Would you happen to have a link to the court dockets you mentioned? As an investor I would like to know what is going on with our CEO.
Is this lawsuit against our CEO really just about $5,500? That's all?
Would love to hear anything else you are willing to share about the lawsuit against our CEO. For example, how much does he owe now? How long does he have to pay? What was his expression when he was held in contempt?
That's ok. I checked back and found out what your lawsuit against our CEO is about.

How much longer does our CEO have to pay his settlement?
Who cares? I'd rather be reading about today's Somatic Systems court case. Once they get the info up, if anyone has a link, please post.
Cool!
If that question was for me, the answer is yes, of course. For example 53,075,000 shares of SMAS traded on 9/30/10. 125,000 traded on 7/14/06.
Well, nobody's perfect. Fidelity usually has the latest information on SMAS trades.
Actually I believe 3,480,00 shares traded on 12/15/10.
It isn't hard to understand in the least. I simply asked him if he would remind us of what his case against our CEO was about, and he said no. What is harder to understand is how it became a conversation between me and you, but that's fine.
Will look forward to hearing what happens today in court.
If one of the parties involved sees fit to share information with us, I don't think it for us to judge them. And I believe court cases are generally considered a matter of public record. And since most of us who read this blog have at some point invested in Somatic Systems, I hardly think a court case involving our CEO is none of our business. I was just hoping that we might learn more information, or at least be reminded of what the case is about.
But we've already been provided some very tantalizing details of this lawsuit by one of the parties involved. For example we've been told on this message board that the CEO offered to make payment in shares in order to settle the case. I think it is perfectly natural that we would be interested in more information. Somatic Systems is after all the company that we have invested in. And supposedly today is the day the CEO is back in court - for sentencing, I believe.

Hckyguy, is there any chance you could remind us of what the lawsuit is about? Would be appreciated. Thanks.
In two weeks we may know more.

I got in in 2008, and was able to sell most of my .0001's at .0002 and .0003 in August, and more later that year at .0002 from December into January 09. The stock has been pretty dull since then, but I can't say this board has been. ;0)
SMAS was a lotto for me at .0001. I never really concern myself with the business models of trip 0 stocks. You may be right about the business model, I really don't know. Glad I got most of mine out at a profit. Hope to see it trade in the future so I and everyone else gets a chance. Who knows what might happen.
Has anyone heard anything today about the CEO?
No problem. I'll send you a list of 13 stocks I know of that came off the Gray Market and are currently trading under their former symbol in the Pinks or OTC BB. It does happen, and could happen to SMAS. You never know.
Mentioning the name of other stocks on this board that are unrelated to SMAS is considered off-topic, so I can't. But there have been several that I know of, and someone posted the name of one here the other day. It does happen. SMAS can come off the grays.
Supposedly today is the day we will hear about our CEO's legal issues. We'll see.
Hopefully we hear something today about the CEO's legal issues.
Have you heard anything about the CEO today?
Supposedly tomorrow is a "big day".

I don't have any personal grudge against the CEO, probably because I made a profit on SMAS. I feel for those who bought in higher than .0001, or for those who are currently stuck. I still have shares, and it would be nice to see this move if something unforeseen happens in the future. But even if it never does, I'm still way ahead. There were a number of times in recent years when this stock traded at .0001, .0002 and .0003. Billions of shares of SMAS have traded at .0001 in recent years. But look at 2009. That year 631,431,550 shares of SMAS traded at .0002 as well. Look at 2008. That year 3,203,792,530 shares of SMAS traded at .0002 as well and 695,743,900 traded at .0003. And you never know what will happen. But it will be interesting to see tomorrow what happens to Steve if only because of how it may change the future for SMAS.
Me too. Thanks. Would love to see good things happen for SMAS.
Yes it can. I've seen a number of stocks come off the grays. SMAS might. You never know for sure what might happen. And nice to hear from you.
It's always possible. I've seen stocks come off the gray market, and I've seen long dead stocks come back to life. SMAS may never budge again. But it may. You never know.
Makes sense. I don't care about the CEO, but anything that shakes things up might be good somewhere down the road. You never know.
Some believe the CEO is going to jail this week. I'll have to refer you to two previous posts on the subject. You can follow the threads on the earlier post to see what was said.

One week to go until the big day...
Those pictures look good to me. And it seems to me the website has been updated.
Anyway, I would appreciate any updates on the A/S rumor. I understand from your earlier post that it is permissible to post rumors of A/S increases without posting proof. However if it turns out that such a rumor about SNRS was false, would there be any consequences to the poster? Posting rumors during trading hours about a SNRS A/S increase seems a very serious matter in my opinion, and I would appreciate a clarification.
Thank you.
You know, I've never thought of it like that! (And I never will.)
Oh, please do! I would never suggest you stop posting here as I very much enjoy your posts on this board. Very much indeed. Especially the ones about Somatic Systems.
BTW, the answer to your question about NY Shop Exchange and why they mentioned being across the street from Packards can be found by examining the maps I provided. It has nothing to do with Somatic Systems. It has to do with the greater visibility of Packards from the corner, since Somatic Systems entrance way and sign is recessed slightly. Makes perfect sense to mention Packards when giving driving directions. No negative reflection on Somatic Systems Institute offices at all. This is just as I suspected and stated earlier. If you have any other questions about why NY Shop Exchange mentioned Packards, you'll have to contact them. Sorry, I don't have a phone number for you, as I'm only interested in Somatic Systems.
If you have further questions about Somatic Systems, feel free to contact their office at the following address:
Somatic Systems Institute

Enjoy this wonderful Spring day! ;0)
You made statements about Somatic Systems that are demonstrably false. You cared enough to make those statements. Somatic Systems Institute is not located in an apartment.
Anyone interested can see photos of the Somatic Systems facility at 32 Masonic Street, Northhampton, MA.

Type in the above address, and click "search maps".
Zoom the map all the way in using the slide bar on the left.
You will see the name "Somatic Systems" near the center of the map.
Drag the yellow walking man icon from the top of the slide bar on the left, to the street just to the right of the name "Somatic Systems".
An image will appear of the Somatic Systems facility and the Somatic Systems sign in front of the building.
That proves nothing except that that Somatic Systems facility is in a very nice building.
