UltraFlix is our 4K Ultra HD video channel and is currently being developed to run on a variety of platforms. We initially built it on our Nuvola NP-1 streaming media player, and will soon be releasing an embedded version of the channel that will be built into many of the major 4K Ultra HD TVs on the market. We fully anticipate over 1 million UltraFlix customers this year.

DangFool I think these comments you made below are more spot on than your current sentiment and playing the penny market isnt for everyone very few succeed long term. NTEK has a shot and if they are buying shares then its hard to argue they will be selling them back to market at these prices. I would say good or bad we should expect a pop and run on prices here. In my investment rooms we charted this pull back almost 2 weeks ago as the market was trending to buying cheap on this stock. Entry should be good at current levels as buying has picked up here. PPS is not always a true indicator of a companies value and I think NTEK still has more story to tell so if you are invested here good luck if you are on the fence maybe stay there for a bit until you feel better about the companies direction. At any rate I really like NTEK at these prices and expect it to make a nice move this coming week.

Apologies if I made any remarks that caused offense. My comment that someone with more or less the same viewpoint as me buying in despite their reservations was a roller coaster rider was meant to be tongue-in-cheek, but now that I come to think of it, that really does seem to be the dominant personality trait driving OTC investors, especially those hunting in the OTC Pinks.

I'm new to this sort of investing, and I might well be coming to the conclusion that it's not for me. That I might be better off staying in the kiddie pool rather than the shark tank.

To me, it starts to feel like compulsive gambling, and I already have quite enough unhealthy addictions, thank you.

But NTEK is so tempting simply because my experience should lend me an edge in proving or dismantling their claims, at least to my own satisfaction.

But even if I decide it's all smoke and mirrors, shorting it seems very foolish when it's down in the pennies, and is so volatile that virtually any announcement ("NTEK will use USPS to deliver NP-1s! That means they're in partnership with the US Federal Government!") can shoot the PPS up 10% in a few hours.

I'm a tech guy, so I'll bet the tech. Whenever they deign to let me see it.

Nothing has changed here only people that want a 30% gain everyday selling retail shares into market. Same company that ran to .008 when they announced Amazon distribution contracts. Same company price oversold and will rebound hard gl

It's well known ANAS wants to merger or get bought out its the end game make the stock valuable and sell it. There is no proven fraud friend and investors are hurt more by a halt than by losing money on an investment. Think about it would you rather lose 50% of your money on a stock that goes down in value but have the option to sell it or 100% because it's on a Grey sheet. The SEC is hurting more than helping the fact you think it's a good thing and find joy in people's pain is ludicrous. My point is people are only willing to take it on the chin for so long before other avenues start to be created outside of the SEC. Investors need to use caution when investing they need to learn to research they don't need big brother taking their money and telling them they can't invest anymore because they say so. Pink sheet stocks in the best of times are an educated gamble to tell yourself otherwise and expect the world from these companies is silly. I just wish the SEC would stop trying to dictate where people can throw money away at. That is my point I don't like big brother with their hand in my pocket at any time and no I don't own any AEGY right now but I do like the Pharmajanes concept and would like to see it fully realized.

SEC is losing its power with the Grey sheets bottom line is and always will be, where there is money there is fire in people and stocks like these will find a way to be fluid and trade. The SEC will only get to play boss as long as people will let them. Keep costing investors millions in dollars and it won't be long before people decide to trade in other open formats. If he is still messing with this and actually going to do a visit to me thats means the PPS is heading up up up. He has a huge following and just recently ran NWGC up over 700% in PPS in just a few days. If the 10Q doesnt pop this a visit to the facility from big will provided he likes what he sees and Im pretty sure he will. GL

The chart has bottomed, the 10Q is due and BIG posted Monday he is visiting the facilities and meeting with CEO this month. Its going to be a fire storm from here no worries all these prices will be doubled shortly :) hang tight and load the dips best way to make that paper kidZ
