I would imagine that they realized that having billions of shares trading at a fraction of a penny was not a good thing so they decided to do the R/S of 1 for 100. They may decide to lower the a/s now but as you know increasing that number is just a matter of paying a small filing fee so I've never considered it much of a real issue as many people do. Besides, you can figure out when massive dumping is taking place easy enough.
I am sure that at some point they will sell new shares but not at anywhere near the current levels. Unlike many pinky stocks they do have financials out and have been in business for few years, (patent since 2002) have a product on the market, sales of over $2 million a year and are showing a profit.
If you want to assist here and share your own DD I welcome that. Everything I have found on my own shows me that SMEV is a legit company with potential. That and what I have stated above would make them better than 99% of the companies traded on the pink sheets IMO.
