AEZS ANNOTATED MAR 10 CHART (note that the identified gap filled within a day or 2 after my posting on Mar 10. A sharp incline as was idicated by the oscillators immediately occurred and then a new issue and a drop. This had started to rally and then word of the pending new issue stopped the rally dead and a long wait has ensued. Now we approach some catalysts and we should pick up again. jmho
<link back July 1> and potential ADCOM cat in AUG or SEPT (according to Sheff's guess), all in addition to the PDUFA 11/5
I have had this one since early Mar. and have periodically added. It started to move up a ways back just after I entered initially but did an offering which stiffled the rally, but it has held very well since.
JMHO but we should see activity here nearby. Keep in mind when the company did it offering and the offering was price then pegged above where the stock currently sits (without PDUFA consideration), in addition to the rally it should have due to the PDUFA and a potential ADCOM.
This one is hopefully starting to wake.

PSDV <linkback to 6/30 post> entered this early for a change @ 4.17 on 6/30. The upcoming PDUFA was the then reason. The current article Sheff just posted lends support and surely has a nice PT of $10.

Whas - nice article- waiting for us now to just B/E EBITDA then I think the 23% short of float will diminish, unless they want to issue a special stock dividend for shareholders or a dividend in stock either of which would/should alleviate the short condition and reduce the days to cover a fair bit, jmho

Long road starting from scratch but it is edging closer to profitability as it grows nicely in supplying CNG/LNG/Methane to multiple fleets- ie City Buses, Waste MGT, UPS, AT&T and numerous other well know company fleets. 23% better mileage and 25%++ less air pollution than diesel. Plus the cost per gallon is cheaper than gasoline.

This is a long term investment which should, jmho, increase many fold as it hits EBITDA B/E and later profitability. Imo this is a 3-5 hold perhaps longer but I would sell when/if it hits $40 and it is currently around $10, so at 40 I will be totally exiting. *I have core plus trading shares and have had for over 10 years. jmho

Thank you, Tony. Good afternoon everyone and thank you for joining us. I’m pleased to review our second quarter of 2014 operating results with you today. We reported 64.8 million gallons delivered this quarter, up 23% from the 52.6 million we delivered in the second quarter of 2013. We also generated 98.1 million of revenue in the second quarter up from 88.1 million or 19%. This is apples-to-apples when excluding VETC.
Importantly, this quarter we were negative $4.8 million in adjusted EBITDA which is the 31% improvement over last quarter, so we continue to make progress on our path to profitability and are very close to breaking even on adjusted EBITDA. As I look back over the quarter, I am pleased with the significant milestones we achieved. We’re able to open the Interstate 10 corridor from L.A. to Houston with the opening of our El Paso station to compliment our Phoenix and San Antonio stations.

Tony Kritzer - Director, Investor Communications
Thank you, operator. Earlier this afternoon, Clean Energy released financial results for the second quarter ending June 30, 2014. OREX Not far above 52week Low - Just did a head and shoulders and a fall pattern. Should get a bounce, hard to say exactly when though with 20% of the float is Short. That usually is not a positive until eventually they have to cover or it starts to decline. In the meantime they manipulate and have our stop losses go off, like mine did the other day.
Surprising to have that many betting against the stock with an early Sept PDUFA so near?

$$$ seeker imo it is just part of this Apl 2014 filing for a $30M filing- a from time to time may issue filing. $30M / a share price of $4 = a total possible issue of 7M shares+ for the entire filing or in relative terms about 10% additional stock over its current O/S of 60M shares. Not a biggie at all imho.

History/Qtr stock issue in 000 and $
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/cf?s=THLD
When you look at the history of issuance on Yahoo Finance under cash flow you will see that the issues are minimal and also that the burn rate is not vast combine that with Finviz Cash on hand position and the issue may get a hiccup but it should not be strep throat. jmho
Keeping in mind also that 9/30 is a PH3 catalyst date which should be significant for better or worse.
No real problem if they issue when they don't need the $ that is the time to issue anyway plus historically the quantities are small in relation to the overall o/s and the overall total cap$ allowed is rather minimal, 30M
Maybe buy on any weakness.

BOTA News out today not on wire yet - topline out - not looking good imo
BOTA <link back> as part of the general market, it held up well to a big general market drop yesterday. This pulled back just a bit and yesterday had a hammer candle for a possible reversal. It is my belief we should see some movement north in the next few sessions, yesterday's hammer could be a turning point but today needs to confirm it at close.
It has some nice near by room to grow then some resistance at the 3.5 and 3.8 levels then a gap to fill eventually.
BOL Good one to watch if you are not already. jmho
Boom- while I believe you are accurate with your appraisal relative to gaps, it is however interesting to note that it has been said that over 80% of all gaps will fill within a 3 year period. Like many things, timing is everything.
While you may surely have opportunity cost while waiting, as Warren Buffet is fond of saying, (to paraphrase), : a loss is not a loss, or a profit is not a profit, until you actually sell the shares.
Bol to all playing gaps - personally I think it is important to do what John Murphy had said in one of his books, "look at a 1,3,5 year chart". Imho check them for patterns and also to identify gaps.
Most importantly imo is to identify accurately support levels and resistance levels and buy enter and sell more in accordance with them and in multiple transactions to average buys and sells.

If I was looking to enter I surely would be looking at the SP now and in light of the upcoming PDUFA 11/5.
I plan to add more on any reasonable weakness at this point since we should be safe from an offering due to just having one recently. jmho
