Average down in times like now, because if it were not for the money they need to raise for legals/translation/start of manufacture/etc..... the list goes on, you would be buying the same shares for .02. Foresight is part of the game if you haven't forgotten. We all know, that word could be any day, and IPKL is far closer to revs than is known. extensive dd, and keeping informed with all that know the real deal, is what marks the winners from the losers in a case like this. If all you are concerned with, is the obvious, you'll never make it past square one.
