million barrels, including over 60,000 barrels per/day in physical production. Nearly every major producer and pipeline company in the U.S. is active within the State of Colorado; they include Amoco, Conoco and Unocal, among others.
First Petroleum and Pipeline Inc. First Petroleum (FPPL) is a growing oil and gas company actively engaged in the acquisition and development of oil and gas properties in Colorado, New Mexico and other U.S Midwest states. The Company is currently pursuing a diverse portfolio of high value, low risk energy projects such as opportunities in the Uinta-Piceance Basin, the San Juan Coalbed Methane play area, and the prolific oil and gas fields of the Permian Basin region.

Yup, all he would have to do is pay a fine and move along.
They are only focused on selling the ticker through random PRs that make zero sense for a company of their size.
- PRs Nascar multiple times, but when it goes away, acts as if it never happened but is still somehow tied to the company.
-PRs Camping World multiple times and suggests the company and Camping World have some sort of special sales relationship. The company doesn't PR or update sales at Camping World stores (beyond a special purchase for an ongoing water issue) after disastrous quarter sales that have combined sales that were below other quarter sales without Camping World.
-PRs that H2O Artesian will smash all water sales records under
the direction of some random dude. The company then PRs that the dude is now part of GC and doesn't update the status of previous PRs about the dude and his massive sales and market penetration with H20 Artesian.
- PRs twice in 2022 about selling company swag to increase
revenue numbers. The company doesn't even bother to put the swag on Amazon or eBay.
- The company releases a line item in their 2021 financials showing that over $5mil was paid for licensing but never updated shareholders on what transaction occurred beyond this PR below.
Greene Concepts Completes $2.875 Million Funding Transaction Containing Zero Dilution to Shareholders to Be Used for Expansion and Growth of the Be Water(TM) Brand

However, the company appears to be spending money on anything and everything unrelated to water sales due to it being rapidly depleted.
Nonsense! I have it on good authority that all you have to do to make a national beverage brand is vomit out 5 -10 products and know that "something will catch on" at some point.
It is a guaranteed winner.
Ask anyone who tried to sell beverages nationwide and ended up going out of business.
It would help if you always focused on making nine additional products successful at once before the first product is successful.

You aren't "playing the markets." You are constantly shilling this
stock on this board with nonsense posts to get the post count up.
I get jumping in when news is out and trying to catch a ride up and selling.
I don't get pumping on good and bad days as if they are all good days.
A company with..
2.1bil shares outstanding
10bil shares authorized
Three insiders who can covert to 6bil common at any time
$20k in sales last quarter at the expense of $550k
Can't put out good news.
You are more intelligent than this Weed.
Just admit you are being paid to shill this heap.
You could smell that same Greene all the way up to $0.15 and all the way down back below $0.01.
You always smell Greene 24/7 no matter what the company is doing.
This is what happens when you are paid by Greene to pump.
2.14bil shares outstanding and 10bil authorized says what?
Remember, small little water plant in NC.
If workers are toiling in the plant, it should be pretty easy to post videos of them working once or twice a week, filling the BeWater bottles with the BeWater. In Pinksheets land, trust nothing and triple verify everything. If you refuse to verify, you are doing it for a reason.
Yup, the company has been swimming in multi-million-dollar-deal PRs for the last couple of years but only last month did the lights in the place get fixed.
Lenny Greene, CEO of Greene Concepts, states, "Finally, we have completed and improved the LED lighting within the entire plant. The new lighting offers five times more lighting, and there is no unscheduled downtime due to lighting failures."

