FWIW Bought 500k more at .0038- took awhile but they did come down and fill me. Maybe try to test this morning's low-
Errr I think you mean Mrdecember
I was thinking the pit owners and or PA and company- ofcourse I can't prove anything and so it is my opinion- but hard to speculate that this is all NSS . IMO if PBLS is doing a buyback and thus has the cash to buy with they might consider ungagging the TA and issueing a small cash dividend instead. Announcing a "future " date for a dividend would certainly perk up the pps and maybe shed some light as to where the shares are coming from- imo
Castle you absolutely win the most enjoyable/funny/creative etc post award every week. Thanks!
Also FWIW I felt .005-0055 would be the bottom here awhile back. Not so sure now but the capitulation volume is a positive- but I would caution that this drop looks like it is on some kinda info that is not known by most- so maybe drop further.. or maybe really bottom and charge back up. One thing is likely if nothing positive developes here soon PBLS will experience tax loss selling in about 2 months for anyone who needs a tax loss.imo
I think that the lawsuit is likely to blame here- not just pit ownership but if money would be owed to a damaged party and how much. [if any] I haven't dug very much on PBLS for about 6 months but I expect there might be some bad news already out there. Known by someone with lots of shares.
Sure doesn't look like a buyback by the company- I think there is likely revenue coming in but liabilities are crushing the company- all IMO ofcourse and I hope something positive breaks for shareholders soon !
If you like it at 0065 you'll absolutely love it at .0032
Sorry but you seemed so sure of yourself.
This one trades interestingly. Looks almost like a couple shorts got caught in a real company. I'm in for 1 mil and counting. GL here!
I confess I used to think stingrays were pretty docile creatures.

Lighthouse Point man stabbed in chest by stingray
LIGHTHOUSE POINT, Fla. (AP) -- An 81-year-old boater was in critical condition Thursday after a stingray flopped onto his boat and stung him, leaving a foot-long barb in his chest, authorities said.
"It was a freak accident," said Lighthouse Point acting fire Chief David Donzella. "It's very odd that the thing jumped out of the water and stung him. We still can't believe it."
Fatal stingray attacks like the one that killed "Crocodile Hunter" Steve Irwin last month are rare, marine experts say. Rays reflexively deploy a sharp spine in their tails when frightened, but the venom coating the barb usually causes just a painful sting for humans.
James Bertakis of Lighthouse Point was on the water with his granddaughter and a friend Wednesday when the stingray flopped onto the boat and stung Bertakis. The women steered the boat to shore and called 911.

Bertakis was apparently trying to remove the spotted eagle ray from the boat when he was stung, police Cmdr. Mike Oh said. The ray was approximately 3 feet across and 18 to 24 inches long, Oh said. Officials have kept the dead ray in case doctors need to examine it, Oh said.
Surgeons were able to remove some of the barb, and Bertakis, who also suffered a collapsed lung, underwent surgery late Wednesday and early Thursday, the Miami Herald reported on its web site.
Ellen Pikitch, a professor of marine biology and fisheries at the University of Miami, who has been studying stingrays for decades, said they are generally docile.
"Something like this is really, really extraordinarily rare," she said. "Even when they are under duress, they don't usually attack."

