Company was for sale in March. Perfect shell with low O/S for a company to absorb into and move up.
They are looking to sell the shell- just need the right company to come along with the right offer.

Float is 21 mily with much of that being held by longs.

If it sells the shell- this goes... Looking for .03-.07 range... possibly higher. Not much holding it back with big gaps on bid and ask.

I see that it lists it now as otc on otcmarkets, but for some reason it lists it as grey on Scottrade. Glad that it is not because I think that this can run.

Just a company on the grey market. SEC doesn't do much with grey market companies, so this is actually a perfect opportunity for a merger. Low float- perfect for a big bounce soon!

How about an UNDR run soon?

If there is significant news on the horizon, then .00s might be cheap because as thin as this is... it will gap big. Not a lot of shares available... thin thin!

There's really nothing stopping this from busting the doors off and running big! So thin!

As incredibly thin as this is, so would believe that. They tried to sell the shell months ago- if this got sold and formed a hot start-up like in bitcoin/etc. this could easily see .75... in a hurry and with big gaps on the bid and ask pushing it there because it is so thin!

I think updated fins and news are right around the corner here.

They filed paperwork in March, so there is work that is being done behind the scenes. Assuming that things will be in order for paperwork and an update soon. When that happens,this will have a big run!
