Email sent to inform someone on What the large Scope maybe.
This is all you need to read in order to see the magnitude of how big!!!
Date:

The global metals and mining industry has expanded 118% since the year 2001,
largely due to the rapid growth of the emerging economies in Asia-Pacific. In
2005, the global metals and mining industry generated total revenues of $1.3
trillion, with coal mining the second largest sector after steel.
The Market in China
China has approximately 300,000 working mines and the Chinese mining industry
grew by 26.7% in 2005, reaching a value of $352.1 billion. China has over 25,000
coal mines and produces 35% of the world's coal.
Such fast growth, however, has come at a steep price. Over 6,000 people died in
accidents last year, making the Chinese mining industry the world's deadliest.
Recently, government officials have pledged safety reforms. In August 2006, In
August 2006, the Chinese State Administration of Work Safety (SAWS) announced
that it will spend $60 billion on safety initiatives over the next five years.
Matt......60 billion in the next five years. IPKL'S Systems will be
equivalent to the mining industry, as Cisco routers are to the internet. The only difference
is, that you are in from the beginning if you so choose. Now just imagine,
these numbers are only China. Once the ball starts rolling, World Wide is not
far behind.. Talk with you more about it later.
Alright!! who just filled 18 million @ 0009. Lucky %$#%#%##%^&&$%
Misterbet...it will feel like it is at the worse possible point, before we move. It's how they get the best bang for there buck.
IPKL is a perfect example of games they play. We are not far off.
The looks of LII, they don't want anybody to touch with a ten foot pole. The more harsh we look, the more I know we are that much closer. So many indicators of what is slowly coming together. Until we move, LII will look suspect. Funny how they operate.
because they want to scare many into selling
I'm ready too. Come on nicr...
By the way BANY is looking real good today..LOL
Whats up with bid on LII?
Yes Americano.. We also have elected a new board president.

Most ridiculous clip I've read yet from LapTop. Doesn't everybody on this board realize that we are working toward this goal. That sometimes a company has to crawl before it walks. And one more thing. .0010 is not exactly setting the world on fire. If you want your cake and eat it too, its a good thing you have moved on. Can't wait for our day, to prove what foresight can do for an investor trying to make a buck.
From Laptop.
Post some real numbers LIKE SAlES NUMBERS ? or ok if the stock has no vaule say just that it has no current vaule.
People are investing earned cash here and do not need to be misled by any bad agenda !
Post earnings links or say so if none .
not some hype.
OT::::::::::::::::::::::::Dave Me seen yous called. Whats up??????????????????????????????????????
Dave...couldn't have said it any better. I knew I liked you from the get go. Enjoy the rest of the weekend.
Pumpers??? Facts my friend...only facts. One day you'll see what we all have been saying. This will perhaps, go down as the same type of lesson for you, that I learned in the 90's with my failure to realize the full potential of CSCO. Look forward to hearing your input, as we move along into the future. Good luck
TD2A.. Good luck on your IPKL's position, and better luck fighting the X-mas rush. I'm pulling for you all the way.
After all, this is one of the main reasons for China JV. I don't think many would be here, if it had not been for the decision of China Central Government to dedicate such a large amount of money for mining safety. It's all a part of the master plan. I'm sure you would have been one of the persons, telling me to dump Cisco Systems in the mid 90's too. Not to say IPKL is a CSCO, but what there niche is, gives them a large piece of the pie. On a reduced scale, IPKL is basically the future CSCO for mining safety technology. The market is obviously not what Cisco faced in the early 90's, but for an emerging technology in an untapped market, with Billions in the scheme of things, it's as close as they come when you figure we are trading at .0010. In 1992, My shares of CSCO, were in the few dollars range all ready. 2for1 after 2for1, is why the position that I held would have been worth so much in 2000, or even now. IPKL is 100% at the beginning stages. IPKL hasn't even cracked from it's shell yet. That is why I, along with many others, are here. Nothing more, Nothing less.
