I agree, Damaj failed to deliver and Q2 is a bust, due to poor sales, no repeat customers, high SG&A, Damaj taking any profits to his pocket, selling fake sugar pills and the constant daily dilution, all so Damaj can drink a peeni-colada on our dime! The fact that INNV is trying to get into Oncology isn't just all wonderful, it's also a sign of desperation! INNV has got OVIT and Dr.Weiss written all over it! I'm down 60% on my "investment" Sso far and I'm looking to go down to a 100% loss very soon, bigly, yuge! We've proven selling sugar pills in newspapers and trying to hype nasal spray and vagy ointment doesn't work, Damajtowelhead!
I'm glad to see the arguing is over, now we just have to wait for the bankruptcy filing.
The INNV balloon is deflating as we speak. I think damaj and hc are using too much of INNVs colon cleanser product. Keep in mind, that if you're all "backed up" just go to taco bell and order anything from the menu, wait 5 minutes and yes, you'll have repeated volcanic colon explosions!
BooDog, yes with this widely variable and strange product line, I doubt that any company would want to buy INNV, especially since it's not profitable...Obviously, if INNV were profitable, it would be more attractive to a nutraceutical company, like herbal-life.
BooDog and Shawn, I'm losing faith in INNV, I think Q2 revs will be .5mill and SG&A will be 20 million.
Honeycomb, were they at least honey-nut Cheerios?
RE: Top Questions to Ask at Annual Meeting
Ask why INNV products don't appear in a google search?
Ask why INNV doesn't advertise on Radio.
Ask if Damaj is an INNV creditor and if he's taking payments while INNV is not yet profitable?
Ask if Damaj really invested his own money in INNV?
Ask why Damage spends 2 dollars for advertising for every 1 dollar of profit?
Ask Damaj, that since INNV hasn't been profitable since it's creation in 1959, why should we believe it's going to finally be profitable in 2017?
Ask Damaj about fluticare, will the ANDA ever be approved, or was it rejected for some reason?
Ask Damaj why he over promises and under delivers...Then suggest to him that it's better to under promise and over deliver.
Ask Damaj if he's going to rename Innovous pharma to Infamous pharma...
Welcome back Honeycomb777, you've rarely ever been completely right, but you sure are enthusiastic! What type of cereal did you have for breakfast this morning?
I heard on the radio the blood stem cells are being used with bone marrow somehow to eliminate allergies and that the treatment will be available in 4-5years. It's a shame that INNV couldn't or hasn't gotten fluticare ANDA approval yet. With the stem cell treatment, clarispray, flonase, nazacort and all the generics, it's a worry for sure. I think INNV has missed the boat on so many things and that the height of INNV might have actually, only been the past, with the fluticare hype.
Any predictions for Q2 2017 reported on in early August?
Data released and trading halted, what a jump! Is it true?
I had to block TRUMPFORPRES. He might be right about some things, but I don't want to be constantly reminded of all the money I've lost. I sure wish Dr.Damaj wasn't diluting all the time and taking profits as a creditor, even though INNV isn't profitable yet (if ever.) I saw a video of damaj indicating that he invested 2.9 million of his own money and that he wouldn't take a profit until INNV was cash flow positive/profitable and where is Honeycomb? Did Honeycomb bale out for a loss?
Shawn, look at this, was INNV diluted again?
Once again, TOP 2 Exchange market NITE AND CANT for MAY REPORT. DILUTED EVERY SINGLE MONTH??
http://otce.finra.org/MonthlyShareVolume
check MAY report for INNV. It was just published today.
I think INNV is headed out of business and that Damage and the FDA really sucks...I hope that I'm wrong.
Ok Shawn, that's cool, hopefully there wasn't more dilution, I was referring to a recent post yesterday or the day before by Trumpforpres, that indicated additional dilution and even point to the finra link...
Almost 4 days since HC posted, where is he? Did he sell for a loss? I'm 6 nautical miles underwater...
Where's Honeycomb? Is he hiding out, since Dr.Damage diluted again?
Well, hopefully it gaps up, but with continued dilution, that could make it take longer. I hope sales increase and expenses decrease.
Wow, holy dilution-machine! Is Bassam a conman? The FDA is so corrupted, they approved Clarispray and Flonase quickly, but not Fluticare for INNV.
It's really dumb to spend twice as much as you take in, as in the case of INNV spending 2 dollars of advertising for every 1 dollar of profit.
It's dumb to not advertise in newspaper and not on the Internet/Google.
It's dumb to not get repeat customers.
It's dumb of Bassam to keep diluting.
It's dumb of Bassam to claim he put his own money in, when ya he did, but he's not being honest about being a creditor receiving high interest payment, so he's also simultaneously taking out his own money.
Is Bassam Damage a showboater or a grandstander? I hope we get through the testimony without major issues and can move forward to a better future. I hope his tweets don't do him and us in...You know what I'm talking about.
It was diluted again? Any news on the RS or the Russia connection?
nFUSZmywallet, since you requested a naysayer/negative response...
If the two GRAS-listed, Cachexia OTC Compounds were any good, then GSK or Bayer would already have them and it will be difficult and very expensive to market these compounds, so future profits on them will take a long time. At some point, way in the future, maybe patients will benefit and profits will increase.
