This is for all that had any questions as to why they had to increase a/s. Well.... sure that is something that not everybody enjoys. For those that want to understand the detail behind the story, a little more. When quad tech fell through, in the end, the cash that would have basically replaced any recent dilution, the much bigger picture is summed up in this little tidbid I found. If you ask me, in the end, Naiel Kanno had more vision
than any of us had imagined. The direction Mr Kanno and crew decided to move toward, is looking to be the best change that could have ever taken place.

The Agreement was terminated because QuadTech did not fulfill its financial obligations as set out in the Agreement. The termination of the Agreement will also enable iPackets to manage its sales and marketing efforts in China more efficiently and effectively in line with the manufacturing processes being established.

"The key to our success is to control all elements of our business which include technology, manufacturing, sales and marketing, and support," said Naiel Kanno, president and CEO of iPackets. "As a result, we expect an increased shareholder value through direct revenue recognition and enhanced profit margins."
