Hey centpennie, I am in as well now. Does anyone have the
phone number for the CEO? TIA
Hey mars,
What a great song for a day like today....money, money, money.
Perfect. Now I am going to kick back with a 10 year old scotch
on the rocks and listen to it again.
Wes...absolutely right about that. I parked some more here
yesterday from our friends over at INXR and today I was going
to put in some more but the price took off. Looking good for
the launch...you must be up to 14-15M by now like you really
need to make more money. Trying to set a record in 2007?
Magoohi,
Profit takers from .0003-.0005. I was one of them from .0012-
.0010. I am interested in the product though and will likely
take the 30 day trial offer and see how I like it. If I do I
will be back into INXR. GLTA-I think you have something here.
Hi folks-
Just bought my first shares of MCCY this morning @.20 and looking forward to the growth story here.
Fedfunz,
Great post, that is very good news to hear. "Wildfire across
a dry, hot plain" sounds like the trading world will be lining
up to get on board with SPZI. I am looking for that first 1,000 traders to bring us to profitability. Maybe by October
or sooner.
Yes Gunther told me about his backround and wanted to know mine as well before we discussed the company. I liked that
approach. Having a pink lawyer in the family should be an
asset I would think.
Darn I missed the sunday evening get together at pal-talk due
to a prior engagement which I couldn't put off so I am not up
to speed at all on many aspects of the companies business plan,
projections, etc for 2007-2008. So I am at a disadvantage here
and am trying to catch up on DD. Have read all the posts on the message board and now looking to flesh out the gaps.
Stocrates, thanks,
Besides the R/M deal I was hoping to find out about the present
financial condition of GSI. Do they have any cash flow yet?
Do they need to sell stock to finance operations? Projections
for 2007 and then whatever else happens to come up ie. number
of employees, expansion plans. I already know enough to have
an initial position with the company but looking to possibly
add more and make this a long term play. I will let you know
what I can dig up.
I think you have to consider the source here dtstx. Most of
jungles posts are negative having to do with "scams" and other
perceived errors by fellow investors. I won't be responding to
him in the future and I am just going to do what I have been
doing and share information back and forth. If he wants to stick his head in the sand and just wait for PR's let him. I
want to find out everything I can before during and after the
PR's. My old class moto was "knowledge is power" and in our
own small way we are a mini-wallstreet here digging for whatever we can discover. When I was in lawschool it was called "discovery" and it makes or breaks cases and it can make
us alot of money if we find a real company in the making.
I am not ready yet to load the boat on GSI because I don't have
enough information but so far it sounds good and I am selectively buying based on what I do know. Over the coming
weeks I will know more about the company from shared information and I may get to the point where I decide this is
the next GMO or the next Yamana Gold or the next Aurelian
Resources and so on. I certainly did not go off PR's but
rather by making calls talking to top management and even
secretaries or whoever I could get into a conversation.
At this stage GSI still has alot of unknowns as far as I am
concerned but I think we are on the right track to discovery.
Done. Good evening then.
Don't misunderstand. I am not communicating for GSI in any way or form. Just had some information in the past to share
and based on a few responses received like yours, I will be
reluctant to get involved again like that. I will talk to the
company for my own DD. Some people appreciated it and others
didn't. I would if it were me. I certainly am not going to
let investwise completely steer my investments and I wanted
verifications and more information on GSI than I had seen.
PR's are great to have but so is good DD. So you can call
them yourself then and I will simply PM those who are interested...certainly don't want to stress you out jungle
trader.
Investwise,
Yes, "giants at their flanks" is excellent to know and it really surprises me that a small company like GSI has these
types of releationships already in place. Now they just need
a handful of $100M+ contracts in place and we are definitely
good to go.
Also you can check out the Stephens Investment Bank at www.
stephens.com. Quite impressive and I can see what Sally was
talking about now as to the importance of having them backing
GSI.