How is it mis leading. Go to yahoo finance, and look at the september 18th PR. That is fairly simple.
It's called taking a position. Average down in times like now, because if it were not for the money they need to raise for legals/translation/start of manufacture/etc..... the list goes on, you would be buying the same shares for .02. Foresight is part of the game if you haven't forgotten. We all know, that word could be any day, and IPKL is far closer to revs than is known. extensive dd, and keeping informed with all that know the real deal, is what marks the winners from the losers in a case like this. If all you are concerned with, is the obvious, you'll never make it past square one.
Because Howard has been around the block more times than years you've been alive, and he knows a good thing when he see's it. And he can look beyond your only attack of "they keep diluting" Soon we will all be laughing at you posts that are pure non-sense..LOLOLOLOL

'Howardhaftel' Tks for your reply > Yes very high risk like any stock under $5 , That's why I try to ask if anyone has asked the CEO his game plan ??? some are smart enough to realize that if the dilute the company when the PPS is this low that they end up just a "paper shredder " like that other stock I see your in "IPKL" ??? Please share what is your "agenda" with that stock ?( is this another like that ?) do you think ? they plan on flooding the public with worthless stock and now the PPs well drop to its true value of perhaps .0003 (IPKL ) or so I expect with the same posters pumping and pumping the stock as if it was a "Good Investment".
Now if a CEO wants the Stock to gain in value and I note this company has kept the float low they well let the PPS grow with the value of the company over time. Now if they start dilution then they are just selling stock not a company product.
What I am getting from your message is that is what you expect ? Perhaps I am wrong ?.
If the agenda of the company is to flood the market with stock I well sell out as fast as I can.
As far as I am concerned if a company has no value they do not belong because then the proudct is stock and stock alone.
LapT.
My position In 1992, was 1400 shares. This is a long term picture of what a small position can turn into. In 2000, 1400 shares was 25 million @ peak. 2006, it would still be 7-8 million. Never make the same mistake twice. Main ingredient missing, is a move to a higher exchange, which will happen as rev's flow.
I was a flipper. Very dumb. Hind sight 20/20
http://money.cnn.com/quote/quote.html?pg=qu&sid=6458&symb=CSCO&time=all&uf=1024
I'm looking at the float.
6 months ago, I was in XKEM
Float was 400 million more than IPKL
Was in for run .01 to .1150.
Whats your point.
IPKL has 3 times the future of XKEM
Short/mid/long.
iPackets Sees Continued Growth in China in Light of the Chinese Government's Decision to Spend $60 Billion on Safety Over the Next Five Years
Monday September 18, 9:45 am ET
VANCOUVER, BC--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 18, 2006 -- iPackets International, Inc. ("iPackets") (Other OTC:IPKL.PK - News), a developer and provider of wireless communications solutions for the global mine-safety industry, announced today that the recent announcement by the central Chinese government to spend $60 billion over the next five years on safety will have a direct impact on iPackets' continued efforts in the mine-safety industry in China.
According to State Administration of Work Safety (SAWS) official, "the money will be spent in nine areas, ranging from coal mine accident prevention, checking for potential accidents, technological innovations and rescue efforts to enforcement of regulations and laws as well personnel training." During its August 31, 2006 meeting, SAWS laid the foundation for underground miner tracking system standards. The standards can be viewed on SAWS' web site www.chinasafety.gov.cn (Chinese language only).
Recently the province of Shanxi, the largest coal mining province in China, passed a regulation that requires all coal mines in the province must install an underground miner monitoring and communication system. This is similar to the U.S. MINER Act of 2006 that was signed into law by President George Bush in June 2006.
iPackets president and CEO commented: "The global mining industry is enjoying a rapid growth and mining operations are under pressure to enhance mine-safety measures. The recent announcement of the Chinese central government to increase its spending on safety measures will provide state-owned mines with the required funding to acquire mine-safety solutions, such as our iPMine system. With respect to the Shanxi province recent mine-safety mandate, iPackets has recognized the importance of the coal mining industry in Shanxi and in May 2006 successfully demonstrated its iPMine system to the 7th largest coal mining operation in China, based in Shanxi. These two announcements will have a significant impact on our growth and quest of being the premium two-way wireless mine-safety solution servicing the mine-safety industry globally."
