Everybody has the right to dream...
Can somebody who is not a member attend?
Would like to know.
The biggest issue to me now is cash flow --> ballooning account receivables
Promises is one thing yes.But as for the rest check what happened
to the share prices of CCCL,KGJI,ZA after paying very generous
dividends. They simply don't work for this "Chinese listed" sector.
Even share repurchasing announcements don't seem to work (CHOP).
As long as you keep getting news like ZOOM's, we will never attain
the P/E we deserve.
At least you keep getting exceptions from time to time: VIMC was at
1.30 this time last year, and at 3.00 just a month ago with minimal
volume. Then volume shot up and it closed yesterday at 9.35!
Because I saw CCCL in the list with not too much profit lately, I thought KGJI with P/E closer to 1 than 2 this year, building the equivalent of a Megafarm in jewelry and a very healthy Balance Sheet, should be ranked at least as high.
Would be interesting to see the results of SYMX by the way today.Another Chinese listed with huge potential in case their product takes off.
Did you get a number for KGJI and it is not up there?
They have just paid a nice dividend too.
Apologies if you had imagined it the way it happened.I doubt it very much though!
At least I don't think you were laughing loud after this type of rise.
Have you apologized about your predictions for a rise in the Authorized Share Count first, before your latest warnings? It would remind investors to not take them too seriously.
You know, there are some Chinese companies that are treated as US companies like the solars and a few exceptions here and there like CBMG and DHRM.So there is hope things will change for SIAF too.
What happened is just a major first step.
This company was considered a fraud but now with a reputable Swedish Investment fund on board, the small chance that it is, has diminished even more.
Now why 3million shares were offered for sale at under 0.60 on Friday from existing shareholders, nobody knows.Perhaps they wanted to lock in some profits or that they can buy later cheaper.
The positives is that there is much bigger chance now for dividends and share buybacks, bigger chance for sustained growth, more likely to get new investors interested, dilution at twice the price of what they were doing etc.
Now because so far so good with our investment here, we can add to our position to negate the effects of the new dilution, which is not massive anyway.
If we don't the effect in the long run will not be very important if everything goes according to plan.
I still expect
We can trust Euro China Capital 100%, yes?
And in that case their numbers can be trusted 100% from now on as well, yes?(at least for those of us who were perhaps 95% sure)
In that case don't know who will be willing to sell even a part of their shares tomorrow at below $0.70 and not regret it soon.
I told you a couple of times, that dilution was not a big issue, with the growth they were having as long as you kept accumulating shares.
It would always come down sooner or later to whether Joe was right or not.
And my got he sounded so consistently convincing.
At least I advised him that perhaps one day it was him who would need to change country if he kept discouraging us from adding shares without any proof of fraud.
Sure no problem, tell me when you find somebody and I'll send you the money.I thought that visiting some of their main customers would also be a good idea.Ask how much they buy, what they pay, how much they owe etc.
visit the restaurants, and check out the other company facilities regularly
Good.If you need some funding you tell me.
Also why not ask at the conference call to make them available online for shareholders to take a look.
What you mean "I'll bet". I thought you were sure and you based your certainty this was a scam on them.
That is why I would like to ask them,if I'm welcome to go there as soon as possible, with as many other shareholders as possible, and help us confirm their numbers.
The most probable theory is that Solomon or some affiliate party is buying the shares on the cheap.
Not bad proving this is not a fraud. Not fair if you don't increase your position accordingly.
Everybody thought SGOC was a "ChiScam" ,as you like to call them till yesterday.
Not anymore. So maybe SIAF will surprise many soon, you included.
Do we know how this operation started?Must have started with a rather substantial loan from some institution.
Or was it just sale of shares. And if they could get a big loan many years ago, they cannot get one now!!!
Really great question that surely has to be asked.
Another one I think is : should a shareholder decide to visit you in China would he be welcome not just to see any of your premises, but also the shipments you actually make during a given day?