Is HC and Bassam Damage the same person?
bjdriver, how can you tell that there was an attempt to rally during the last 2 minutes?
The fun starts next Spring, thanks Dr.Weis!
Lol, ok True Trades $5.00 per INNV share by this Friday, without a reverse split and without any additional dilution.
TrueTrades, why would you sell your INNV, if you believe in it? Are you a con-man? At this point the best way to get INNVs stock price up is probably to buy their products, not their stock.
TrueTrades, are you kidding? Of course I wish it would be .50 by Friday, but it won't even close at .15 today.
The only thing that could make this stuck go up, is if it had an awesome Q2 that had higher than expected profits and lower than expected SG&A. Or the approval of the real Fluticare ANDA.
HC, could you and the PR team make your products appear on Google searches? Also, what about doing radio commercials?
I don't know much about viagra, but isn't it going to be over the counter soon? If so, could you get INNV to obtain the otc rights to viagra and then of course, sell viagra as a combo with vessle?
It would be cool to have the otc rights to fluticare and viagra and as many new otc's coming up as soon as possible, but of course it would probably take a minimum of 3 years for the fda to approve any new otc manufacture rights for innv.
It seems like you would know that newspaper advertising is a dead medium and that innv probably won't get any repeat customers and that for every dollar of profit innv makes, it costs innv 2-3 dollars in marketing (SG&A) costs.
The more I think about it, the more I see innv's products as gag gifts and not with repeatable sales and terrible ways to market them as well.
I think innv is nearly bankrupt and that a few more reverse splits are coming, in order to bankrupt our investments and then we'll never hear fom bassam again, same thing happened with ovit, thanks.
New prediction, INNV never gets the original ANDA fluticare approval. Dr.Damage continues to dilute. Vessle sales drop. Dr.Damage still collects a high interest/profit on his INNV loan sharking. INNV sales drop. Many INNV products are dropped. It costs INNV more money to sell their products than they make back in profits. Things will get so bad, we'll wish their was an r/s. INNV goes out of business in 2017 or 2018. We (I) will lose every penny "invested" in INNV. FYI, GSK and Bayer are not interested in a nutracuticle, non-profitable and bankrupt company.
War with N.Korea (aside from the terrible loss of life) could soon result in the market taking a deep dive and of course S.Korea not paying for their INNV glide-juice.
I hope INNV doesn't keep diluting.
I hope INNV gets the original ANDA approved.
I hope INNV has repeat customers for these magic beans/sugar pill/placebo style of products.
I hope the vessle/viagra study is positive, rather than people realzing that their top seller vessle is a scamola.
Healthywelth, you're English is just fine and your posts are good. I only know one language (English) and I admire those (like yourself) that are very intelligent to learn many different languages.
The list of failed INNV products continues...
APEAZ, Zytopic, Coraz, Xylarid, Zinx, Extendryl, Liquadd, Akurza, Breeze pads, and Levall.
Could we soon and Vessle and Fluticare to the list of failed INNV products?
Cash4, all of that could be true and if it happens, that would be great. However, keep in mind, that the recent dilution didn't help. Hopefully Dr.Damage will stop paying himself such large interest payments, at least until INNV is truly profitable. Hopefully, Dr.Damage will also stop shorting his own INNV stock. Hopefully, Dr.Damage has enough cash to get fluticare off the ground and selling without another dilution. Hopefully, Dr.Damage gets the original fluticare ANDA approved so he can sell fluticare to a larger base of customers for a larger profit. Hopefully, INNV will start being more than a 1-trick pony (fluticare.) Hopefully, INNV will have repeat customers. Hopefully, INNV won't get sued. Hopefully, we're at the bottom now of .10, but with Dr.Damage, you never know...he has the remarkable ability to tank stock prices, dilute stocks, reverse split stocks, short his own stock, pump fluticare multiple times, lie that he wouldn't take profits from INNV until it became profitable...all the while, he's actually a high interest loan-shark creditor of INNV. Dr.Damage also managed to squish out one of the BOD that had potential to help INNV, but rumor has it, that when he found out about Damage's secrets, he bailed quick to avoid an angry mob of ex-investors, not to mention the jail time...and then there is Dr.Damage's ties to Russia, don't even get me started on that!
Hey, TwistedFreak Zestra and Zestra Glide are not meant for your mouth!
The only goal of MATN management is to keep their high payed salaries going for as long as possible...
Management does not care at all about those with cancer...
Management will ride their overly inflated salaries as long as they can, even when it means standing by just watching, as their protocol/patent becomes obsoleted and is replaced with a newer and better protocol.
Harry Bumb...Shut up!
Question for aboutthebenny or anyone else...
When you said 7-8 bagger, did you actually mean $7-8dollars w/o an r/s? Or, $.07-.08cents? Or, 7-8times what it is now, so .10 x 7-8, = $.70-.80?
I'm assuming you meant $7-8dollars per share.
Share Price @ .01 for Monday?
I cashed out what little I had left and I'm filing chapter 11 bankruptcy and I'm suing INNV and Dr.Damaje.
