From the OSC....
The profits generated from the trading of these shares was in excess of US$11.5 million. Police allege that a portion of the proceeds of the fraud were used to purchase the properties for which the restraint orders were made. The properties under restraint are valued at in excess of $1 million dollars.
Of course these are only ALLEGATIONS. ROFLMAO Gee, I wonder if the ALLEGATIONS are true. Those ALLEGATIONS have sure piled up but it's all due to shoddy police work no doubt.
From what I can discern, a "free zone" entitles anyone to post whatever the hell they feel like posting, is this correct ? You can vent your feelings about Ihub's selective censorship without fear of reprisal, is this correct ? You can call anyone a basher/pumper, use any filthy language that comes to mind, is THIS correct ?
We'll see how long this posts last to test that observation.. ROFLMAO
You misunderstood. Brig was referring to a comparable P2O processor that LOSES money and has yet to produce one single drop of SALABLE product. Not many of THOSE around.
Gone in 60 seconds..... they're getting
faster over there. ROFLMAO
JBII: Light my Fire: REDUX :
Posted at least once a day since FOREVER.
Result ? Falling PPS, growing disbelief,
growing impatience with the same old BS posted over
and over again. (With pictures)
You really have to hand it to Larry Moe and Curly, they have things under control. The thing is, their posts seem to have a rather adverse effect on the JUGGERNAUT. Left to his own devices and the ubiquitous BOTTON LINE (with pictures) posts, zardiw could singlehandedly bring JBIIE.pk to it's knees.
Nyuck, nyuck, nyuck
Well, I guess you pretty much nailed it. It seems that more and more ppl are seeing the light off in the distance and it ain't no P2O fire !
This is funny. The Grand Imam of the Elmira mosque celebrates what he and followers believe is a great victory. As I said before.....
One has to wonder what Sulja would have to offer since he claims to have little/no knowledge of what was going on around him, constantly wandering around in a state of non compos mentis.
There is little anyone could add to the admissions that PV has already made to authorities where he acknowledged manipulating the stock price. There would seem to be very little Mr. Ducharme could offer in the way of exculpatory evidence.
Some people proclaim victory when in fact they are looking at the most certain destruction of that which they hold near and dear. Such a loss of face is tragic. The "longs" certainly know how to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
It would appear that Vucicevich may have a new attorney by the name of Patrick Ducharme. Mr. Ducharme's speciality looks to be plea bargaining since most of his cases end with that result. At this stage of the game it would behoove PV and his cohorts to have testimony from Steven Sulja excluded so maybe that is Ducharme's current role.
Ducharme could offer in the way of exculpatory evidence but you know how attorneys work.
It is my belief that one way or another, Vucicevich will come to a bad end. After all, dream team notwithstanding, OJ finally faced and paid the piper. So too will Petar Vucicevich and the other various and assorted perps.
In a humorous aside, L'enfant terrible of Elmira N.Y. states that Ducharme will soon have the Sulja EPLS order rescinded. This means that Ducharme is working for both Vucicevich and Sulja ? Even the Oracle can't expect people to swallow that one. Another fine example of what a puerile mind can invent when put to the task.
As the time grows near for the next hearing, the fervor of the "longs" increases exponentially. How can anyone who has watched this spectacle for the last 4 years come to the conclusion that anything will happen that will enhance the "value" of SLJB. It is yet another case of "fuzzy logic" which affects many much like the ubiquitous "foot in mouth" disease.
It has been shown that SLJB "structure" is gone.... no earnings, no employees, nothing of value. What then are the "loyalists" hanging their hopes upon ?
Anyone ?
John got the info for the catalyst from his own private tapes he purchased.
That's an interesting statement. how did you come by the information that Bordynuik PURCHASED the tapes. From whom did he purchase them ? Please provide some authentic reference to this disclosure.
I wonder why JB would PURCHASE tapes when according to everything I've read, institutions were standing in line to have him process there old data and paying for the process.
Those truly are some awe inspiring figures. It certainly warrants the attention of any prospective investor and yet people line up to defend this guy and his new "earth shaking" technology. Just goes to show you old Phineas Taylor Barnum was right.
To whom do you refer ? It has been so long, I can't remember a "representative" of the IR group. In fact, I can't remember the IR group to which you refer. Perhaps you could be a little more explicit. There was, I believe, an "in house" person responsible for investor relations, initials LB. Is this to whom you refer ?
