I can see here that no one thinks that Watson has an obligation.Just stay private then if you do not want any e mails from people that have invested their hard earned money in YOUR business. We deserve answers, especially to statements that he made.Thats call integrity.
news is news I understand that.To update shareholders on why the media blitz did not happen when he said it would is what he should do.Shareholders would have understood and respected him more.Flipers will be flippers, but people who want to be here along time while a real business is being built are alittle disillusioned right now.
This supposed talk to several I HUB members is getting alittle suspicious.I don't like it.What does Watson have against an update to shareholders funding his operation.I call an update being corteous. It is what a real CEO does.
I certainly hope this talk about reporting and up-listing are not more empty rhetoric.
Hopefully the patent process is complete and we will be the only company globally to distribute this product.
Newbies,company info.
ImageXpres designs and manufactures highly customized surgical checklist
boards for hospitals across the U.S. The checklist boards are designed,
printed, and fabricated to hospitals' requirements, and incorporate
several unique features on the 24" x 36" Plexiglas boards that reside in
the operating suite of the hospital. The surgical checklist boards are
sold to hospitals through medical sales representatives and medical sales
distributors.
ImageXpres has also designed a "digital" checklist system (patent-pending)
that reinforces the utility and results of the checklist boards, providing
the hospital additional verification and documentation of the surgical
procedure(s), and the collaborative process facilitated by the checklist
methodology employed during surgery. Already a proven success in many U.S.
hospitals, the surgical checklist board will continue to be sold
individually to hospitals, but will soon be accompanied by the digital surgical checklist product.
Mr. Zankowski concludes, "This particular product is one that clearly can benefit every hospital and surgical suite no matter where they are located. The WHO study has documented the benefits to hospitals and patients, in terms of lowered deaths and lowered surgical procedural errors, thus saving lives and improving healthcare delivery. We are pleased to be a part of the WHO initiative, and we are working diligently to reach the thousands of hospitals and out-patient surgery centers who need our product." "The Surg-i-Scan(TM) system incorporates several unique features, providing a comprehensive documenting of each surgical procedure performed at the hospital. We believe the benefits for the patient are the driving force for adoption of the checklist system by surgeons and hospitals. In addition, documentation of correct procedures by the operating team will lead to fewer lawsuits and lowered insurance premiums for doctors and medical centers, resulting in lower delivery costs and improved patient care."
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ is in for you
IMJX will be announcing sales and distribution partnerships with companies already selling medical products to hospitals and operating rooms, which are looking for new products to distribute, in the U.S. and internationally.
ImageXpres is working closely with a number of medical surgical supply organizations in order to reach thousands of hospitals in a timely manner. The U.S. market is estimated at over $25 million annually, based upon the number of surgical operating suites, and could reach over $100 million annually by 2012.
This is what John called the game changer in the interview.
more nice exposure

thats conservative
yeah ,I was thinking that but I tried to stay conserative
awesome find Sottt
same here. thanks
I was trying to make it alittle easier for potential investors to make decisions because alot of people won't take the time to listen. But anyways thanks for your response.
fair enough,thanks
Is there any way of getting a transcript of Johns interview. That needs to be dissected and put on the site for all potential investors to digest. If John is held to all of his statements we will all be very happy. Maybe not overnight but in a year or so.
John said
Their goal is to have 100,000 users of the digital checklist.I do not know what their pricing will be but let's say it is $1000 per unit. That comes to $100000000
yeah i'm afraid there will be a big dump after this runs up alitte bit after the next pr. I think he lost some shareholder confidence.Shareholder updates are not fluff.Supposed communication to one or two shareholders with instructions to I hub board members is fluff. He lost all that momentum that was built.
a wise ceo would at least give us a public update as to why the marketing blitz did not happen when he said it would. keep us informed that is what I am trying to say. I understand he is trying to build a business but it is with our money which he is doing so.
I'm not selling yet but this CEO is a joke
Billy Ray and Winthorpe, what a hoot I love it.
klop that does not sound very encouraging
Higlights from Ceo interview.
Positioned for high sales and revenue growth in all three segments of the business.Hiring software developers and sales people. They will be doing a full sales and marketing blitz with alot of news coming forth. They plan to uplist to the otc board and become fully reporting by 2010.The surgical checklist is only the first product in a series of new medical products that will be put out. They want to reach hundreds of thousands of heathcare providers for their medical imaging products.$$$$$$$$$$.Anticipates very strong sales and revenue growth in the interactive kiosk arena alone. They are cash positive and very bullish on future earnings quarter after guarter.2010 will be a gamechanger for the company. He anticipates he will have very happy shareholders. The Ceo believes the company is very undervalued.High revenue growth for the next 12 months.NO plans for a reverse split. He welcomes shareholder feedback.
Gotta go to work.Have a great night everyone!
This is just the beginning,we need exposure. We should start hitting other boards also.
yes a share buyback pr would be huge.I really like the potential of this particular product though.Hopefully we get some pr's telling us of some big purchase orders.
Does anybody know why the last PR released prior to the last two were one year ago? Any recent financials?
Hospitals and surgical centers have to obey the joint commission otherwise they will be stripped of their accreditation.Fines will be levied also.So if done right and if this turns out to be a good product, we will all be happy.

read the 4th bullet up from the bottom.
pacs or picture archiving and communication service. This is what is used instead of film for medical imaging. The hospitals want to be more efficient. This should work well with Obamas healthcare plan.
Because hospitals are going paperless.Cost and time savings.Thats why we don't use film anymore to do x-rays,ultrasound, cat scans or any other type of medical imaging
http://www.paho.org/English/DD/PIN/ptoday05_jul08.htm
just hold on everybody this will be big
anyone know the share structure
does anyone understand the potential of this safety checklist.I use them everday in paper form.these are being pushed by all governing bodies. This has huge potential
wasn't me but I think I know who
I think this thing lost all momentum. When a pr comes out it might not do as much as people expect.Hate to be a downer. Remember the stem cell stocks after the announcment that obama made. They went up one day that was it.
