No, that statement "based on my own research" was from the copy and past form the Ymessage board, it was Syd's post.
GTTTR15, I'm not taking credit for anything, lol.
It's been talked about on the Ymessage board weeks ago...It came from Syd, not you.
Is this true? Fluticasone Propionate has been a prescription drug (Rx) for allergic rhinitis for many, many years. The original holder of the NDA (in the Rx form) was GSK. Due to its tremendous efficacy and safety record, fluticasone propionate was cleared in 2015 to make the switch from Rx format to OTC format. GSK was the first company (being the original holder of the NDA) to manufacture, market and sell "Flonase" as an OTC product. Are we clear so far.
In subsequent months, other pharmaceutical companies also joined-in and filed applications with the FDA to manufacture and sell fluticasone propionate as an OTC product. Some notables are: Bayer, Apotex, Perrigo etc.
Innovus acquired Novalere in November 2014 along with the rights to manufacture, market and sell FlutiCare which is fluticasone propionate. It is our understanding from the evidence we have seen, that Dr. Damaj was somehow involved in selecting a large pharmaceutical company that filed the application for FlutiCare. It is now public knowledge that this large company that filed the application for FlutiCare in November 2014, was also the holder of the Rx ANDA and the manufacturer of the fluticasone propionate.
Harry what is not public knowledge is the name of the company that filed the FlutiCare ANDA application. I, however, have made a solid prediction that the name of that company is Hikma Pharmaceutical that has a U.S. based subsidiary called west-Ward Pharmaceutical. This is just my prediction based on my own research.
Hope this helps and if not, please call the FDA.
Let's corner INNV on the conference call and ask all the questions about Fluticare and how to advertize on Google and why all the lies and delays.
GTTTR15, tell me how to post a screen print of my INNV shares and I will.
Dumb of Damaj/INNV, to over promise and undeliver! I bet you that INNV fails to meet, Q1 Q2 Q3 for 2017 and even if it missed by a small amount, the fact that it missed will F the share price even more.
Damaj, ya dumb fool! Learn to under promise and over delivery, or at least be realistic!
Damaj doesn't care, he's richly paying himself interest.
Let's face it, Damaj scooped INNV out of the garbage can and here we are, what an over promising, overly optimistic liar!!!
Investor relations finally got back with me, they indicated that they have no recollection of anything even remotely called anything even similar to Fluticare or Fluticasone Propionate.
I emailed IR@innovouspharma.com and asked about Fluticare ,Fluticasone Propionate and the email bounced back to me, same thinh that happened just before OVIT (Dr.Weiss) went bankrupt. The scarey thing is Dr.Damaj and Weiss look the same and both have an accent, could they in fact be the same bankrupt scammer/con artists?
Futurebeaneater gave me Dr.Damaj's cell# 1-800-867-5309 and when I call it, I get hung up on. This is exactly what happened with Dr.Weiss from OVIT, before it went bankrupt.
Someone post Dr.Damaj's cell number and the IR number and email and I will chew them a new ahole.
Was fluti a lie?
Why did Hoffamn leave?
Why is Damaj paying himself interest?
Was it an orginal ANDA or and ANDA?
Why is taking so long?
I don't think fluti well ever get here and if it did, probably no big deal, no trade stoppage, no boost in share price (like there was last year!)
Hasn't "Dr.Damage" been claiming fluti approval end of 2015, then 2016, now end of 2017? How long can Damaj lie? Will he say approval expect at the end of 2018 now?
How long will everyone believe the lie of fluti?
It shouldn't take this long, for an original ANDA! Why is Damaj lying? What was the filing mix up? Will it take another 3 years?
Crap!!!
Batermere, no I don't know for a fact that the Fluticare ANDA or original ANDA got messed up, but how else, do you explain it that Fluticare approval is taking so long...
Some have said that GSK is paying off the FDA to delay Fluticare, but if so, why is the FDA not delaying others from manufacturing the active, OTC ingredient.
It's very embarrassing to me that everyone and their brother, including Costco, Walmart, Meijer and Target, GSK, Bayer and more are selling the spray, all except for INNV.
I would have thought that an over the counter nasal spray would have been a slam dunk, as compared to a risky development stage cancer biotech like OVIT, but I was wrong.
At this point OVIT and INNV are very similar, in how the share price dropped and management wasn't up front.
Hoffman left because Fluticare filing was fumbled bigtime, so it won't ever be approved. Damaj gave the shares away for nothing. A paperwork error was the cause, then another paperwork error, then another delay, then they give up.
Fluticare- Innovus Pharmaceuticals (OTCQB:INNV +11.5%) and Novalere FP merge in an all-stock transaction. Novalere shareholders will own 49% of Innovus, 50% of its share received at the closing of the agreement and 50% upon the FDA approval of the Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for Fluticare (fluticasone proprionate nasal spray), a generic equivalent to GlaxoSmithKline's Flonase.
Novalere shareholders will also be eligible for earn-outs of $500K for every $5M in Fluticare net revenue.
The ANDA was submitted to the FDA in November. Management expects approval in late 2015 or early 2016.
The fun starts this Winter...Not!!!
If someone can explain to me how to post a screen print on here, I'll show proof of my INNV shares.
Do'h! .0985 now!!! How low will it go?
Healthywealth, could you explain in a bit more detail, what point your making? What do you think is cooking, is it a turd?
Boohyah Honeycomb! 1+ plus with Fluti, no more dilution, no reverse split, no high Fluti marketing costs, just a profit to be had!!!
Do'h! It's down to .0995 now, was it diluted again?
Thanks Batermere, some of my posts are to make people laugh. However, to be entirely accurate, I bought in at .45 and averaged down to .28 or .25. I have over 70,000 shares of INNV now, but less than 71,000 shares. I'm down about 65% on my investment. I should have stayed with AAPL and COST. However, I chose to once again go in on a risky, otc pink sheet stock, just like I did with OVIT.
