With the news of PHO$ and others being halted and SEC on the prowl, it's a known fact that the 420 plays and associated companies are a little nervous with just throwing out information. You guys crack me up, this is just the beginning of the product launch, I'm sure they are very exciting, nerve racking and busy times for the company. There is a lot on the line here!

Would you rather have them take their time and do it right or rush the product distribution and botch the launch? They just got the delivery last week for God sakes!!... Chill bros, news and communication will come!!...

Today was the day IMO to turn the ship around before this happens... It is not, no participation in the 420 rally whatsoever. If things couldn't get worse for $SOCR, looks like we are on the cusp of the 50day and 200 day crossing. If this happens there is no reason not to believe the stock couldn't trade down to sub penny level. The CEO (Charles Neinstedt ) destroyed this company before it had a chance to get started. Secondly, the CEO openly stated they would not RS the stock which would lead me to believe they will eventually implement a repurchase program of some sorts in the future. No reason not to believe the CEO, he has delivered on his promises.

As far as a RS... nothing happens to my investment dollars, my dollars stay same. The share price OS and float are the only thing that will change.

Understand something, very few entities are willing to lend cash to MJ companies because of obvious reasons. Unfortunately the majority of time they have to use the market as a funding mechanism in order to expand and keep the lights on... IMO $ERBB will revamp their share structure when the company becomes revenue stable. With the current structure in place, it would be virtually impossible for this stock to make any sort of substantial run to "dollar land" as some say... its just not feasible with 3.5 bil and zero revenues.

Unfortunately for the easily swayed, if you listened to all the pundits over the past few years, you would have missed out on the biggest bull run in ANY sector since the techs back in the late 90's.

With emergence and growth there is skepticism and question raised when someone doesn't get an invitation to the party. IMO The majority of negative articles are written by the same people who will buy back after they crush the stock, its all part of the game.

In the end someone ALWAYS comes out on top. Diversification (which I am) is the key here to make big money long term because IMO only about 30% of the 420 plays have a legit shot of being credible businesses.

We are just getting warm in the 1st inning of a 9 inning ballgame IMO. Tons of cash will be made in MJ over the next decade... you can bank on that! A lot of pieces of the proverbial pie to share amongst legit businesses.

It is a FACT that $PHOT compensated the PR firm that put a price target on the stock. Something didn't sit right with me about that, I thew the towel in shortly after doing DD and ran for the door.

It sure seems as if they were using their stock as currency to pay everyone! Illegal??... probably not... Grey area and red flag territory?... IMO definitely!

Either way in the end PHOT will always be marred by this. For the mean time, it is condemned to grey purgatory bearing the 420 scarlet letter!

Quite the opposite IMO!... If you really peel back the skin on their reports, it was right in front of everyone the entire time. A blind eye was turned because of 3rd party misrepresentation coupled with creative deal making and creative practices IMO. Not saying the did or didn't do anything wrong here, that's not up to me to determine.

At one point $PHOT was cultesq, that's why people are taken back by what happened. Consider Detroit going bankrupt... think about the municipal bondholders, government employees and dwellers... anything can happen... in the end $PHOT was never nothing more than a speculative pinky with hopes, prayers and greed driving the share price IMO.

Skimming through this past Friday evenings PR, looks like CAN# may be the next shoe to drop... Call me a conspiracy theorist, as I mentioned in a prior post, I believe the SEC is going after the neck of the 420 industry and I believe the reason may be because FINRA has egg on its face. There is a complete blatant disregard for their warning of 420 investments over the past year and they are pissed. What better way to stifle enthusiasm???... take down the sector darlings and start probing the rest in hopes the tide drops all ships.

IMO this is what is happening and will continue to haunt the sector for months to come. There is a silver lining within the dark cloud however. Cleansing means more transparency and cleaner business models. This will ultimately pave the way for more loans, more investors & more business.

The machination of the emerging 420 industry are quite creative and complex behinds the scenes IMO. Just imagine what kind of legal red tape these companies must have to cut through in order to do business! Makes you think about when a PR is put out there on companies changing their business models from cabinet makers to a THC infused edibles company overnight. How realistic is that??? I would think this is the kind of stuff that the SEC and FINRA want to crack down on.

$PHOT, CAN%, PTO% and now CANV... going right for the jugular IMO folks. It will make the fly by nights think twice about entering the industry to simply swindle a quick buck and will ultimately be a positive move in the end!

If you look hard enough, you can find a flaw in any company... why "high profile" $PHOT??? keeping it real, $PHOT is not guilty of anything yet, they do however have a big fat finger and a spotlight pointed at them in the hottest investment/trading arena in ANY market!

I think we need to keep it in perspective that this is just the beginning of an industry that will have many leaders and losers during its growing pains. Time and a few winning trades will alleviate some of the pain here. Being invested in a boat load of 420 plays, I believe this is only the beginning of the hammer being brought down. Just like the .com bubble, only the strong and clean business models will survive. By no means was this shocking... nor will additional stock suspensions be. If you skin the peel back on 3/4 of the 420 plays, there is a plethora of "half-baked" questionable data, financing and business schemes... I think the SEC shutting down $PHOT was simply a ploy to slow down trading. Contrary to FINRAs warning, the stocks lit up hotter than ever and they didn't like that. What better way to throw a wet blanket on the fire than to take down the darling of the sector??... Unbelievable!!