Hehe somehow I knew that answer ..just a sec- let me get my pants on.
So which do you wanna see? My booty or the new arrivals?
sorry for the late reply. Working on a complete overhaul on the website and opening a new website Tomatofrog.com soon.
On a side note- got so sick from taking all the shots and pills pre trip that If there was ever a next time I think I would take my chances with any bug or water borne disease instead.
I was told I was a very pleasant shade of green after all the chemicals.
Hope you are doing well controlling the "masses" here.
Sorry for the late reply--- Did more than I expected and even though the herps weren't allowed to travel with me- [ I had to clear them in Miami 3 days later] all survived in excellent condition. Gotta say my overall impression was kinda depressing. Stayed at a cocoa bean plantation one night and met some very interesting people. But overall a very tough life for most . But the scenery was unbelievable and if I were still diving there were some incredible spots to try. All in all I'm very glad to be back and very busy with all the new arrivals. Hope you are well.!
Can't see how- the company has throttled all reasonable info.
Funny thing is I believe if PBLS just came clean and let everything spill, even if they said oil/gas revenue is down- construction is slow- margins are razor thin on fuel trading- the pit is at maximum capacity and yeilds xx - etc even if the OS was 2 billion and there was a ton of negative forces at work on PBLS business opps. If the company came clean and spilled it I think the pps would rocket just on the possibilities of actually turning business around and giving investors the whole story along with the "possibilities" I mean how much more would the pps drop from here? IMO just ungag and lay out the companies vision going forward.
actually I think you'd be suprised at the total OS .
imo ofcourse
BTW the company has a "mighty big" payroll and dividend debt service- I think most are/would pass on the current market cap.
Err should say seems like market is not buying it.
No offense- just think it's odd that anyone who disagrees with the board or has a differing opinion on this stock is called a rookie. I doubt Coydog is too concerned- he apparently wins more than he loses.
BTW in this rookies opinion- PBLS is dangerously close to hitting pre Katrina pps and imo is a likely reverse split candidate.
IMO by continueing to buy at these levels you are likely delaying the bottoming process but not postponing it. Look at all the daytraders that longs will have to stairstep over if the price ever rises. you can continue to blame NSS and MM tricks but the truth is , the pps .
Finally I'm sorry this all came up- I was just cleaning out my mailbox of 3 months of messages. Good luck here !
Rookies 1
People who call bottoms twice a week for months 0
Hi, trip was great- but kinda depressing, got back Sat night-
One thing I'll say about the Malagasian people is I think their motto oughta be "Life's hard and then you die"
But the scenery and divesity of life was absolutely unbelievable.
Been trying to catch up on posts- and did my best to Free Willy, feed Shamu and Herd Orcas on the SLJB board.
How's things your way? Did I ever mention my favorite sister lives in Wawatossa [sp]?
Posting this in it's original Chinese version [ in english but with Chinese names and ..note MP stands for Military Police]
Will explain after joke why I think the asian version is the best [ how's that for a long winded- most likely unnecesary intro?!}
The MP was making his rounds through the Sembawang kampung area. In Ah Chye's
kampung house, the MP noticed a pig with a wooden leg hobbling about.
"Excuse me," the MP said to ah Chye, "but why does that pig
have a wooden leg?"
"Oh, it's like this, sir... one night a robber entered our household,
tied all of us up, stole our jewelry and was about to escape when the pig came
out of nowhere, attacked the robber and saved us all."
"Oh, I see," said the MP uncertainly, "but I still don't
understand. Why does the pig have a wooden leg?"
"Oh, it's like this, sir... There was a fire when we were all out to the
cinema at Chong Pang. The pig alerted our neighbors, ran around organizing a
water bucket system and helped the firemen put out the fire."
The MP was getting quite frustrated. "Listen, Mr Chye, That is all very
interesting, but I still don't understand why the pig has a wooden
leg."
"Oh, it's like this, sir..." Ah Chye said. "We used to have an
old well. One day, our little daughter fell down the well. The pig jumped in,
saved our girl, covered the well with planks and we never had that trouble
again."
The MP shouted, "I DON'T UNDERSTAND! Why does that damn pig have a
wooden leg?"
Ah Chye appeared absolutely unfazed. "Well, you know," he said
finally, "with a pig that good, how can you eat it all at once..."
When I was posting on Yahoo on the FNSR board [ before I knew any better about IHUB's superior message boards] I met a guy who asked me a frog question on the board and he told me an interesting story. He is an American from NY or Boston [ forget which] who married a Chinese girl- he related a story she told him about her childhood . Apparently his wife's family was a very close knit group and very loving- but also very practical . She tells her husband that as a girl one night at dinner she notices they are having cat as the main dish. [ not that unusual I guess for them- funny/sad thing was that it was the family pet they were about to eat. The girl was horrified but her father assured her that the cat was getting older and had served its purpose and if they let the cat get too old as to be almost too tough to eat it would be akin to a sin. Waste not want not I suppose.
well as you may or may not have guessed- I have a little info about this- but like all the insiders seem to do- I;ll let everyone spend their money and do the DD.
" I won't share and I'm taking my ball home too!"
Sorry to bug y'all. Good luck this week.!
Well good luck to most of you...
So for the record- PWC has SLJB for a client? And is in on the audits?
You should ask Matt to remove all your "hijacked" posts.
uh huh
Did you mention that to Matt? And did they steal your RagingBull alias too?
This isn't your post?

