Great, now we are on the same page. I hope the rest of the board is as well...............
I would love to chat, but I'm on my way out the door to pick my Boyfriend up at the airport.
Have a great day PNMS -ers....
Are you not in agreement with what I'm pointing out?
Trust me, there are many PDR Gtd's maturing at the June 15th timeframe. Sure there are individuals that came into this late and what your saying would apply to those late arrivers.
Please do not discount this obvious FACT.
Please.............. You're kidding your self!
Let's all put this chatter to bed!
The PNMS stock/PDR Exchange has roughly 4-months left until they prove "Themselves" to be (Or not) to be a scam.
On June 15, 2008 this company PNMS/PDR Exchange will simply perform or not perform. This is the date that the 1-Year GTD's are to be paid out.
If this does not happen, they will surely dissolve quickly at their own demise.
That is the date......do-or-die!
THE TOOTH FAIRY.......
"Beneficiaries of Fundacion Pan America should receive instructions for re-activating their account within the next few days. If you are a beneficiary and do not receive an E-mail, please contact info@pdrexchange.com. Trading will resume once all accounts have been verified"
Is this an old email? Didn't we just go through this a couple months ago?
I've been here and there..............Contacting Blackstone confirming that "YES" they have in FACT engaged Blackstone to help sell all or part of NMCX along with assets.
I would have to say we are in a very good position having them represent us in their marketing sales efforts for NMCX.
Good times $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ are on the way!
COLLECT..........
Who cares about the day-to-day PPS? .........Blackstone will sell all or part of the company and it's assets.
It's just another stinky pinky..... All these pink sheet stocks are about timing, nothing else. Buy in on a stock at .0001 and turn it at a 10-20% profit, rinse & repeat.
Nice.............
Oh come on now............. How do you know this?
Please do tell us all why you say this.
How much time did Richard Altomare of USXP get?
Greatly appreciated...........
Key words...."Verifiable Press Release'....
Hythiam Announces First Commercial Reimbursement Agreements with Third-Party Payors
8:00 AM ET - BusinessWire
Hythiam, Inc. (NASDAQ:HYTM) announced today that the Company has entered into its first commercial reimbursement agreements with self-insured employer groups and unions that are part of a regional health plan in a state impacted by methamphetamine addiction. Reimbursement will be provided on a case rate basis for treatment and care management components of Hythiam's PROMETA(R) based disease management offering. The members covered by these payors represent a significant portion of this regional health plan's population, and will serve as those initially being included in Hythiam's disease management offering. Confidentiality is being maintained at the request of the plan and participating parties.
"The agreements covering these initial members signify an important early success for Hythiam and represent an opportunity to extend our disease management platform with this health plan. It is also promising when coupled with our progress in working through the contracting process with future national and regional health plans, and validates our newly focused efforts on fully developing and offering a comprehensive substance abuse disease management platform," said Terren Peizer, Hythiam's Chairman and CEO.
"The third-party payor market represents a substantial opportunity, as it allows Hythiam to leverage its disease management platform without significant additional investment in infrastructure. We will continue to cultivate opportunities with prospective national and regional health plans, and will work toward launching our PROMETA(R) based disease management platform for managed care organizations, self-insured employers, unions and other third-party payors throughout the United States," concluded Peizer.

"if this were a scam though, what would be the point of kicking you out of the exchange if there is no REAL exchange"
Using Midas as an example.....perhaps to keep a full rein in on other PDR holders so not to scare off new on lookers?
ONE easy way for the company to show "some form of validity" is to return your Certs ASAP. Otherwise, that in itself supports your claims Midas!
Go New ENGLAND! How the hell are we going to get anyone to start posting on this board. Should we pass out CHEEEEEEEESSSEEEEEEE?
Thanks 4God! ..........Please continue to deliver our mail on time!
Has anyone on this board spoken to Mike Terrell - Ex-President of PDR Exchange (Panama), Inc., former CEO of Panamersa Corporation in the last couple weeks?
4GOD..........have you heard from him? It's just really strange how a few on this board that have been close to him over the last couple years no longer post any phone conversations like they used to in the past. I would say a few here would post a comment or two at least a couple times a week and mention on the board what was discussed.
What happened with Theresa? She was friends with a ton of us up until a month ago. We used to get emails and well wishes and they were not communicated on this board. What happpend with this caring person?
Things that make you say HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMmmm?
Thanks Rbtree...
Keep it coming.....you should consider writing a book "No kidding here".
"Now they have their own exchange" ............ Not much of anything exchanging! It's a one way transaction, your money in and nothing coming out; including your certs...
"This is along the same lines as some private investors putting buy orders thru institutional brokerage houses to appear like "institutional" interest."
You feel, or do you know that this has or is happening with this stock?
I didn't see the email address for Blackstone Investor Relations. Would you mind posting it here so that a few of us can try to reach out to them.
Thanks, much appreciated.
"NMC has engaged The Blackstone Group to assist in its efforts to sell all or part of the Company"
Can you tell me where I might find something to back your post other than the press release that was sent out by NMCX?
"Want proof that Blackstone is a player?..." Is NMCX mentioned anywhere on the Blackstone website as being represented/marketed by Blackstone?
"Could be someone could email Blackstone and ask for verification."
Have at it!!!!!!!!!
Most, if not all of us would appreciate you showing us where we can locate it from a 3rd party reputable site..... and not by posting it here on this discussion board.
Before or after they changed the website?
"As a side note, I believe this was the real reason why and how Maurice was eventually convicted."
You believe, or is this factual?
Sure, bring it!!!! These discussion boards should be an open forum for both the positive and negative aspects of our investments/stock-flipping.

Yes, buy low and sell high.............
Well stated.
The majority of traders end up losing money trading. Some of the many reasons for trading losses are:
1. No valid Trade-Plan or not using a good Trading Methodology
2. Poor Risk-Management and improper use of Stop-Losses
3. Lack of General Trading Knowledge and Insight
4. A Trading Plan which is NOT based on Sound Trading Principles
