Sunday morning. Let's get this noticed today
I like fudge
205 boardmarks. 30 posts would have kept us on the top 20 most active board all day today
here is some good listening: (once you get past Bud's personal history ) http://www.financialsense.com/Experts/2008/Burrell.html
Hey Guys. Looking for everyone to post positive tomorrow and get us noticed on the top 20 most posted board. Sundays are generally low posting days and it is easy to get high on the list. If only one day a week we get noticed by a few stock surfers looking for a monday morning investment, it may make a long term difference. THX
heh I didn't realize they had changed the symbol. I got out of this months ago, just stumbled onto it again and popped in to see whats up. I really thought that it might take off when they came out with fabulust. wishful thinking I guess
AMAZING
Waiting on news is like waiting on sex. Wondering when you might get lucky. You know it will be good when it happens. You know you will like it. satisfying. Content for a while, but when it happens, you can't wait till the next time, and you know it might be a while before you get anymore. At least when you haven't had any for a while, you know it will be coming soon? Hmmmm wonder what my g/f is doing
Another form T trade after 4 pm
Seems like everytime I buy at the bottom, it goes 1 point lower Guess I need to quit buying for a while. :P
well according to http://www.investopedia.com it is A form required by the NASD for reporting an equity trade executed after normal market hours. some would say otc doesnt trade after hours, but I think it happens
yes I am liking it, but then I never lost faith either :P
sweeet
I would settle for a fluffer or 2 at this point :)
sweet
Good points Woody. I think we all share the same sentiment to some extent. All I can do is to scoop up some cheapies here and there and hope it will pay off at some point. I know if it does go up in the near future, I will be wishing that I had hocked the farm for some more AWYI@.0017-.002
I don't think they were hired specifically for IHUB, but maybe he/they think some support might be needed here without having to e-mail Arne with every question
sounds good to me
I think most of us in Ihub have gotten interested in a stock by noticing it on the top 20 most posted list, as bperson (post# 20685)did with AWYI. Since Sundays have the least amount of posts, I think we should all try to post on AWYI board every Sunday and try to get this noticed by the Sunday drivers at least. Like it was last Sunday as you can see below.
Let's hope so!
haha Sweet Surge
agree, and news is overdue. Hopefully it will be big. I added a few friday also.
201 boardmarks :)
welcome aboard
If that is true, then I am ahead :P
09/19/2007 Buy AWYI 100,000 80.00 100,000 80.00
09/21/2007 Buy AWYI 500,000 300.00 600,000 380.00
09/28/2007 Buy AWYI 100,000 50.00 700,000 430.00
I'd have to look but I think around september?
Man, what is wrong with IHUB? The chart shows no volume
I still have shares that I bought @ .0006
Sheesh, if there is no volume, How can anyone be diluting?
I am going to make a blackberry pie. Maybe that will help :P
yeah buying at these prices is good. Waiting for funds to clear myself. Was only Bahhing at the dilution comment :P
Bah to all that noise too. only 10K worth of stock traded today.
Bah to all who keep screaming Cornell. Someone decided to sell and invest elsewhere , that's all that is happening whenever this takes a dive. Cornell was here when we were over a penny. At that time everyone blamed MMs for keeping us from reaching higher. Agreed the PPS would probably go higher if Cornell wasn't involved, but IMO right now Cornell is just a pshycological barrier
Man and I thought Arne was a fan of musicals. Ariel's Way is a musical inspired by Shakespeare's The Tempest
Yay, We have a Mod again

