I have a lot of shares for me and will pick up more as I gain more confidence in EPGL. I found this fairly early in May, watched and was able to scoop most of mine at .0001, thru June. I think my avg. will fall somewhere in the .0015-.0018 range, when I hit my desired share count depending where pps goes. Might at some point get my initial back if I get spooked.

It's my opinion MM's play games with peoples shares. After all, where's the police and would they listen? They f'd up on this RS (betting it would drop) after and it didn't. I'm wondering if they are discovering that phantom shares we're sold too. Who knows for sure. Anything NIR dealt with in the past is sure to have bad records.
After all, one of the tweet's did mention they have been dealing with a lot of house cleaning.

PwC seems to have good ties with GE Medical for one.

I think they did not state that correctly. The market is approximately 3.5B anually, not the projected revenue from the MPDD anually. If they even captured a fraction of a % of that, it would be great!

The end of the 4-6 week window for the share conversion with Etrade is tomorrow. I'm assuming there are other brokers that haven't accomplished this yet either.

How is the MPDD roll out to be funded?
What are the plans for funding the 510k for the new device?
How can we confirm there are real orders?
When will we see the related FDA and SEC documentation updated?
What is the current share structure? How can it be confirmed?
Equity holders hold the "majority" and there are approx. 500m in the float. How many are held by the company and not restricted?

IMO, until the $ questions are answered, we will have more of the same with a dwindling pps.

I have a substantial holding in lock up at Etrade and have the right to ask.

IMO, Kiwa will bounce back well once the NIR/AJW debt issue is resolved with PWC. Hopefully, not before too long. At least that part of the "scam" will be gone.
