When it happens, it’s going to fly like a ball that was smacked with a FEEL driver..
We are just waiting for the 10Q. We should see lots of things happening soon, the XM Radio commercials should start airing soon. The revs should better with the increased sales of the old wedge design. The new distributor (RF Sheppard) should be getting the FEEL logo on their website soon. As for the acquisitions, I could see them picking up another club mfg, due to the fact they mentioned technology, but that could also mean a ball maker, both use lots of technology. The other, it might make sense for them to pickup someone that prints/makes golf related gear (shirts, hats, bags, and umbrellas) which could provide some benefit in advertising.
There is a big difference between 10Q and 10K. Here is a brief explanation if you didn't know.
10Q - Is a company's quarterly report. As a general rule, the 10Q is less detailed than the annual report. Companies are required to file their 10Q within 35 days of the end of their quarter. The financial statements that are included in a quarterly report are generally unaudited.
10K - The annual report is filed yearly. This is an extremely in-depth document that contains everything that you ever wanted to know about the company. (Executive compensation, Audited financial statements, Organization structure, Etc.)
I've been accumulating the past few days. I will pick up more today.
Doc... Sam does care about it very much, along with their share holders. With that said, the PPS will get where it belongs, once a plan is developed and implemented.
G.M Doc...I am going to be there with you, buying more IFXY.
Doc... I know that Sam is not happy about the current PPS level. He has been looking at potential solutions to correct this issue and get the share price of IFXY where it belongs. The company is performing and financials will prove that. Its only a matter of time before the PPS follows.
Yea.. Someone may have sold it, but someone re-bought it. That is an important thing.
The funny thing is that those very small low PPS sells can cause this much of a problem. Most times it recovers very quickly. I did not expect it to happen again today, but it did. IFXY has too many things going for it. The longs will be rewarded in the end. Accumulating and holding patiently…
I've been accumulating shares over the past few day, no worries here about the future of IFXY. I am drafting a few ideas of my own to hopefully halt or reduce this blatant manipulation. My intention, as a group we can get something done.
That was a decent buy... I picked up a few shares today, but that .0068 must be pretty deep. It has not moved.
Doc.. Any idea of who was the buyer of 1,609,330 shares at .007?
I wish I had the cash, I'd buy them out.....
I wonder if it slipped the other day....not sure. We've provided feedback to I/R that anything other than MarketWire don't normally get looked at.

Feel Golf Helps Golfers Get Their Groove Back
Feel Golf Co., Inc Common Stock (OTCBB:FEEL)
Intraday Stock Chart
Today : Thursday 4 November 2010
Feel Golf (OTCBB: FEEL) is focusing development on ways to give golfers back the spin and control they will lose when playing under the new USGA and R&A groove standards, effective for the professional Tours in January 2010.
Significant improvements are under development for the "Lee Miller Signature" wedge line -- first launched in 2010 to conform to the new groove rules. Changes for their new upcoming late 2011/2012 line of wedges and irons include new advanced materials and production processes.
"Our R&D team is busy designing wedges and irons using a new hybrid NASA type alloy that should improve spin and the ball-to-face friction," says Feel Golf Company CEO Lee Miller. "This will really complement our 'Micro Milled Face Lines,' which we first released on the 'Signature' wedge series this year. The micro-milled lines cover the entire wedge and iron face and should enable an increase in spin control, ball to face friction and still conform."
When watching Tour players on TV, the new groove rules don't seem to impede their ability to spin the ball as much as anticipated; after all, they are the world's best. However, for the average weekend golfer, the new grooves apparently have a negative effect according to customer feedback, being it actual or psychological, it's still negative.
Feel Golf's new wedges and irons will use proprietary advances to the company's highly-regarded pressure forged casting manufacturing processes. The combination of new materials, new production processes and advanced micro-milling techniques promises to make late 2011 and 2012's line an outstanding addition to the serious golfer's game.

Yep. I believe, river was going to contact them to get details of why this was done.
Nicely said and well put. Long and strong here too!
Spartan Strong!!! How strong are we????????
yep a trait that they have is to sell into news. If they only knew what they had.
CC.... I agree 100%. I picked up more shares today...just accumulating and holding more IFXY. Each time I buy it increases my avg some, but not enough to worry about. We WILL have our day.
I agree. It will happen. It just needs a little time to grow and flourish.. When the love from the institutional buyers arrive, it will make all of us very happy.
Very nice work….
Doc... The institutional buying may be coming, could be right around the corner...IMO
CC... That could be a factor that I did not consider. At this point it will be speculative at best. Whatever the intent was to shake more shares out or someone’s mistake, we'll never know. I hope one of our longs got those shares, because I just missed them.
MX.. I believe the answer to the first part of your question is YES. The O/S including the restricted shares should be included the calculation.
However, I am not a finance guy, so if someone else would like to chime in..it would be appreciated.
I don't know, but they may not sleep or feel well for a very long time.. LOL
That could have been a fat finger trade. They could have wanted to sell at .0091, but hit the .0061 instead. They must FEEL like crap right now.. LOL.
Dolphin.. It is my belief that they made the move to a traded company way too soon. They did not have the right things in place in order to sustain it.
With that said, we are here at this point now. They have a very good product that is reasonably priced. They are targeting the small to mid size fleet owner/operators. They have inventory ready to cover orders they are receiving. If they get even 1% of the EOBR market, that alone equals + $100M in revenue.
I am sorry that you lost money, but hope that you will at least consider averaging down and recoup some on the ride back up once the revs start hitting.
Welcome to the TEAM... Look forward to having you around for a while.
Nice…. That is a very cool field to be in. The demand for your abilities will grow more and more as technology evolves more and more.
I use Google to search to news wires and feeds, but it has slowed down a bit. I used to get notification within minutes of the news hitting, but now it has a delay of about 18-20 hours which sucks.
That was a good one about Tiger, liked that... LOL.
BTW.. How did you pick it up?
TIA.
It did not even hit the news feed for our IHUB board. It just further proves news feeds from M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX are worthless.
If it wasn’t posted, I would have never known about it…
I wonder why they did not use market wire. The news did appear in any of my trade accounts?
BC... I wonder if that was a fat finger mistake, hit the 6 instead of the 9.. If it was it cost them dearly.
EDIT.
More games....
"Nice ask slaps here" is an understatement... How about getting hammered... LOL
GM...BC.. I think today is going to be the day, we burst the .01. I would be nice to get IFXY where it rightly belongs somewhere between .25 and $1.00 would be a real nice start.
I can't help myself either... The price is way too attractive right now.
During the time the ASK was in decent to .007. I released an order for 400,000 shares. I did not get one share. You must have hit it just before me.
