Tip Of The Week: When going through airport customs and you are asked "Do you have any firearms with you?" do not reply "What do you need?"

This Saturday.
They had 1.2 billion share float. We have, or will soon have, 4 billion shares outstanding. Pretty big difference and major run inhibitor.
I got a little today.
Verizon Wireless (VZ) is collaborating with Google Inc. (GOOG) on a tablet computer that would compete with Apple’s iPad (AAPL), according to reports.
Lowell McAdam, Verizon’s chief executive, confirmed today in an interview with the WSJ that his co. was working on a tablet device and called tablets “the next big wave of opportunities.”
“We’re looking at all the things Google (GOOG) has in its archives that we could put on a tablet to make it a great experience,” McAdam said.
It is unclear whether the tablets would be based on Google’s ChromeOS or Android OS.
we'll see. I got in today. Looks like it has some room to run still.

yea, i think they're trying to ride the main event. im interested in that fight and seeing diego sanchez. other than that pretty boring card on paper.
FBN’s Charlie Gasparino reports that Goldman Sachs (GS) is getting close to receiving a subpoena from the Justice Department, raising the possibility of criminal charges against the Wall Street giant whose role in the mortgage market has come under sharp scrutiny.
that's pretty funny.
I hope Couture destroys him.
So before you deal with any public traded company you research to make sure they are treating their shareholders right? I highly doubt it.
The stock, not the company. The company is probably providing all the services they say they are going to. If I am a customer I don't care about the stock when I am paying for their services. As long as they do what I pay them for.
Daley's apology:
“I’ve had a long flight home to consider my actions and regret the mistake I made on Saturday. I would like to apologise to the UFC and the Athletic Commission for what I’ve done as well as all the fans and sponsors that support me.”
“I would also like to offer my sincerest apologies to Josh Koscheck who did not deserve the cheap shot I threw. He did what he needed to do in order to win the fight and get the job done, and I foolishly reacted to the situation. There is no excuse for my actions and I know what I did was very unprofessional. I was immensely frustrated by a collection of things that took place throughout the fight as well as leading up to it, but I’m certainly not trying to condone or excuse my actions.”
“Josh implemented his game plan perfectly taking me down and staying on top of me for the majority of the fight. I was also frustrated about him claiming (and acting like) I knee’d him in the head on the ground when it was clear for all to see in the video replay that I didn’t connect at all with the knee I threw. Then finally, the verbal abuse Josh hit me with in the final 30 seconds of the fight simply pushed me over the edge and my frustrations came out as I knew I’d lost the fight, was unhappy with my own performance and had then been ridiculed by my opponent to top things off.”
“This is certainly no excuse for my actions; I fully deserve to be punished for what I did and hope that everyone I have disappointed can forgive my rash decision. I feel very disappointed in myself for losing my cool and hope that I am able to address my temperament and bounce back from this low point in my career.”
“I feel ashamed and embarrassed by what I did and hope that together my team and I can get through this issue. It will be a long road back from where I am now to earning the trust and respect of the UFC and the MMA fans that have supported me for so long, I know I’ve let you all down but I’m determined to make it up to you all.”
Yep. All fighting sports for some reason. The reason is actually money.
thanks. i didnt think it was going to be on ppv for some reason.
where can it be seen?
definitely a heap. ive been stuck in that since last yr.
Following two official fights in the organization, Kevin “Kimbo Slice” Ferguson’s days in the UFC are apparently done.
UFC president Dana White revealed in Saturday night’s post-UFC 113 press conference in Montreal that Slice (4-2 MMA, 1-1 UFC) would likely be released following his loss to fellow “The Ultimate Fighter 10 cast member Matt Mitrione (2-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC).
“That’s probably Kimbo’s last fight in the UFC,” White said.
Dana on Daley
Daley's definitely a punk.
MRNJ again.

From their 1st qtr financial results:
Outlook
"During the first quarter, the Company continued to experience a substantial increase in order bookings across all product lines" stated Mark W. Blodgett, Chairman and CEO. "First quarter orders increased 106% over the prior year and increased 22% sequentially over the fourth quarter of 2009. Backlog was $7.2 million, an increase of 92% over the prior period and 21% sequentially. Based on current backlog and continued improvement in order bookings, management expects 2010 revenues to increase 40 to 50% to approximately $15 million versus 2009 revenue of $10.4 million. Despite the challenging environment in 2009, our two operation units, StockerYale (IRE) Ltd and Photonic Products Ltd, were EBITDA positive. For the first quarter 2010, the combined operating unit EBITDA -- excluding the onetime charge -- was $290,000 continuing the trend of improved performance from the operations. With higher sales volumes and improved overhead absorption we expect continued improvement in both gross margins and EBITDA performance over the course of the year," added Blodgett.

that sucks. GRO is starting to form a pincher.
NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Three separate jobs reports released Wednesday signaled that the nation's employment picture may finally be brightening, and hinted that a government report due at week's end could show strong gains.
Private-sector employers added jobs in April for the third consecutive month, according to Automatic Data Processing (ADP).

Me too. Doesn't look done falling though imo.
Wow, pretty impressive.
No, Wal-Mart is enough. Just would like to hear more from the company. All I am saying. Not looking to get into a back and forth with people.
This was you?
It seems like you are optimistic on this stock's potential due to your belief that Wal-Mart is a big time customer of Cape's. That's fine, I just don't necessarily make much out of their customer list on the website (I know you're all thinking I'm just a pessimistic, bitter basher). But you know how pinksheet stocks routinely put out fluff pr's twisting words to make it sound much more impressive than it really is? The same thing can go for the customers they list on their site. They can determine "customers" in different ways. Maybe they just worked together for a small job one time in the past (so they put them down to impress potential customers visiting their site) or Wal-Mart is using Cape for every warehouse nationwide. I appreciate your message but it does not do anything for me personally to increase my confidence. Like I said months back I want to hear substantial info. from the company.

Do you see how many of those would have to be sold to get to $161 million?
How would I have any idea how much their revenues are? I don't know for sure all of their customers and what services they are providing to each customer. No one does. Based on what I saw they charge for their services I could EASILY see their revenues being under $161 million.
Ok, then i'm still curious as to where Seeclear is getting these specific revenue numbers from.
EDIT: Unless those numbers he gave before were for 2006. In that case he got it from Goliath. I was assuming he was giving me last yrs revenue.
"Due to the minimal SEC requirements in the area of material disclosure CYSG has effectively been ..'Hiding' those revs"
If they have so effectively hidden revenues as Seeclear says then how did Goliath get that information? I have personally found that most of the theories regarding what has been going on has not been true (i.e. one being that people were not getting shares at certain prices through manipulation by Toms, etc.). Yet I blame myself for being stuck in this stock. I made awful mistakes trading this stock by going against personal trading rules I follow. Definitely learned a lesson with this one.
Sorry, but I have a tendency to believe this http://www.greenerpackage.com/database/companies/cape_systems_inc rather than what seems to be unreferenced info. My personal choice.
