I call and talk to a lady from H &M,
She knows about the acqusition and she knows that 30th april( the day I call) was the deadline for the down payment of $ 175,000.
She told me she could not tell me about the payment..she told me to call me the broker (investment bank?).So they try to acqusition H & M thats real......but question is payment was made or not? Good luck.
