bah !, people worry too much about spooztoolz. If it's as good as strick says (and we all think it is), Hardly any brokerage houses will carry it anyways.

Why would they ? Cant have winning trades on both sides all the time ! Besides it's too cheap and they sell their own trading software for more than the kick back theyd get from selling spooz anyways.

Also beeing so "disruptive" it may be a real concern to their livelyhoods.

Nah , the value in owning spooz stock , is 120 million shares of Swarm ( sorry, 141 capital) that we, through the co. , own.
IF it's really 40% ( Thats not too outrageous 30-40 %) we are laughing , long term.

When 141 proves it's mettle , and 141 pps reflects that, then we will be piggy backing on that pps, but....

.... when peeps understand that 141 capital, and it's succest, is based on spooz software then, and only then ,will spooz stand on it's own .

I mean, with spooztoolz and the right add ons, you can get 87% of swarms(141 capiatl) capabilities. Can someone with average math skills (which i dont have) tell me what 87% of 95% succestful trades would be?

When that happens ppl will DEMAND spooztoolz , if they cant get it through their brokers then they will buy it off spooz direct. finally the brokerage houses will have no choice but to cave to their clients demands... this will all take a lil time , more than i wished for, but the payoff might be huge.

Of course part of the joy and risk of investing in stinky pinkies is finding the rough diamond. Have we found one here? I think so....time will tell.


P.s i called oq last week ,tuesday or wednesday actually, and they still had a relationship with spooz at that time. I admit it was a strange conversation ,you gotta hit em hard and fast in those kinda calls.


by the way as an aside to diabolic , who brouhgt this oq thing up months ago,... what was the other link you posted after the financials came out? I believe it was another co. which oq got their software from....this might xplain pauls reference about not having to relly on oq for their middle ware.

I just hung up with one of the Investment Analyst at The Kauderer Group and from our very lengthy conversation, this is what Mr. Singleterry told me.

How Spooz came to sam kauderer's attention . BUt 1st a little history. Sam is the patriarch of the familly, originally from the province of Rumania when it was owned by Austria. Sam Kauderer assisted his family in the original Kauderer growth before World War II.

The Gruppe began with Sam's Grandfather over 150 years ago with the largest Transportation service in Austria. The gruppe was an early investor in the automotive industry.