Post #of 100048
Harry PWC is in without question
snips for the record- you say that SLJB is a client of PWC and PWC is in on the audit right?
And as mentioned yesterday- That PR is missing from the MAM website. I have repeatly called and emailed MAM. Hopefully it is just an oversight.
Well that theory is why I emailed MAM. I simply asked and wonder if Chip or whomever at MAM was told to remove the company name from the PR on the website and to stop claiming an association with them. I noticed the last PR about a slight delay was from a "company official" not a named [ accountable} person. Just seems strange that that pr is missing and Chad left the firm. Anyway good luck here and nice run!
Yeah see that now- I like the CEO - not a big fan of holding certs tho. I was over seas for a bit and I can tell you that this company seems to be positioned very well for future alternative energy demands. Just going to be patient here and buy the dips [err canyons] . Thanks for your thoughts!
Well looks like every PR is on the site except that one. And they link to Yahoo news for most.
Wow what a run! Congrats! Was trying to catch up here. Seems like a lot has changed. [and some things remain the same] Noticed that Chad has I guess left for other ventures, anyone been able to get ahold of IR since he left? I noticed one strange thing [ prolly just an oversight] noticed that the August 23 press release is missing from MAM website- That was the PR about the "asset" transfer was complete and that PWC and KPMG were doing the audit.

We are pleased to update our shareholders of the asset and audit progress. KPMG and Price Waterhouse Coopers will complete the audit and the assets are contained in the upcoming audited financials. Our shareholders have requested an update through Marquee Asset Management and we are listening to the concerns. We continue to gain new work and have some exciting updates to be released."

All the other PRs seem to be on the website sorted by date. Only mention by MAM website is the pr where KPMG and PWC were in negotions with SLJB to do the audits. Wonder if something changed or just an honest mistake.?
Wow leave for awhile and come back to see I bought 8,000 shares at .31 ? That'll teach me to travel anywhere.! One thing I didn't/don't understand about the CEO's strategy is first giving shareholders a share dividend- presumbly to add liquidity to the stock and also reward shareholders, and then buying back stock the next qtr. Still holding here - think something good may happen .
OT actually I thought it was Monty Python. Maybe both?
"A wink is as good as a nod to a blind man"
Good luck here folks- You can all have the last laugh on me when your ship comes in!
Does this make any sense to you Party?
Instead of the Sulja Acquisition Corp being the blank check public vehicle, the acquistion corp ACQUIRED LFWK's PUBLIC VEHICLE (NOT MERGED INTO IT). If Sulja Acquistion Corp was the SPAC corp, it would require 80% shareholder approval to acquire LFWK. In this case, LFWK insiders own the float, they say, and are non-reporting. So LFWK never held a shareholders vote to approve the acquistion of their public vehicle by Sulja's Acquisition corp.
Rover thanks for the PM - I was on the phone for 20 minutes trying to understand the reverse merger with a friend at RJA. There has to be a filing sb-2 or form 10 or an 8k depending on the amount of assets the public company transferred to the private. I confess that I'm just gonna leave this alone and hope you all make out ok with this-.
They do for the reverse merger into a public shell-
Not talking about aquisitions
Not aquisitions - Reverse merger. You have to file to give the investing public info to make their decisions- I didn't make the rule up- check it out.
Yeah- failure to file an 8k is FUD. Look at the new rules for RM and 8k's adopted and signed off on in July of 05. It's pretty clear .
Lol- and ofcourse if it doesn't workout we can always blame the "shorts"
