I'm just trying to make everyone laugh, due to all the terrible stress of failure.
Well, now that you mention it...I would also prefer the triple digits! I don't know a lot about Nuplazid, but I do know that it has the potential to deal with many terrible forms of human sufrering, such as;
Generalized Anxiety/Depression
Parkinsons issues
Schizophrenia issues
and apparently 1 thing that makes Nuplazid great, is that it doesn't have much in terms of side effects. If an antidepressant won't make you tired, or kill your sex drive, that could be a good thing for many, because you wouldn't be trading 1 problem for another problem.
That's a good question 2014shelby, who knows when more good news will occur or if and when ACAD will be bought out. Without checking my account, I think I bought in at $35 and now it's around $32. It sure would have been great if I bought in at $5. Anyway, let's hope for more good news soon (more approvals for Nuplazid) and soon after that, let's hope for a buy out offer. I can't say for sure that there would be a buy out offer, but if so, let's hope that it happens before the government "fixes" drugs prices and if it does happen after the government "fixes" prices, then lets at least hope that a foreign pharma (that would be less effected by the USA government prices fixing) makes ACAD an offer they can refuse. It would be great to get $90 per share as a buy out offer. (That price might make some of my anxiety ridden diaherria go away for a while, or at least be less volcanic.)
A 2nd usage for INNVs new hemorriod cream, I will use it on my face, I've heard it treats wrinkles!!!
Will be taking VesselandColonCleanse at the same time and will report back with results!
Best overall place to advertise is Radio I.M.O.
Best place to advertise for Vessel is porno websites!
OrderedVessel, will reportback about boner and ejaculation!!!
futurebeaneater, I agree that beans are a good thing to eat, due to the high protein content, not to mention the excellent fart generating capability!
The fun starts this Fall...Not!!!
Futurebeaneater, what does your name insinuate? Just who's "beans" are you eating? Or, has INNV made you so poor (like me) that all you can afford is a can of beans and rice?
Is it Innouvous or Infamous, Damaje or Damage? You be the judge!
Yes ShawnP123, I'm sure there was something wrong with the original ANDA and it probably had to be resubmitted after having waited for the full 30months, so add an additional 30months for the resubmission and we have a total of 60months, so a total of 5yrs+ for fluti. On the other hand, I think the mistake with the original ANDA, was that it never existed, therefore, it was never submitted, it's all a fraudulent lie that won't be prosecuted, so you can kiss you're "investment" goodbye.
LOL, S_Henderson, that was awesome :)
Honeycomb, INNV can't move North, becauase Novalare is selling off their shares, because they knew fluti-nasal-spray was and is a lie.
LOL, yes I am on a roll, laughing and crying all the way to my bankruptcy attorney...
Damaje's mobile number is posted on the bottom of all his press releases.
Worst CEOs in history, Dr.Damaje (INNV) Dr.Weiss (OVIT) and Brian Culley (MSTX) are all the worst CEOs in history...At least do a brief check of their share prices, company history...
Just got off the phone with Damaje (called his mobile number just now) and when he answered, I asked him about the fluticare nasal spray and he indicated that he has no memory of such a product and no recollection of any nasal product, then he said clearly stated F.U. and he hung up on me...
Yes twisted freak, it's odd that the FDA hasn't ruled on fluti, it's because Damage-Damaje lied to us and INNV is fraudulent. I am now bankrupted, I hoped someone sues INNV and Damaje goes to prison,
Excuse me, it was 20K @ 66, but I averaged down, to .28, do'h!
As we speak, I'm in for 70,000+ INNV shares @ .66. I'm very messed over. My gf, my job, my house and even my dog have abandoned me due to this "genius" level otc pink sheet "investing" I've done :(
The FDA issued a CRL regarding fluticare, due to a missing period on the aNDA paperwork, so a new aNDA will need to be resubmitted and we'll have to wait an additional 30+ months. The FDA also stated that since fluti has changed ownership so many times, they won't even recognize INNV as a "real" company. (Just wondering if all that was true, that's what I read on another message board.)
OTC Pink sheet stocks= 1# way to go broke!
After careful thought, the reason I'm here is probably because I'm a poor judge of companies and people and I must want to ruin my life.
Does anyone want to buy some magic beans from INNV? I guess the age old question is, what's the best way to get INNVs PPS up, either buy their products, or buy their stock? I think it's safe to say, neither would result in an increase.
Isn't it nice how Damaj and other claimed to not be taking a salary until profitable, but then Damaj diluted and issued a public offering, to use its' interest as payment to him?
I don't know folks, oh wait I do know, I should have invested and stayed in AAPL.
I'm trying the colon cleanse now! I will report back soon!
sweetstreet, yes you proved that hikma already had their generic flonase approved, so it's not related to INNV.
Clearly, INNV is the slow horse in this race and not getting any approval and is going out of business soon.
Hey should I average down? I bought $20K @ $.66, but no reason to average down with their dumb products and them going out of business.
