Doing a touch of research here 'toucan'. Quite a bit to dig into, read through, past just the SEC filings, you know what I mean?

Agree it was "crappy" 'RichAndPoor'. But we all know that Market Makers(MM's) are in the business of momentum and money, they do what they do for their own reasons, it does suck but it does happen.
Additionally, just some food for thought, this IS the OTC, so it could have possibly been an automated trade or a "robo-trade" that they held in order to save themselves additional time/paper/paperwork during hours, ya know?

WMBI - Wisemobi announces "LIVE" Competitions to find the next Entertainment Celebrities
On Tuesday March 30, 2010, 4:23 pm EDT
HOLLYWOOD, CA, March 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - (WMBI:OTC) Portal Reel2u is pleased to announce it is launching an extensive on-line format to host a variety of LIVE entertainment competitions where performers can compete and feature their talents and abilities, for the chance to win cash prizes, recording and management contracts. "With TV talent competitions like American Idol, which stated it had over 100,000 contestants auditioning, and averaged 19 million viewers for its 2010 "Top 12" show alone, it is clear that the market for both individuals looking for stardom and the demand of others wanting to follow contestants through the competition process is significant," said Chris Lancey President of Wisemobi and Reel2u.
Reel2U's contestants can enter any scheduled competition and upload their audition from anywhere in the world, via any network connected to the web or simply their own laptop or desktop PC webcam. Once the contestant has chosen one or more competitions to enter they will be able to create their talent profile and invite their fans and potential fans to register for contest support.
Reel2u's online platform will create a open forum for aspiring bands, and individual artists to gain exposure in the hope of getting recording contracts. "We believe that our unique online contests with aspiring artists winning cash, prizes and lucrative performance contracts will attract participants and viewers alike," said Mr. Lancey. "There are so many people who have tremendous talent but who cannot make it onto one of the prime time television shows and now we are offering to them a similar competition experience," Mr . Lancey added. "As Producer for Saturday Night at the Apollo for many years I was involved in a variety of contests that aired on NBC. I anticipate these contests to drive millions of eyeballs to our site. These viewers and members will be instrumental in other venues we will be rolling out later this year."
Reel2u will offer contestants in each category who win, recording contracts along with cash prizes. Reel2u will promote the contests thru selected agencies and their fan bases. Reel2u will generate a portion of their revenue by charging each band a registration fee and a royalty of sales from recording contracts awarded to each contestant. Reel2u anticipates in excess of 10,000 artists per category to sign up and pay the $50 registration fee.
In addition, Reel2U's Hollywood team is in discussion with high profile entertainment personalities to host these competitions and plans to announce these hosts in the coming weeks. Plans to partner with a major record label, agency and other professional organizations to promote the winners are also underway.
Upcoming contests for aspiring celebrities and artists have been scheduled in the following categories: rock bands, male/female vocalists, dance, comedy, spokesperson, modeling, high school bands, high school chorus groups (Glee Club) and church choirs. "The Reel2U platform is designed to level the playing field for the millions of talented people globally looking to showcase their talent and become a celebrity," said Mr. Lancey.
Reel2U will maintain an ownership in contest winners as they launch their music and talent careers. Once each winner is selected and signed, Reel2u will co-own the talent with a major record label in order to continue to expand Reel2u's database of new talent. This has proven to be an extremely successful platform to launch the careers of winning contestants and will generate continuous royalty revenues for Reel2u.
Reel2u with its focus on discovering new talent will also be creating a entertaining new medium whereby the world of social media hubs will be interconnected to a centralized platform drawing millions of eyeballs from fans and prospective fans alike to favorite artists and performers.

Sony Pictures Makes A Billion Bucks
By Lexi Feinberg: 2006-08-26 00:00:00
While Paramount Pictures curses their box office tallies and blames Tom Cruise, I can think of one other studio who is toasting their good fortune right about now. Sony Pictures Releasing International has already made $1 billion overseas in 2006, shattering their previous records.
According to Sony Pictures Entertainment, they hit the profitable mark on Thursday. This is the sixth time that the studio has surpassed $1 billion from international box office receipts, and they have a lot of self-praise to share. Says Paul Smith, President of Worldwide Theatrical Operations, "This is a marvelous achievement for any studio. Our filmmakers really delivered the goods and were committed to making the extra effort to promote their titles overseas, which is critical in this ultra competitive environment."
President of Distribution, Mark Zucker adds, "It's been an excellent year so far, and considering the strength of our upcoming releases, I expect 2006 will end as SPRI's best year ever."
Their biggest winner this year is the The Da Vinci Code, which has generated more than $535 million overseas. Even though it wasn’t a good movie, people went to theaters in hordes and showed their love to Dan Brown. Fun with Dick and Jane and Memoirs of a Geisha also made respectable numbers.
