Good to hear Threeflight
Exactly one knows that the OS will rise in a developmental stage company. With this companies history it was easy to deduct they will manage that increase in a very professional manner.
They have proved it with acquisitions on the most shareholder friendly terms one could manage
Long history never a reverse split and still has an attractive share structure of 300M 175M OS
On the verge of huge developments bringing a disruptive technology to market with massive forward guidance
In My book when they get this disruptive technology rolling with some big names behind them you can triple this OS and you will still have a monster stock. Triple isn't going to happen unless they acquire several companies
Its all about their forward guidance. If that comes to fruition some will be wealthy plain and simple.
As I understand the promotion , by talking to the company and FFN this will go on for months.
That's quite sad for you that you would even have thoughts about my position yet alone post about it. That speaks volumes. That being said I could not be more happy with this technology, the direction of the company and my position. As far as the promotion efforts its way early in the game it could be a smashing success. A little time will tell
My DD tells me this promo is at its very initial stages. I will be able to better evaluate it down the road a bit
That is perfectly ok that is part of DD
I have to say you are close to being the person that is r been most off base I ev er seen. I sold zero shares have rode this up and down three times. I am here for the big money. If you want to know who is selling call the company they have the lsts
For the last Time Floodgate has no shares to sell and is only one voice on the BOD he is a non factor here and everyone knows it. There is zero insider selling so where is the dump?
Secondly the volume is growing all the time and the company does have revenues and had forward guidance of
8M dollars in the next year
50M plus over the next three years
Lastly huge developments expected this year and many could come soon
We have a interview due from Reggie very soon. I wonder if that means the company is close to their next acquisition..One of the reasons the AS went to 300M. He alluded to this a couple times in his last interview and hinted he expected to return for another interview much earlier than expected with developments
This is a re post from the other day in case anyone missed it because of the non sense
Had a question from a potential new investor today I want to share. I think when most look at this company they ask the same questions . I hope some new readers find this beneficial
I asked the company to answer it rather than myself
First the question:
I guess I don't understand the technology well enough to know which aspects of the it needs protection. For example, why would an artist need/want to use RTGV's service, when they can use TuneCore, Bandcamp, iTunes, Napster, or Amazon to make money off their music without a label company. Perhaps I'm stuck in the "download" mentality. When instead I should be thinking "streaming"... like a video music version of Pandora?
Answer:
There are a few fundamental concepts raised by your new investors that are easy to answer and important differentiators for RTG. The industry genuinely is liking what we're doing. Today, our specialists met with one of the biggest labels in the world. They get dozens of approaches a week from new ideas which they reject out of hand. They told us that we're different and that we're addressing an area that's interesting. We've been invited back to make a specific proposal. Most companies don't get through the door.
The first key concept is that all of the sites mentioned are download sites. Above the bottom end of the market, where Audigist lives, RTG believes the future is streaming, not downloading. Downloads were an ideal solution a few years back when the bandwidth wasn't there to create an "always on" system. Downloads are easy to pirate unless there's the kind of digital rights management (DRM) that Apple builds into its store. With DRM like iTunes, the content isn't portable. A service like ours enables consumers to access content where its most convenient for them.
The second key concept is related to the one above. All of the websites mentioned are destination sites. They rely on pulling consumers to their site in order to monetize content. RTG believes that the future is not attracting people to a site, app or TV channel, but delivering the content to the places that consumers are most comfortable being. Today, that's facebook, apps or their favourite websites. Our model is about syndicating content, not attracting consumers to one destination site.
The third key concept is that most of the "new" business models are actually new ideas ported onto the old industry. They rely either on the traditional reseller model (i.e. buy price + margin = sell price) or they are buying blanket licenses in order to stream. They key here is that there's always a third party in the mix buying, then selling content. The reason we're disruptive is we completely break this model by enabling artists and labels to set their own pricing, distribution rules and territories and then deliver the content direct to consumers through intermediaries. Rights owners control their own content rather than signing it over. We do this by redefining how the rights in media libraries are databased.
I know there was healthy skepticism of the quote I put in Monday's release about the "this is REALLY disruptive" comment, but this was a real response from someone that's been in the media industry for over 20 years. We included it in the release because we're struggling to explain to people how important what we're doing is.