Honeycomb777, IMMG is working on life essentials products/protocols...People can do without anti-boner slather and pro-boner pills.
Fluticare - Potential truths revealed - Read this print screen
This is not from me, it was from Syd from the INNV yahoo mb.
eam - As we know well, it is important for Innovus to hit the two immediate milestones in order for it to have a decent shot at up-listing. The first milestone is FlutiCare approval and the second material event is NOI profitability at the end of 2017. In my opinion, these are the two major events that we need which will help start the SP assent.
With respect to FlutiCare approval, Innvous needed a "heavyweight" pharma manufacturer to file for the ANDA so that it could have reasonable chance of FDA approval. Not that this is be-all/end-all, it just means the road to approval was being given better odds of success.
Here is how I deduced the name of the pharma company:
I have gone back and looked at several interviews Dr. Damaj gave since 2015. I was looking for any clues he may have shared. I was particularly interested in his October 2016 interview and looked at a couple of sections very carefully. In this interview, he said that he was very clear in his filing (with Novalere) that the ANDA application MUST be filed by this one particular company who was the holder of the (Fluticasone Propionate) Rx ANDA and also the manufacturer of the Rx. This was a huge clue and so I focused-in on this statement.
I then looked at some of the information/profile I had gathered previously about the original ANDA applicant. As I shared with you all last week in a posting, the original applicant is a major player with revenues of over $1 billion and well over 100 FDA approved products on the market and has manufacturing plants in the U.S. as well as overseas. I verified this information with IR so I knew we were on solid footing. While IR never gave me the name (they obviously can't) but did confirm that this major pharma company already had an FDA approved nasal spray on the market.
So I did some more digging:
I looked at all the Fluticasone Propionate (nasal spray applications) approved by the FDA since 2004. I wanted to look for a company that was the holder of the fluticasone propionate Rx ANDA and was also the manufacturer.
And that's when I came across ANDA # 076504 which was filed by West-Ward Pharmaceutical and approved May 14, 2004. I believe this was the "hint" Dr. Damaj shared in his 10/16 interview.
So team, my conclusion is that Dr. Damaj partnered with Hikma Pharmaceutical when he transacted with Novalere. Hikma is the parent company that will produce our FlutiCare through West-Ward which is a holly-owned subsidiary of Hikma based in the U.S. To me this is conclusive because last year, West-Ward Pharma partnered with Perrigo Company plc (a leading supplier of OTC products) to market and sell fluticasone propionate as an OTC product which was approved on 5/31/16.
Go and check-out Hikma Pharmaceutical and you will see how Dr. Damaj could have ties with this company given that this is company has deep roots in Jordan and Dubai. Hikma did about $1.3 billion in 2015 revenue and has manufacturing plants in the U.S. and many other countries and all are FDA approved.
Team - I may be wrong about this but at least we know that FlutiCare is in good hands if I am correct with my due diligence. If FlutiCare gets approved, NOI profitability will be inevitable followed by increased shareholder value followed by up-listing etc. Please remember Hikma got fluticasone propionate approved for Perrigo on 5/31/16 which means the FDA will probably approve their second fluticasone propionate (FlutiCare) by May 2017 or thereabouts. Just a hunch.
Enjoy your Sunday afternoon and Matthew, please take it easy because with one kidney, your renal function could compromised easily!
The fun starts this summer...NOT!
Salexander1, the mentioning of Onco Vista in the article was a mistake.
PhunnyMunny, I think PURA lied about the EverX "product launch" and not to sound mean, but the weight lifters "advertising" and holding the bottles were ugly and freakish looking.
We all know that EverX CBD water didn't help them become muscular or healthy and even if made people look even remotely like those weight lifters, we sure as hell wouldn't drink it.
However, none of us will get to try EverX anyway, because as you all no, it was a big joke!
Hey marpolo, I like your take on this and I'm not sure if I'm being paranoid, or if my gut really is telling me this...but I'm worried as hell that this isn't going to work out well. I am too underwater to sell now, so if I remain employed, I'll just have to keep my shares and hope for the best.
If I could buy Fluticare as an Rx now and if it would help INNV, I would.
After listening to several from this board (TenKay and PRManiac to name just a few) and listening to what my gut always told me, PURA/USMJ and those involved with it are a dumb scam and I'm out. Yes, this really is a fake company. It might be possible to make a buck...but, I'm sure it's fake and I'm staying away. I don't want to be right, but time will tell, maybe someone will remember this post, but I don't need credit for being right and I don't want to be right.
I am glad that INNV is advertising, but of course I hope they do more types of advertising, other than just news paper, being that newspapers are an out dated medium.
JClue, you don't need my shares...Damaj already diluted the authorized share pool so much so, that the shares have a negative value.
INNV never had Fluticare and even if it did, it wouldn't help this Titanic of a stock, sell, sell, sell while you can, before the SEC shuts it down, before Damaj files chapter 13, before the prison sentences begin...
INNV scammed me out of 20K
Wait until Trump fixes the high cost of pharmaceuticals :) Then, INNV can do down even further :)