Batermere, here's what happened, I went for a long, 2-1/2hr walk in the Easter sun and when I got home, my mind was clear of thought and all of the sudden, that thought/prediction just popped into my head. I believe I tapped into something...call, it God's storehouse of knowledge, or remote viewing... and maybe all that sun did something for my outlook...I don't know, we'll see, maybe I'm just tired of being negative and having dismal luck.
New prediction out of the blue; .30 by May 1st and Fluticare approval in June 2017.
My thoughts and predictions...INNV is not ready to be bought about by anyone and one of the main reasons for this is, that INNV isn't profitable yet and a second reason is that Fluticare hasn't been approved yet.
If INNV became profitable, it probably wouldn't get bought out by a GSK or a Bayer, it would most likely get bought out by a company like herbal life or a company similar to them.
In my opinion, Dr.Damaj heavily overstated 2017 guidance by about 75% and in my opinion, it's best to under promise and over deliver, rather than fail to hit the projected sales numbers. I think Hoffman left, because he realized that at this point, INNV could become a sinking ship.
Fluticare will most likely be approved at the end of 2017. I hope it won't take much money to advertise or sell Fluticare and that the majority of the money is put into manufacturing and distributing Fluticare. I say this because, in my opinion, to some degree, Fluticare should sell itself, due to the brand recognition and due to Fluticare being on the store shelves close to Flonase and the others, so in other words, Fluticare could actually benefit from Flonase advertising.
Hopefully GSK and Bayer won't price their nasal allergy products so low, that it makes it impossible for INNV to make a profit from Fluticare.
Hopefully, Flonase and Clarispray won't be sold in 3rd world countries like INNVs Fluticare will be. Dr.Damaj seems to already have Fluticare manufacturing and sales agreements lined up, just waiting for the slow FDA.
I don't think Q1 or Q2 will cause INNV to go bankrupt if they miss the projected sales, because in a sense INNV is already bankrupt, due to not turning a profit yet. However, drastically missing sales numbers would result in the share price crashing even more.
I like Dr.Damaj's enthusiasm and positive attitude and I hope he makes some good business deals and that INNV becomes majorly profitable soon, because I like the idea of INNV and I am a share holder.
In my opinion, the best way now to get the share price up, is not to buy INNV's stock, but to now focus on buying INNV's products, which I am doing.
If Fluticare was rejected or never approved by the FDA, in theory INNV should be able to survive without it and become profitable without it.
It might be best for us to give INNV 2 more years, rather than 2 more Q's to make a better judgement and hopefully INNV will be around for at least another 2 years.
God Bless us all and Happy Easter!
Ordered Vessle online just now via Internet Explorer. The order page wouldn't load in Firefox (which is probably the most popular Internet Browser.) I don't know if the Google Chrome will load the Vessel order page.
(I will report the quality of my boner to Honeycomb.)
Someone besides me need to report to INNV, that their ordering page needs to load in Firefox.
Someone needs to tell INNV, that their products need to appear during a google search.
Does anyone know the reason why Hoffman left and who was Hoffman replaced with?
If anyone thinks that some bought INNV, who would be interested to by them?
I'm amazed by INNVs rock solid stability today!!
Did Hoffman leave INNV, because he knows it's a bankrupting scam? Didn't Hoffman have a contact at the FDA, that should have helped with Fluticare? Maybe Hoffamn conacted his buddy at the FDA and was told that Fluticare was a fairy tail.
We're at war with N.Korea, so kiss the S.Korea money agreement goodbye.
When the FDA approves a drug going OTC, there isn't any trading halt, it's not like fluticare (if it exists) is a new drug...
GSK and Costco weren't halted for their fluti-like drugs...
I don't like Adrock, but he did predict that INNV will go down to .06 and that there would not be any FDA approval.
Whether it's betting or "investing" in a cancer stock, or a stupid nasal stock, let's face it, we're screwed!
Let's face the facts, Fluticare never existed and if it did, it wouldn't need an ANDA, because its' active ingredient was already approved for OTC. Anyone can manufacture Fluti, including 7 eleven and we already missed the allergy season.
Surely, fluticare was and is a lie. INNV is such a scam :)
Truetrades, are you kidding me, it's been almost 3 years since the alleged fluticare OTC, ANDA. Even if fluticare did get approved, it missed the allergy season.
What's the best way to get this bankrupt companies stock up, buy more shares or buy their products?
I think it's a mute point now, do to the upcoming chapter 13 filing.
Dr.Damaje of INNV and Dr.Wiess of OVIT have stole our money and are slurping beers on a small island resort.
No buyout forACAD, they will go it alone.
During the stock market crash of 1920, people went broke and jumped out of skyscraper buildings to their death, I can totally relate to that with INNV and OVIT.
Yup, the way INNV markets in newspapers and not on google, is less than stellar and the lies of fluticare suck.
Harry bumb, when are drug approvals coming?
Beaneater, what do you mean PR tomorrow? What do you think the PR will be about?
Honeycomb, I admire your positive attitude and I hope you are correct. I am a "The glass is cracked, half full and has a crap in it" kind of guy, lol.
Don't jump off a bridge Honeycomb, just live with the bankruptcy pain of INNV. If I did buy cheap shares, I wouldn't need yours, there is enough outstanding shares available for purchase in the ever increasing pool of authorized shares...Dr.Damaje can't wait to pump, dump, flip, rip, split and shat INNV.
Honey, .10 can and will be broken, we'll be at .07-.01 soon and let's face it, Damaje F'd up INNV, with fluti hype and extreme dillution. Let's also face it, we F'd up investing in INNV, you can kiss every penny goodbye!