I guess they couldn't have the pictures or video done previously due to constant unscheduled lighting failures.
Translation:
We aren't selling cr@p right now in America, but we have our eyes firmly fixed on the multi-trillion-dollar South American water market. In fact, Lenny just watched a show from South America that had water in it, and he knows people need it down there.
(Per previous PRs, the Chinese and Indian water markets have possibly already been conquered)
A company with $20k in sales and 2.14bil shares can no longer bring
value to the shareholders.
They are operating out of a small little water plant in NC and have 2.14bil shares.
You explain how "Value" can be added without first doing an R/S and nuking the current holders.
We are supposed to believe this is normal.
A company with the sales of a high school lunch room snack bar has given itself the ability to subdivide the company 10 billion times.
What would the PPS be on a company with 10 billion shares and $20k in sales?
What is a water plant worth with a water production line the overall water industry labels so antiquated as to be less than worthless? The water line would be a negative asset for the company because it would have to be removed and replaced.
Are we supposed to believe that this is how business works? Can an electronics store constantly advertise sales and items it has if it doesn't have them and stay in business? If not, how can a water plant remain in business if the company constantly PRs things that never occurred?
You are just some dude taking Lenny's money to spam this page with 5 different accounts. Who cares what you made in the last month.
People bought as high as $0.15 based on Lenny's bogus PRs and pump machine.
I assume that since they named a person who works at the Holiday Inn Express, it means that a single Holiday Inn Express is carrying the BeWater? Holiday Inn Express has an honor system snack areas that don't have anyone taking your money. This is the equivalent of being on a snack cart at a hospital.
They have got to stop this clown world nonsense.
Are Greene Concepts attempting to imply that the display of BeWater at the Moose Cafe was done organically? Cafes typically don't display warm water bottles on tables because customers don't drink warm bottles of water. Instead, they would order ice water in a cup or a chilled bottle of water from a fridge.
They sold $20k worth of water at the cost of over $500k.
The money is running out.
They will have to dilute.
Companies with $20k in sales and 2.14 billion common shares are no longer actual companies. The path to future growth has already been obliterated with dilution.
No legit investor would ever invest in a company of this size that gave three insiders the
ability to convert a higher class of shares into 6,000,000,000 common shares.
Correct, all crap PRs.
This is an actual Greene Concepts PR from 2005 saying they have acquired oil and gas leases in Colorado. This PR was 100% BS! He pumped these out for a couple of years before doing a 1 for 2000 R/S and moving on to being an entertainment company. Lenny's BS never stops.

Greene Concepts Develops Two Chinese "Be Water" Label Designs in Preparation for a Windfall to Rapidly Expand Sales Within China's $53 Billion USD Bottled Water Market
After being distracted by a squirrel, Lenny forgot that he was selling water at all and thought that GC was a real estate brokerage house.
On February 25, 2021 the company announced that it had entered into a land purchase agreement for a property located 200 South Lake Destiny Drive, Orlando, FL 32810.
However, sometimes Florida land deals can go the way of world water domination if the people buying the land forget to do stuff and things.
The purchase agreement has been canceled by Greene Concepts Inc. Due to the property not receiving proper intended use approvals in a timely fashion, the Company elected to cancel the purchase agreement and all escrowed funds have been returned to the company.

They are gonna have to wait for the Mean Greene Share Printing machine to get fired first. It should be any day now.
GC had $20k in sales last quarter
GC spent over $500k to make that $20k in sales happen.
There are 1000s of food trucks in America with more than
$20k in sales during a 3-month period.
All of those previous "million dollar deal" PRs and they only sold $20k worth of water last quarter.
Comedy
You are always back to normal after you smoke your nighttime name.
You ok, Weed? You aren't posting with your normal level of incoherence.
Correct. Be Water would have to "Be" in several known beverage distribution channels to even have a chance to end up on grocery store shelves. A liquor store could sell Be Water today and replace the space with a $ 2.99-gallon jug of rum tomorrow.
Camping World sells the water for around $9.99 a case inside of Camping World.
I assume that Camping world sells the water for less than they pay for it.
If GC made $5 a case ( I know, I will try to stop laughing), it would be a total of $50k for this order.
GC spent over $56k to service debt, $250k on advertising, and over $550k to produce water sales at $20k last quarter.
They need deals like this daily to stay in business.
Perhaps, if they:
- Remove three zeros from the outstanding shares.
- Reduce the authorized shares to 10mil.
- Cancel all Class A and Class B shares.
- Settle all outstanding debt for gallons of liquid diamondz.
- Remove all current management and owners.
- Sell the plant for whatever they can get for it.
- Hire someone competent who can actually run a company with
the interest of shareholders in mind.
- Finally, use available funds to purchase an actual business that
can grow over time.
Maybe, they could actually expand over the next couple of years.
Folks, there are no barriers to entry for a company to sell the exact same
water that GC is selling.
If a giant company wanted to sell a high end "artesian" water and wanted
to use the same water that GC is using, they would simply build a giant
water plant somewhere close by and use the same water. They would
not "buy out" a junky water plant unless they simply wanted to use the same
location to tear it down and build a modern one.
Do you pumpers think this water only exists in a couple square acre
area and then it all of the sudden becomes a different water?