As for my animus, when you say "responsible" it is my belief that anyone who had knowledge of the fraud that was being perpetrated and attempted to convince people to buy said fraud should be flogged and eviscerated publicly.........yes.
Janice, you're a rather astute lady. Have you wondered why Dow Chemical, DuPont, BASF, Total Petrochemicals or many of the other world's giants have not pursued this P2O endeavor ? I mean they certainly have the facilities, the personnel, everything it takes to develop, perfect and bring a system to market. ExxonMobil Chemical of the US, the Anglo-Dutch Shell Chemicals and France's Total Petrochemicals certainly don't have to worry about finding a buyer. If it were economically feasible, you would think they wouldn't miss a bet to make (what was the JBII projected figure ? ) billions ? The chemical industry has had a difficult time since the "crisis" began and you would think they would gather their resources and vigorously pursue any opportunity (particularly one that is their area of expertise) to make a buck.
Of course they don't have access to those magic tapes like Bordynuik and maybe they don't employ anyone with an IQ of 170. Maybe that's the reason they are "light years" behind JBIIE. Yeah, that's it !
Why so (may)(sic) MANY want to burn Petar and forgive Steve is beyond me.
How did you come to that strange opinion ? Maybe you could point out the posts that indicate that they (the poster) is sympathetic toward Sulja, maybe I missed it. To the best of my limited knowledge, MOST here want ALL of those responsible to answer for their crime(s).
There are certainly posters who have an agenda but forgiving ANY of the crooks is not part or parcel of aforementioned "agenda". The only "agenda" that is obvious here is that of those who believe their SLJB shares are something other than tinder to light the SLJB funeral pyre.
Bid/Size (PQ0).72/250000
Ask/Size (PQ0).77/250000
Somehow, this doesn't look like shares moving from weak hands to strong hands eh Hansie ?
The Excluded Parties List System does not report the reasons for the exclusion. For all we know, it's because IT CCT LLC was operating as a "small business" and they were in violation by definition. Unfortunately, everything having to do with SLJB is subject to extrapolation and remarks such as "it would appear" and "most probably" followed by some fictional scenario that meets with the hopes or expectations of the author. Such is the nature of this mess until such time as it is sorted out, hopefully by the OSC
Thank you for the link. It warms the cockles of my heart to see that the "poor ole farm boy" is getting a slap in the old pocketbook. That, along with what it does to "The Oracle" and his minions just about makes my week.
It also renews a bit of flagging faith in Mom, apple pie, the great American way and the triumph of Justice over evil and ignorance. Now, let's hang PV.
Not so much a Bear Raid as a ROUT !
If this appears inconsistent with my prior statements regarding Sulja, please allow me to quote one of my previous posts.

Oddly enough, I find myself in the same camp as the author of this post. Vucicevich and Sulja were co-conspirators regardless of whether the "farm
boy" was ignorant enough to be used. If ignorance were an excuse, 90 percent of criminals would be innocent of wrong doing. I am also beginning to align myself with the camp that feels the OSC, IMET and the Canadian "justice" system
is a very bad joke. To allow this to have been drawn out over this protracted period of time is a criminal act in itself !
That's interesting because I contacted the GSA more than six months ago and complained that Sulja was involved hip deep in a Canadian scam. The complaint generated some interest but then one department referred me to another which then referred me to another until I gave up the bureaucratic windmill jousting. Can you provide a link to what you found ? Attempting to chase down anything pertaining to the GSA and government contracts is a bit difficult and time consuming.
Hmmm, well let's see. $1.2 million after litigation expenses would probably be about $500,000 + or - we'll say and that would be divided up amongst how many defrauded shareholders holding how many shares ? I figure that would amount to less than a penny on the dollar. Hardly worth the effort other than causing PV more problems than he has already. On second thought, that's not a bad idea but.... try to find an attorney who is willing to do it on a contingency basis ?? Good luck with that !
Surely you have heard of someone becoming a state's witness. To turn state's evidence is when an accused testifies as a witness for the state (or in this case, the Crown) against his associates or accomplices. Turning state's evidence is occasionally a result of a change of heart or feelings of guilt, but more often is done in response to an offer of immunity from prosecution even if he has committed serious crimes himself.
This is of course purely conjecture but so much relating to this case is just that, wouldn't you agree ?
Personally I enjoy the grasping at straws speculation that says that Sulja (good guy that he is) will somehow come to the aid of his loyal stockholders. That one always amuses me.
