Under the new SEC rules that’s no longer an option for companies. Pink current companies must maintain their current status through progress of the company. The days of Just having a stock for the sake of making money are over. The best investments in the otc are now. There will be some of the largest gains in otc history and I believe this is one of them.

Aside from the LOI I’m about to send (A letter of intent (LOI) is a document declaring the preliminary commitment of one party to do business with another. The letter outlines the chief terms of a prospective deal. He’s acquiring a company, a Family Entertainment Center.) which he alluded to being Stars and Strikes. This last tweet mentioned that there was another LOI coming where he’s diversifying much larger acquisitions.
