They sold $20k worth of water at the cost of over $500k.

The money is running out.

They will have to dilute.

Companies with $20k in sales and 2.14 billion common shares are no longer actual companies. The path to future growth has already been obliterated with dilution.
No legit investor would ever invest in a company of this size that gave three insiders the
ability to convert a higher class of shares into 6,000,000,000 common shares.
