So can you tell us for a fact that the article never ran in the Journal or did it?
You would think we had been invaded by tards from space. Oops,
just so I won't get deleted let me say GO IAHL. Ok delete that now!
Exact-a-mundo!
Yup, Most here expect sexy cheerleaders in skimpy little skirts to titillate them all 24 hours a day. You would think this was a commie state. It is an open forum to discuss positive, the negative and to ask questions. This stock and all Pinkies are a long shot at best but everyone thinks they are smart enough to pick the one in a thousand that will be a 100 bagger. I hope this is one but will not be surprised if it flops. I want to hear the hard questions and get the real answers. You might have heard "Money talks and BS walks" well show me the money!
Have to admit liable is right, the investment group might have money but the company does not unless it earns it. Whatever costs are incurred by the investment group will be taken back in one way or another. They are getting their money back in either shares, profits or the sales of stock. They may have restricted shares which is good for us but they are not giving their money to the company for nothing.
Take just a few seconds and think about it. If you start a company with your money are you going to give that away for nothing in return? If so then why did you bother to take your company public in the first place?
Ok, so what did you find out so far? I still want an explanation from the company. Selling shares to raise capital does not lower the share holders equity. I would like to confirm if that even is what has happened and if so how and why it was done. No where near 8.5 billion shares have been dumped. They may have been given in exchange for some consideration which is what we need to find out.
You did not answer my question so we will have to assume you had no basis for your statements. I seriously doubt any lawsuit will result, just an effort to squelch the negative media story.
I sent the following message to our CEO thru the link provided by Audiostocks.com. I will post the reply when and if I get one.
As one of your shareholders and moderator of the Investors Hub Ibox web page for SMEV I would like some clarification as to how the outstanding shares increased to 8.5 billion. It is understood that capital needs to be raised to grow a company, but some explanation as to what has transpired and plans for additional capital requirements is due. This would most likely be very beneficial in stabilizing the price of the stock if not increasing it and generating additional interest.
I feel that your shareholders are deserving of this information. At least one has filed a complaint with the SEC regarding the irregularities of the share structure. Did the company issue 8.5 billion new shares? How many if any were sold on the open market and how much capital was raised? Any info provided will be posted on the site.
Thanks in advance. Sincerely, SOJ.
Where did you get your info regarding the attorneys and Thrush being upset about the article?
yup, a $9 paint job.
Convince you of what? I am the one who posted the updated info on the share structure here. MY email adde is listed on my profile page if you don't want a public discussion. What I find interesting in the contentions of a dumping scheme here is that the volume figures do not show it. Add it up and tell me how you get over 8 billion shares dumped. If there has been massive dilution then tell us how you think it took place. I have some theories on it but am still working on getting some hard data to find the answers we want.
I think you guys are failing to make a distinction between selling and delivering of the product. They may have manufactured 10 planes last year and sold 30. That would account for the order of 20 which will take all of this year and perhaps some of next to make and deliver. This would certainly be a good reason for Thrush to be interested in expanding production capacity at this time. Doing so requires more capital but would prevent the loss of sales to customers not wanting to wait more than a year for delivery. Additionally they may have real interests in expanding to build the Integrity and/or other aircraft types outside of the ag market.
I think something is coming soon. Been quiet for too long now. If I can get funds in before it hits .01 I want to double my position. The market cap if we have the correct figures is very very low. It would not take that much to get us up past .02 and maybe even to .05 or higher with some solid good news. I will try again to get an updated share structure.
First off let me state that I have only owned shares since the transition to SMEV. I like the product and think the company has potential. I took the Mod spot here because there was none and the asst's had lost interest as well.
All of your questions are good and I would like answers also. I had called the TA back on the morning of Jan 30th to get the share structure and left a message for a Marlene. She never returned my call but apparently did send the updated info to Pinksheets.com which had the current numbers on their website page for SMEV the next day on the 31st. I have no idea how 29 million shares could become 8.5 billion. From the little I have been able to ascertain about the demise of 5th Avenue Channel, they never paid their bills and got kicked off the air by the TV stations they had contracted with to provide them air time.
There is more than enough reason to suspect foul play. Im afraid the reason we may not be getting answers from Ella and company is that they too are trying to figure out what happened. If you buy a shell to bring your company public, I would not think you would buy one with 8.5 billion shares if the figure reported is something like 1/300th of that. That would not be much a good start. It is also a bit suspicious that both companies are in the Miami, FL area.
I would like to hear from anyone who can shed some light on this. This board was started in June of 2007 but FAVE had been around since at least the late 90's and was traded as a OTC BB stock at one time. I have been reading the old posts here and you can find some of the old PR's regarding the company. There are several stories you can find on Google regarding FAVE but none help get a clear picture of what transpired.
Wall looks even thicker this morn. Must be a couple million Chinamen working on it at night. Bulls have wall at .03-.035 vs. Bears at .10. Long tails on those red candles do indicate buying interest on the dips.
I agree with that Im just saying that it's fair to say you see a wall when its sellers over buyers 5 to 1 at the current spread. Wall still at .10. Current is even at .06 bid, .08 ask
Yeah, ok no wall, now its .06 bid
Looks like someone shot him in the throat!