Should be in their interests big time, for shareholders to be able to confirm they are not told lies.
You know it is not like that.He is the CEO and he apparently decided to grow the company faster than he would , by issuing more shares. It is not his fault that the market does not trust his numbers.
Without dilution maybe we would be at 60c but the company would not be as big (just check the sector even for companies that paid dividends such as CCCL,KGJI, ZA - solars look to be an exception and give us hope).
What you should keep complaining, since you trust his numbers fully, is that you gave him $100 and instead of giving you back $500 he will give you $400 because he is diluting at low P/E's.But still as I said this is relative because he uses the money to grow the company very fast.
Any good chance of checking their numbers by visiting their operations in China?
What 's a few thousand dollars to spend when you can sell your shares quickly or buy lots more.
Maybe you will have to move too in case it doesn't.
Because you say with 100% certainty that this is a fraud(without proof yet?)and you deter some from loading.
You think it will surprise many and is not already priced in?
Do you know that we are at a P/E of 0.7?
Unfortunately it makes a lot of sense even at 25% or even more for dividends and buybacks, cause then you can sell shares at much higher prices and the benefit is much higher than the extra interest.
Why they are not doing it, remains a big puzzle at a time when they are still diluting.
So, any idea how and where they are spending their advertising money?
Shouldn't they be posting some of their advertising efforts on their webpage for the benefit of their shareholders?
Do we know how they are spending this money?TV, Papers, Internet?
Are there any examples of their campaigns on their web page?
Unless these shares end up in Solomon's or management's hands in some way, they basically go to existing shareholders cheaply so it isn't really theft. But yes it has to stop at some point because it is not fair to those who have stopped buying stock some time ago.
No new shares been issued lately
'Only two'!!!Do you think we would be at .40 if not most investors had serious doubts about their numbers?
How you can be 100% sure though that this is a scam?
Without evidence and just strong indications, nobody can be absolutely sure.
I would risk a few dollars more myself until I checked their web site diiiy.com and saw that they are lying that they are a NASDAQ company.
You might want to get out sooner if indeed he has evidence of fraud.
The only excuse they may have is that instead of getting short term loans, the shares they issue get in the hands of their current shareholders cheaply. In that way they probably think there is no problem.
However they keep us in agony wether this is a scam or not.It may turn out it is in our long term benefit what they are doing. For example I bought 50,000 more shares last couple of days.In the meantime only they know.
Not only you have done enough.Much much more.
However I don't understand why worry so much and be interested so much and spend so much time accusing Solomon about the share price when you are 100% sure this is not a fraud and you trust their numbers fully.
There is dilution at very low E/P's but the company is growing very fast and ok the stock may not be worth $15 in a few years but just $13.You will still be extremely rich I guess.
So unless you are impatient and you want to get rich in 2014 and not in 2017, why don't you let the rest of us worry that this might be a fraud or that their numbers may not be accurate.
It is us who need evidence such as share buybacks,Nasdaq or dividends - not you!
These things work both ways and don't let you draw definitive conclusions.Things they should be doing like management buy some shares they don't do to show that we should trust their numbers.
However if this was a scam these are the actions they would be taking to fool investors.
They should have already hired Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP
"a leading securities law firm specializing in small and mid-cap public companies, that represented Cellular Biomedicine Group in connection with its listing on The NASDAQ Capital Market".
Just hope their current representatives, if they have any, manages to do an equally good job.But they should have this law firm in mind because they managed to get the only Chinese small cap upgrade.
Hope they got the message from CREG in case they are thinking of increasing their authorized shares.
They went from 100,000,000 to 200,000,000 and their share price went from 2.60 to 1.68 in a couple of days.
Ok.You are talking about temporary 15 days suspensions.
Perhaps u r talking about suspensions or revokes because they stop filing and reporting regularly.
Just one example for regularly reporting micro caps?