"While going through his research archive, Bordynuik uncovered information about Plastic to Oil (P2O), a process that might turn out to be the most important technological development in recent memory."
Research archive ? This seems a radical departure from....he discovered the process while reading a tape that his "process" had converted. It seems that everything about JBII has been restated for public consumption. It definitely makes you wonder where the truth lies.
You really have to hand it to Janice, she knows how to make an impact. She says it all in the summation.
"If the company files its now delinquent March, 2010, financials and restates the earlier ones by the extension date, it will continue to trade on the OTC-BB. If not, it will be delisted to the Pink Sheets WHERE MUCH CANADIAN GARBAGE ALREADY TRADES".
Thanks to the efforts of the "HIGHLIGHTER", the more salient points were emphasized. LOL
Something that has long puzzled me regarding SLJB is.....why don't those who are so strident in their view that SLJB shall once again thrive, continue to buy at every opportunity ? There are some who say the shares are so tightly held that you cannot buy without offering 10 - 20 times the ask. This is patently ridiculous and warrants no comment.
Those really astute investors who so ardently believe must realize that for every .01 increase in the PPS their million (or 30 million in one instance) will bring about a phenomenal return and yet here it sits mouldering in it's grave.
It defies logic but then again, what else is new ?
No apology from the OSC, no lifting of the CTO that was imposed a LONG time ago and unless appearances deceive, the OSC seems to be pursuing the case. Makes one wonder !
While interest in the case seems to be waning, there remain those who watch intently for the final disposition of the CROWN vs. the SCAM.
It's almost time for Extreme Unction
Hey John (Bordy)
If you keep reading this board, you won't have time to read all of the millions of bits of information contained in those valuable tapes. Who knows, the answer to your problems may be hidden away somewhere in those stacks you have yet to process. You HAVE read everything you've processed thus far have you not ? There's a tape there that says......remember the formula for the catalyst ? ......... it was a hoax ! April Fool !
Scion, your discovery should come as no great surprise to you. What was your reaction when you first read the "magic" paragraph ? ....
"A wealth of information resides on the millions of tapes from that era. One of the things he (Bordynuik) found buried in this information is a catalyst that aids in the process of breaking down plastics. This allows waste plastic to efficiently revert back to the oil that plastic came from in the first place.
I think the implication here is that Bordy reads every bit of data that he processes and makes earthshaking discoveries. Either that or the tape was labeled "Read Me, I'm the answer to your dream of wealth and fame".
Much like finding the silver chalice and/or a Genie in a bottle of beer.
Let me get this straight. You contend that the big bad "hedge fund" is willing to risk prison terms and their license by gambling on penny stocks so they can make a few thousand dollars at best ? Of all the stocks available for them to play and make REAL $$$$ they chose SLJB ? You must also believe there is no such thing as a scam, right ? And finally, you must believe the CIA was responsible for 911, right ? I just love conspiracy theorists. ROFLMAO Unless you have proof of your allegations, you are stating an opinion which, along with $3.50 will buy a double chocolate mocha latte at Starbucks.
Have you ever attempted to short a penny stock ? Have any idea what it takes ? Didn't think so.
In 2007, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) amended Regulation SHO to further limit possibilities for naked shorting by removing loopholes that existed for some broker/dealers. Regulation SHO requires lists to be published that track stocks with unusually high trends in "fail to deliver" shares
.
Why does SLJB still trade ?? Good question and when I posed this question to a FINRA official, they answered "because there are people who still want to buy and sell it".
There IS no regulation of pink and graysheet "offerings". I asked how a "stock" which is no longer a registered corporation can still trade. Does this mean I can incorporate in the state of Nevada, issue stock and sell non existent widgets ?
I think the people at FINRA along with their SEC brethren have spent way too much time watching internet porn and not enough time policing scams like SLJB.
Even after the OSC rules that SLJB was designed to defraud investors, it will take action by the SEC to delist it. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for the SEC to do anything meaningful for a very long time.
ALL IMO of course !
EDWY was a cash cow for the Kimmons family....no one else

A few of the "Highlights from the 10-K
First, look carefully at the financial statement
Then read some of the statements.....
Technologies Used to Provide Services
We believe that the initial SOLVE service offering will be accomplished through the integration of the following software technologies:
"Targeting" software - used to pinpoint consumers' physical location and market availability; available from numerous vendors.
