I think that the lawsuit is likely to blame here- not just pit ownership but if money would be owed to a damaged party and how much. [if any] I haven't dug very much on PBLS for about 6 months but I expect there might be some bad news already out there. Known by someone with lots of shares.

Sure doesn't look like a buyback by the company- I think there is likely revenue coming in but liabilities are crushing the company- all IMO ofcourse and I hope something positive breaks for shareholders soon !