Arne Dunhem’s (Ariel Way president and CEO) vision is to become a multiservice multimedia company. His major plan includes the build-out of a nationwide Digital Signage Network (platform for companies to promote and advertise products and services while providing valuable information to targeted audiences as they shop, work and play in malls, stores and other strategic locations). To achieve his plan, Arne is attempting to build a one-stop-shop company for Digital Signage Advertising.
AWYI has acquired:
•Syrei – A Swedish telecommunications company. Syrei will act as AWYI’s central hub to advance Arne’s digital signage network in Europe and Asia.
•Limetruck and LimeMedia – A Dallas, TX based company specializing in providing mobile advertising solutions to its clients and provides its services in approximately 40 locations nationwide. Ariel Way, Inc., through a newly formed wholly-owned subsidiary, Lime Truck Acquisition Corporation (“LTAC”, closed on the acquisition of both LimeTruck and LimeMedia, LLC. LTAC has been renamed LimeTruck (which is inclusive of the former LimeTruck and LimeMedia LLC organizations). An advertising agency function within the former LimeMedia, LLC organization was removed prior to the acquistion and formed into a new company called Lime Media Group, Inc. There is an advertising agreement between LimeTruck (now owned by AWYI) and Lime Media Group, Inc. such that the advertising agency of Lime Media Group has an exclusive obligation to first come to LimeTruck for any mobile advertising before they can go to any other mobile advertising company. In addition, contracts with new clients will also be with AWYI's LimeTruck, Inc. in addition to Lime Media Group.
AWYI is in the process of acquiring:
Mason Media Networks – A Washington, D.C. based turnkey digital signage company that specializes in providing digital signage solutions.
•A 10% stake in Facetime – A full-service new media agency that specializes in advertising, marketing and public relations campaigns VIA THE INTERNET, broadcast, print and other mediums.
AWYI also has MOU’s with:
•Mason Media Group – a Washington, D.C. based holding company that develop, produce, and provide technical services to the broadcast, cable, and film industry with a primary focus on Sports and Entertainment. MMG is also a provider of focused advertising, marketing, entertainment, and audiovisual content capitalizing on the New Media Revolution.
•Noventri – A Maryland based "one-stop- shop" company for digital signage turnkey solutions, which include consultation, technology, software, content creation and management.
So in summary, if AWYI’s plan succeeds, Arne will have the capability to provide and sell advertising space to companies at locations such as:
•Brick and Mortar Locations (malls, stores, etc.) via Arne’s proprietary Digital Signage Network that he plans to install (Mason Media Networks)
•"Internet to Pocket” Podcast Advertising (Mason Media Networks)
•On the Street (Limetruck)
•On the Internet (Facetime)
Also, by acquiring these profitable companies (with Digital Signage / advertising experience and affiliation), the plan is not only for AWYI to become a one-stop-shop digital signage provider as well as profitable but also for the profits to be re-invested into the build-out of AWYI’s nationwide (Arne's proprietary) digital signage network, thus easing the burden associated with financing.
DD ON DIGITAL SIGNAGE NETWORKS:
1.Quick Definition of Digital Signage Network: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=27075658
2.According to PEW Research, the market size for our target business, the Digital Interactive Advertising and Marketing industry, is expected to grow from $21 billion in annual revenue in 2007 to over $45 billion in 2008.
3.Re-read post 11963 through 12052.
4.Service industry such as advertising and Digital Signage Networks is basically pure profit after up-front costs associated with initial set-up.
5. Examples of previous Digital Signage Network installations for major companies: http://www.prn.com/press/2006-01-17-In-Store-Marketing-Institute.pdf
DD ON SYREI:

2.Terms of Syrei acquisition: http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1145254/000135448808000224/f8k.htm
3.Revenue for Syrei for 2008 is conservatively forecasted to be over $7 million with an EBITDA of about 10%. However, with new opportunities, our target would be to increase with over 50%.
4.February 2008 revenue for Syrei was approximately $670,000, which was the second highest ever monthly revenue for Syrei. February 2008 is only one month after Ariel Way acquired Syrei.
5.Syrei reported that its revenue during May 2008, the fourth month after Ariel Way's acquisition of Syrei, was the highest ever monthly revenue for Syrei. The May 2008 revenue was approximately $750,800. Syrei also reported a record net income of over $300,000 for the month.
6.Current Syrei clients include: Ericsson, Nokia, 3GIS, ABB, Orange, SonyEricsson, Swedbank, Tele2, TeliaSonera, TIM etc.

DD ON MASON MEDIA NETWORKS (MMN):

Also has the employees experienced in Digital Signage Networks as well as real estate property (central hosting site) and server equipment necessary. This acquisition will put AWYI squarely in the digital signage business. All AWYI has to do is begin generating contracts with niche locations (malls, airports, etc) to begin installing its nationwide DSN network once this acquisition is finalized.
5.Another good point is that ALL display content programming and changes (associated with Arne’s planned DSN network) can be handled remotely out of MMN’s central hosting site for all of AWYI’s planned DSN locations (very cost effective).
6.Currently have a number of digital signage network projects in the design phase that will launch by the fall of 2008.
7.Can also install Business Television (BTV) networks. Definition of BTV: http://encyclopedia2.thefreedictionary.com/BTV. Arne’s previous successes include providing BTV services for one of the biggest banking groups in the United Kingdom with over 1,500 bank branch offices throughout the UK