THEN READ THIS CAVEAT>>>>>>
EFFECTS OF EXISTING OR PROBABLE GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON OUR BUSINESS
As Internet commerce continues to evolve, increasing regulation by federal, state or foreign agencies may become more likely and our business may be subject to increase regulation in the area of data privacy, and laws and regulations applying to the solicitation, collection, processing or use of personal or consumer information. Any such laws could result in a decline in the use of the Internet and the viability of Internet-based products and services, which could harm our business and operating results.
DEPENDENCE ON ONE OR A FEW MAJOR CUSTOMERS
We presently do not have any customers for our services as we are still a development stage company.
3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
On February 10, 2000, the Texas Workforce Commission placed an administrative lien on us in the amount of $109,024 in connection with a claim for unpaid compensation by our former employees.
A default judgment was taken against us in favor of Marathon Oil Company on August 31, 1999 in the amount of $326,943 representing past and future rentals under a lease agreement, together with $7,500 in attorney's fees and post judgment interest at 10% per annum until paid, credit towards the judgment was ordered for sale of personal property by the Sheriff or Constable. We believe the personal property sold for approximately $28,000. To the extent that the property was leased during the unexpired term, it is possible that there would be a mitigation of the damages claim in our favor. We believe that some or all of the space was subsequently rented approximately 90 days later. The remaining $306,443 has been accrued in our financial statements under the heading Judgments payable.

I'm reluctant to voice this opinion BUT, as you are aware, the Canadian justice system is a bit liberal. However, recently there has been a move to stiffen "white collar" criminal penalties.. How effective these steps have been will be a bit more evident when judgment is passed upon PV and the other perps, so we shall see. If you're asking ME, I'm all for 5 - 10 but doubtful anything that "severe" will be handed down.
Why is it that every time a scammy stock hits the skids after a blitzkrieg promotional effort and mini run, there is invariably a jerk who writes...make the shorts cover. Gigantic MOASS coming, just you wait.
AND WHEREAS Vucicevich, Banumas and Shah attended and advised that they had not yet retained counsel and that they wished to raise certain pre-hearing motions including asserting solicitor and client privilege over the anticipated testimony of certain witnesses listed in Staff’s pre-hearing conference
memorandum and a request to have certain witnesses, including a Respondent, listed in the Respondents’ pre-hearing conference memoranda testify electronically or in writing;
This is a really interesting excerpt from the recent OSC release. It creates areas subject to much conjecture. It will be interesting to see what transpires. It certainly seems like PV and company are tap dancing as rapidly as possible. It also puts an end to the claim that PV was represented by some whiz bang (never lost a case) high profile dream team shyster doesn't it ? It also seems like the OSC doesn't realize they have no jurisdiction when it comes to SLJB Nev.
WOW, you must be one of those BASHER people who want this POS to fail, LOL.
The fact is that I bought into the low O/S and low float and actually thought this garbage stock might actually increase in value. Shortly after I bought in, Deros (the BRAIN) announced the merger with the used car lot to "enhance" stockholders value. That was the first indication that people were dealing with mental midgets here.
Playing penny stocks is much like playing Russian roulette with all six cylinders loaded. You just don't stand much of a chance against the scammers.
Get a life and move on ? I've done that.......just watching the death throes of the few remaining. I would sympathize except for the inane remarks made by the simple minded.
Can you say triple zip ? Hope you sold when it "zoomed" up to .0013
No management, no office, no employees, ... shut down trading in Canada ... SCAM REVEALED
Sounds vaguely familiar. I wonder how many penny scams are currently running ?
WHAT coming acquisition news ? I think you may have been standing too near the punch bowl pal. Whatever you THINK is coming, ain't. Look at the financials and tell me who in the world would back a play by this schnook ? This guy can't run the businesses he has NOW much less take on added burden.
I don't know how you came up with your projection but as they say in the far east, rots a ruck.
I think you are absolutely correct. The "absence of concrete proof" statement was tongue in cheek and comes from a self proclaimed "expert" that this board's moderator is familiar with. Please note "signature".
Very graphic evidence I would say but you know what the "experts" say....
"The absence of concrete evidence of an event does not provide concrete evidence of the absence of that same event"
LOL
Per Steve Sulja, SLJB CEO "The Middle East projects are already affecting the bottom line."
Now THAT is an accurate statement. Those bogus contracts certainly DID affect their bottom line. So too did the CTO.