That does look like a thick wall. Where's that recognizer guy with the cannon? Traded up for a shark huh?
Uhh, trying to make sense of that financial statement is like trying to learn chinese in a day. How about a translation into dollars?
Is it me or is that gap down at .20 getting closer by the day? Why is this stock selling off so much? Somebody out there shorting?
Updates and reconfiguration of Ibox completed. Let me know what you think and if anything needs to be added or changed. Thanks. ~SOJ~
What do you think about Tradernation's comments on the Kauderer Group? Still apprehensive or do you think maybe they know what they are doing?
That sounds like pretty good news to me. I take it you are some kind of a reporter? Thanks for the positive input. It seems someone is buying this stock. All the orders today and nearly all in the last several days have been on the buy side either at the ask or very near it.
Working on the update now, should be complete, or at least a good start sometime later tonight.
Sure, sign me up
Which leads to the question... what does the 5000 number on the ask really mean? Just a minimum number that the MM will sell at that price I take it. Anyone know for sure?
Yes, it would be nice. We need some info. I PM'd DFLY and asked him if he wanted to give up the Mod for the board and he said he would a few days ago. I have followed up but still not done. I would take over because nobody is updating this page at all and it looks like crap.
I might buy a little more of this stock just to see it trade again. Worked last time.
It was being mentioned on BB's Stock Haven, another Ihub board as looking good from a TA standpoint.
Sorry, gave all I had at .063
I never said the company was a POS. I did buy back in at .063 and think it looks good for a run here. In spite of that, if the deal falls apart this stock will see .02 again. That is the risk. But on a risk/reward basis if the deal to buy Thrush does go down then we may have a run to $1.01 and beyond. On that basis it is a good risk to take today IMO although there will always be spikes to sell and dips to buy. Don't knock the flippers, they add liquidity and volume and volume is the life blood any stock needs to fuel a takeoff into the sky.
Knock off the ask at .068 and things might get interesting since that next MM is at .09!
I would think they need some serious help in marketing the product. Have they tried a leasing program or some sort of trial? I would think that a spa would have some reservations on spending the money on one of these without knowing what kind of response (profit) they would get.
Do you know what the life of one of these machines is? I would think they might know the number of uses it could endure without a major service. I know they have a 2 year warranty. I was trying to figure out how many sales a day a commercial customer might have to have to make a profit. It seems to me that you would probably have to price a session in the machine lower than that of a masseuse unless the experience is really superior.
Also, what percent of the sales is targeted to private users vs. commercial users? I saw one of these set up in a shopping mall a few years ago but did not try it out. I do not remember what the price was to use it. It would seem to be a great item for a store like the Sharper Image to sell.
Do you know who their current distributors are or how I can get that info? Perhaps we just have to wait until the new PR and IR firm do their jobs. TIA for any info you can share.
Yes I am new here and did not search sunbiz.org but raising the authorized shares to that level made sense prior to the r/s. SMEV did not sell 8.5 billion shares since they purchased the shell last October, in fact I seriously doubt they sold any at all. The 11B figure would have only been an increase of the o/s by 22%.
I would imagine that they realized that having billions of shares trading at a fraction of a penny was not a good thing so they decided to do the R/S of 1 for 100. They may decide to lower the a/s now but as you know increasing that number is just a matter of paying a small filing fee so I've never considered it much of a real issue as many people do. Besides, you can figure out when massive dumping is taking place easy enough.
I am sure that at some point they will sell new shares but not at anywhere near the current levels. Unlike many pinky stocks they do have financials out and have been in business for few years, (patent since 2002) have a product on the market, sales of over $2 million a year and are showing a profit.
If you want to assist here and share your own DD I welcome that. Everything I have found on my own shows me that SMEV is a legit company with potential. That and what I have stated above would make them better than 99% of the companies traded on the pink sheets IMO.
Did I answer your question to your satisfaction?
I got the transfer agent to update us on the share structure and now we know why the old share structure showed 11 billion authorized shares and why the dreaded R/S was needed. It seems the figures that we had were incorrect to say the least. The previous incarnations had issued over 8.7 billion, yes that's with a B, shares. So we have a company with 85.7 million O/S and a float of 24.7 million. Not quite what I was hoping for but not that huge of a surprise knowing what crooks the 5th Avenue Channel (FAVE) guys were either.
On the positive side we do have a real company whose officers put up their own money to form. They have two U.S. patents, one European patent and a registered trademark for both. They also have a current financial statement as of Sept 2007 showing that they are making a small profit and they do have big plans to take this company forward. The new PR and IR firms were retained to make things happen so we will have some news fairly soon.
-SOJ-
Lets see more hits on that .14, I like the looks of that green!
There is a chance we could get a rally from here today. The smoke seems to be clearing. Interesting to note that the high bid was .035 for a second or two but nobody sold there. A close at even, or a scad more on higher volume would bode well for the stock.
That .04 low is THE 50 day moving avg. It had better hold. Support now firm at .035
At .12/sh the mkt cap is just $37,815. Two of their machines cost more than that! The PR and IR firms have not even started working yet. I think I will be sorry I did not buy more pretty soon.
Yup, just one MM @.13 ask, next up is .45
