Not sure what did (Post #36913), but removed.
Informed community of legendary investors Jim Rogers & Marc Faber.
Informed community bankruptcy doubtful, unless lose infringement case.
Informed community quiet period, waiting game, no volume.
Won't happen again, but a little jesting shouldn't hurt. It is my understanding this is a message board to inform, deliberate pros & cons, as well as, share ideas and knowledge with the community.
Try not to occur again (for whatever exactly caused deletion?)
Thank you, Scruffer
"Please keep your posts on topic because your message(s) will probably be deleted when:
* Posting any content that is off-topic to the stock, which is the subject of the board;
*Posting focused on Admins, Moderators, Users, or post deletions are also off-topic;
*Posting anything that is a Violation of Privacy (no stated consent) is also off-topic;
* Posting statements that are of no value to the stock discussion for board users; or
* If you violate any other posting term(s) as stated in the iHub TOS/User Agreement.
Regarding a valid due diligence post or personal stock opinion that includes a personal attack or other iHub stock board rule violation within it:
When a post is 99% on-topic and 1% is a personal attack or another iHub rule violation, the post will be removed. Personal attacks, vulgarity, politics, religion, etc. are violations of iHub's rules (refer to iHub Handbook), disrespectful of other users, and are unwelcome. These types of gratuitous comments only create noise and dilute the quality of the board. When a user attacks another poster, others inevitably feel the need to respond, either agreeing or defending, which fuels others to respond to these…and so on...ad nauseam. With such, a board will devolve into personal attacks and discussions about other users, noise, signals, etc. There are other sites available that allow these types of posts; places for topics of conversation beyond iHub's stated rules. The goal of iHub is to have all information, be it positive, neutral or negative, discussed in a civil manner, free of violations."
Realize just being whimsical since MB, but horrific.
Thank you again for posting sticky note of Shotsky's explanation.
I was a latecomer to this stock and lots of junk to sift through.
And searching doesn't really help for relevant info (at least if not a subscriber).
Quiet period. No volume.
Thank ¥ÖÜ ~Nautical~.
Is that you sailing in Houston? Absolutely terrible for them. What a long-term mess.
Great one. Very high probability of settlement.
I'll take (and am taking) those odds.
Thank ¥ÖÜ for the info. Good to know.
Excellent DD and info (with links) from contributors on this site/stock.
More costly to buyer typically. Want U2 chase.
Okay, shortened to get 8 words in title.
If referring to commission on partial sells/buys and the seller has 6 or 7 figure shares trying to sell, it's typically more upsetting to buyer to get such a small amount of shares for commission cost.
But works both ways however (unless can change order with no cost).

Trading Tip 101.
In Schwab:
-- Can put min qty to fill.
-- In "Enter Order"
-- Hit "Optional" (just below Symbol).
-- Check "Minimum Quantity"
-- Enter number of shares (good on first fill only).
-- Then may get partials, but avoids being screwed.
-- Nothing greater than 99,900 on min qty.
On most all others sites:
-- AON, "All or none".
-- May get passed over on small fills however.
-- Best to limit lot size unless millions moving.
As well as:
-- FOK, "Fill or kill"
-- On next trade alone, (for anyone), it will fill or kill (cancel).
-- Used in special circumstances.
Lastly, seller (The ASK), may not see Min Qty, AON or FOK, but buyer will avoid being "Commissioned" and baited by seller to bid-up to fill.
We've all been there.
GLLs.

Shotsky's excellent answer (post #36787) to:
"What are the reasons this is Cisco's fault, concern, issue?" (#36784)
"Cisco sells the equipment that is used by the cable companies - the encoding part of it. It is decoded at the customer site, which is why the cable companies are being sued. If the cable companies lose, they are probably indemnified by Cisco, meaning Cisco takes the heat for them.
Most cable modems are not Cisco in brand name, but if they are Docsis 3, from any manufacturer, they are infringing. Motorola, Netgear, etc...".
Thank you, Scruffer [(and EasyMe) and the latecomers, uniformed and oblivious]
Shotsky: Worthy of being a "Sticky Post".
Very succinctly stated. Much appreciation again.