Best of luck MLXO may be on the verg of finally delivering something big
Looks like a good load up zone to me
I have researched the share structure and I can only see selling below a penny from those that took a loss out of fear or not knowing why they bought in the first place. I don't buy that vendors would sell this low certainly not many. Therefore I see nothing to hold us below a penny as long as everyone behaves lol. If we do stay below a penny for much longer. Would think. Perhaps there are other issues I have not discovered
We just need good sustained volume then anyone that wants to sell can. Bottom line we need some strong market moving news. Patience here may be required in a couple few months we may get the monster news we expect. In the meantime surely there will be some developments as well My hope is shares have been moving into investment minded hands that will give the company a little time to gain traction and get this monster tech rolling. I think that is what indeed is happening slowly. Could sure use a green day though
The man has no sellable shares. He is one man on The BOD. Can you say non factor here
Current market cap 1.5 m I smell 10 bagger in 2011
Looking very good here. A great stock to buy and put away for a while

He suggest live events is what artist will have to do. I would love to be able to pay for a live concert and get it on my smart phone and move it to the TV if I choose. RTGV Technology is also about doing live events
I seen that article on Reggies Twitter page. Tells me RTGV is in the right place at the right time
Thanks for that clarification
Yes that looks accurate. We all know developmental stage companies are going to add shares. This one will until revenues/profits take place. Could take a couple years perhaps less. Bottom line we have an AS of 300m shares and currently a OS of 175m shares. That really is peanuts especially considering the forward guidance. I expect the OS to rise in these plays. Can anyone name a penny that the OS does not rise some from Q to Q?
If the Tech is what it appears to be the share structure and added shares to come will not be an issue
If the forward guidance is close to accurate the share structure is no issue
I say lets see what 2011 brings as far as developments. An incredible amount of growth is expected and a disruptive Technology is expected to come to market with some big names behind it
I am in and comfortable
It matters to me who is selling. If its not the company and only 1 or 2 shareholders it makes a big difference. I will know soon
I look forward to seeing the contents of the next nobo list then I will know where the selling is from. Have the results of the last one so will compare. I don't think the company is issuing shares that are being sold but soon will have what I need to know for sure
Incredible what they are doing with this technology. I feel very confident about my investment and plan to buy more as funds ready. Give them a little time and they may start a storm that drives massive revenues and exponencial shareholder value
Very good to hear as well. Best of luck to you sir
Very good to see I believe you made a good decion. Good luck to you sir
Welcome aboard as a new mod
Thanks for the clarification I thought I recalled the number of shareholders correctly. Many times with a new tech stock or bio tech stock investors will buy a very small portion and sock them away. It only takes 1 out of 10 to turn into the real deal to make a great deal of mony because the gain is enormous. I sense that potential here and will also add shares looking towards the future of this company
My number came from a discussion with the company who holds Nobo lists. Your number comes from the air. I will however double check that info again
Not a chance IMO of course
If the blue bloods you speak of don't hold out new ones will take their place. And its not my news its the companies news
1. "there are no motivated buyers"
Yet our volume is increasing all the time and somebody is buying the shares.
2. "No insider filed a form to buy shares"
No insider filed a form to sell shares
3." We have a few Multi Million share Blue Bloods that some have gone silent, one may be unloading or close to it and yet one is desperately trying to rally for the company "
The biggest one that has gone silent holds all his shares and is buying more talked to him today. The other couple you speak of. who? traders or investors? You do know RTGV has 2000k shareholders don't you? What difference what a few is doing make?/b]
There is no desperation in my excitement for what I expect to happen here. Day to day share price does not change my convictions like some. Once again I am not afraid to take a stand and I don't play both sides of the fence like some.
GLty just a friendly counter point in good spirit.....
Come on now. You rather the company not mention anything that happened in the meeting because their are no signed deals. Yet if no news I am sure you would say something is wrong. So dm if they do dm if they don't right?
I assume you also think they should not have mentioned they have a record label deal signed with a influential name because they can't give the name out yet?
I am an investor of this company I want whatever news they can deliver
Problem is they are real and so many before them in this arena lied so they are punished for it so far. That won't last when they deliver
My DD has uncovered nothing to suggest they aren't being straight up. We have very big events scheduled soon so we wont have to wait long to know. That being going live by summer which would mean names soon and a flood of new artists
Until I do see something wrong I am not afraid to take a stand
By the way your DD does not scratch the surface of mine so far. I even have an investment friend meeting the entire team along with other important figures in London on Feb. 16th
Could this all go wrong. Yes of course anything can go wrong thats the risk its always evident. So far just see good things ahead
Its all about putting the cards on the table releasing the names.
I asked today if they still expect to meet their forward guidance of going live by early summer
The answer was yes with no doubt
This means they must PR two big names throughout Europe that will lead to the turbo acquisition phase. Meaning artists come rushing in because of who signed a deal
Its all been pr'd .The content gets digitalizez and we are live
For summer to be on schedule common sense says they will announce the names soon
Big news can be dropped anytime here. We know they already signed a deal with an independent record label who is influential. They expect to PR at least two big names throughout Europe very soon which will have artists flooding in
This will enable the technology to go live by early summer
Bottom line things could change here on the drop of a hat and I think that is exactly whats coming very soon!
I see the same action. In the past big sells like that and some negative posting would kill this stock. Not now it rebounds. I expect its a changing of the guard here. While there are 2000 shareholders of RTGV I think most all of them are excited about the future and very pleased with the amazing progress in one years time
Whatever entity in the stock sold Friday and last couple of days had their shares stolen from them. Look at how the ask rebounded on the dump. They will be spent soon then its game on
Thanks its been a while