About the Mining and Mine Safety Industries in China
China comprises more than 280,000 mining enterprises, of which 80,000 are state-owned. There are over 25,000 state-owned coal mines in China, of which over 700 are classified as large mines. Mine safety has been a major issue in the Chinese mining industry, with more than 6,000 miners killed in mining-related accidents in China last year; independent estimates say the real figure could be as high as 20,000. According to Chinese government statistics, more than 12.2 million people were employed as miners in 2005, and approximately 7.0 million of these were coal miners.
Laptop. It is obvious what they had to do. Thats all you can say.
All you want any way is a quick flip, so if by them doing what they had to do for JV, keeps flippers like you a way, I guess it was well worth it. When this runs, I'll be sure to get the last laugh.
This is for all that had any questions as to why they had to increase a/s. Well.... sure that is something that not everybody enjoys. For those that want to understand the detail behind the story, a little more. When quad tech fell through, in the end, the cash that would have basically replaced any recent dilution, the much bigger picture is summed up in this little tidbid I found. If you ask me, in the end, Naiel Kanno had more vision
than any of us had imagined. The direction Mr Kanno and crew decided to move toward, is looking to be the best change that could have ever taken place.
The Agreement was terminated because QuadTech did not fulfill its financial obligations as set out in the Agreement. The termination of the Agreement will also enable iPackets to manage its sales and marketing efforts in China more efficiently and effectively in line with the manufacturing processes being established.
"The key to our success is to control all elements of our business which include technology, manufacturing, sales and marketing, and support," said Naiel Kanno, president and CEO of iPackets. "As a result, we expect an increased shareholder value through direct revenue recognition and enhanced profit margins."
I want everybody to please pay attention to the last word in this statement.
We have some new people joining in the next several weeks...Don't mind me if I decide to through in a past PR every now and again.
iPackets Introduces an Updated Version of Its Advanced iPMine-M8 810A Tracking Device With the ARM7 System-on-Chip
Wednesday September 20, 9:45 am ET
VANCOUVER, BC--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 20, 2006 -- iPackets International, Inc. ("iPackets") (Other OTC:IPKL.PK - News), a developer and provider of wireless communications solutions for the global mine-safety industry, announced today that it has introduced an updated version of its Advanced iPMine-M8 810A tracking device with the ARM7 system-on-chip.
On July 11, 2006, iPackets announced the introduction of a new compact tracking device, iPMine-M8 810C, based on the ARM7 system-on-chip. iPackets has successfully implemented and tested the same ARM7 technology on its Advanced iPMine-M8 810A model.
The new Advanced iPMine-M8 810A tracking device with the ARM7 system-on-chip will have a faster response time and is lighter than the previous model, which was based on a PCMCI Wi-Fi card. In addition, iPackets will be able to reduce the overall size of the new Advanced iPMine-M8 810A enclosure which will make it smaller and further reduces its weight. iPackets is planning on demonstrating the new Advanced iPMine-M8 810A tracking device in an upcoming trip to China in the coming weeks.
"The new Advanced iPMine-M8 810A tracking and communication device can now benefit from the features our Compact iPMine-M8 810C models enjoy, as they can utilize the power available in an ARM7 processor," said Kouros Goodarzi, Vice President of Engineering of iPackets. Mr. Goodarzi also added that "smaller form factor and weight, reduced manufacturing cost, and uniform design and development platform will be added values to our customers."
"The ARM7 family of processors are designed and optimized for mobile and embedded devices. We can also take advantage of the ARM7 processor variations targeted for wireless devices and mobile multimedia portals," said Ara Bedrossian, chief technology officer of iPackets. "These are the features that are planned in our product roadmap and we strongly believe that the ARM family of processors will be the best fit for us to achieve our product goals."