Excellent. Outstanding. Superb. Marvelous. Fantastic.
Perfect summarized answer. Thank you "Oh great one" Shotsky.
You've earned your shot (and then some).
Well Scruffer...That's an excellent question.
It appears no one really knows the exact details?
Ram, Samir, Wolfy & Realistic must be away.
Bueller, Bueller, anyone?
Stupid question since latecomer.
What are the reasons this is Cisco's fault, concern, issue?
Did they provide the modems or switching equipment infringing on ChanBond's patent(s)?
Is that it?
Thank you, Scruffer
P.S. There are no stupid questions, just stupid people. D'oh!
Schwab: Yes, 99,900 is the Maximum "Minimum Quantity".
The Minimum Quantity you entered is not valid. Please enter a minimum quantity between 1 and 99,900.
The overall maximum bid/ask = 999,999 however.
Thank you Dr. Evil Coffee Bean

Jb:
You're asking to much. lol.
Most everyone is in a holding pattern awaiting news.
Plus, I'm sure most all followers bought much, much, MUCH lower.
Lastly, could see sell-off if unfavorable or delay.
Ask .003 and I'll buy.
Trading Tip 101.1; Min Qty, AON, FOK
Oops...Correction.
Under AON
-- Best "TO" limit lot size unless millions moving.

-- Nothing greater than 99,900 (I think).
On most all others sites:
-- AON, "All or none".
-- May get passed over on small fills however.

Thank you RAM (and all). Lots of good information in these posts. I was late to the party; therefore didn't follow cases and know all the facts.
Once learned and informed about UOIP, concerned may file bankruptcy, but this minimized my worry.
"The Company entered into a purchase agreement with Deirdre Leane and ChanBond, LLC, pursuant to which the Company purchased Chanbond, in exchange for $5,000,000 payable on or before October 27, 2020 and a shares payment of forty-four million, seven hundred thousand (44,700,000) shares of the Company’s common stock. William R. Carter, Jr. (a related party to the Company) was appointed as sole manager who shall have sole and exclusive authority over the business of ChanBond."
Still concerned b/c pinky, as well as, average share price much higher than most, but "As long as WIN", else big hit to working capital.
Thank you Samir (and all). Saw private post as well.
My low, low conservative estimate is 500M with the 13 (14...) monsters involved and number of end-users. Plus, not sure about Worldwide. That's with settlement. And being extremely conservative. In actuality, it's probably more of an insult. Jbbb min is more like it.
Cisco doesn't like to lose. Chambers is ruthless. My friend was a closure in sales for Cisco. Pressure to the nth degree. May elongate the legal process "Just because", else pay-off judge! What!
We need settlement to the 100th+ degree (power) from a penny+.
GLL.
Jbbb: Saw guestimating ~$1B or ~$1/share or would've included you in question to Ram & Wolf.
Wonder how many shares were "Authorized" b/c seems like float is more than 10% total acknowledged out. No current financials; therefore, "Authorized" gives them more than "Outstanding" if Auth greater.
Howe won't or can't release this info if Carter controlling/managing the legal proceedings now.
~50M households and businesses (?) @ $1/month for length of violation = $BB's. In addition, the future value of the life of the patents.
Settlement or no settlement, that is the M$ question?
Wolf & RAM:
Then what are your best "Guestimates" for early settlement, as well as, seeing all the way through to court ordered infringement payment? Ranges will suffice. Realize just your opinions but have little experience & exposure to these type of cases and stocks.
Thank you, Scruf
Or just reply your email in private, then will reply directly. Will that work?
I'll just join "Small Cap Pro". Do not mind paying for a few months, but do not trade OTCBB very often. Really don't want to post email as public. Also, not sure what terms and conditions are. Do you know if the membership is required for a year or what?
Only got into UOIP from a friend. Thank you jbbb.
Jbbb:
This is my first post. Have you spoken to Billy Carter and/or Robert Howe? Also, upon any settlement, do you expect a "Special dividend or prorated share payment?" Too many shares going up once news out. Also, assume phone number not active b/c too many inquiries and in legal process. My concern is, "What happens if Billy decides to file for BK"? Do not know much about him. Lastly, what is the total amount of shares authorized? Finally, any other relevant info very welcomed. Late to the party, but acquiring.
Thank you, Scruf
P.S. Do not have IH membership so cannot send a private message.