Investwise,
Thanks for the replies on Stephens. They are going to be an
important player in providing financing for GSI according to
Sally Engle. She thought in the beginning of our conversation
that Stephens had referred me to GSI as I guess that do that from time to time. There are also 3 as yet unnamed banks-hedge
funds who are also going to supply capital as needed. Sounds
to me like GSI has the funding totally covered here.
Sally said that Stephens has been instrumental in setting the
company up with the right connections as far as securitization
of their contracts goes for the past 2 years.
I meant the Silar Group.
Investwise-
Do you know anything about the Stevens co. in Littlerock,Ark?
Apparently, according to Sally Engle they are the largest private equities firm west of the Mississippi River or at least
I think that was what she said in passing. It sounds like they
are larger than Silmar.
Exactly Imerial-
"Don't pitch a tent" at INXR is also my belief and my stay there will be very short like 7/16 or sooner I think. Was a
good place to make some bucks while I am waiting on SPZI to
develope into the stock it was when I bought it. I can see
being in spooz well into 2008 or perhaps longer.
I do not trade enough to subscribe to spooz nor do I think I
could learn how to use its features. More power to you guys
and gals that can....good for you. It sounds like it will be
a great tool in your bag to have. I hope just 2% of the targeted market SPZI has its sights on can see it the way you
do. 200,000 spooz subcribers would really make my year in 2008. Best to you imperial.
Allie and all-
Just got off the phone with the T/A and took about 20seconds
for him to give me the latest share numbers on SPZI. You
just have to love the transparency that is available to us
from the spooz management:
Authorized: 1,475,000,000
Outstanding: 1,384,740,503
It looks like the 504 is at an end here thankfully.
Lucky you kairos...I never thought .0026 would still be in play at this date in time and it won't be for much longer once
SPZI launches.
Right that 504 deal was a real downer for the stock but it was
necessary to get us to this point. So your timing was good
and mine was just lucky as I did not find out about SPZI until
a few months ago or most likely I would have bought in earlier
than I did. I look at INXR as a short term play for me and
SPZI as a long term investment with the brokers they have lined
up for the launch. GLTU
Booger-I agree some profits will find their way to SPZI from
INXR. Say what you will about INXR but I am up 180% as of
today on an investment made on 7/2. Now it's SPZI's turn
to show us some serious green and I think that will happen
shortly. GLTA
Right stocrates-I will be finding out all I can about it as
this is absolutely key to us.
Jersey-OK got it.
I also intend to ask the following:
1. Status on the R/M?
2. How many $ does the other company need to complete the R/M?
3. What can be told about the Stevens co. in Littlerock, Ark?
4. Who are the other 3 providers of financing?
5. Does the company need to sell stock to finance operations
in the next 6 mos? If so how will it be done?
6. How many contracts with medical groups do they currently
have? $value?
7. Revenue projections for 2007? 2008?
So far, let me know of any others anyone has and I will try
and get the information.
Sure leighoh1. I am going to call Gunther tomorrow with some
questions at his invitation. What questions does the board
have for me to ask?
Picked up some more at .05 on the bid to average down a bit here.
specbidder-
It was at that point in the conversation when Gunther was
running late for his meeting and so I wasn't able to get any
more information on the R/M but will try to find out more in
the next 2 days.
Also a couple of other things. Sally stressed that Medicredit
had been in business for many years and to date they have not
lost any money on any A/R account they have financed. She said
they were looking for a source of funding and GSI provided it.
She also said that the Stevens company in Little Rock was the one which led them to Fitch as well as Moody to learn how to
securitize their loans so banks would accept them. It was a
process which took 2 years.
I also found it interesting that they were willing to fund
rennovations and new construction from the medical community
if they would pledge their A/R as hard asset backed loans.
OK-this is what I found:
They have 2 offices, the one in which Sally Engle works is located in the Chicago, Ill. area: Tel. 847-679-2290 and
Gunther Slaton works out of the Princeton, NJ office.
Sally was saying that rising medical costs have caused medicare
and private insurance companies to slow down the payment process to health care providers. In many cases it is now taking 90-120 days to receive payments and this has caused alot
of interest in the medical community for their services. You
know about the 250 bed hospital with a accounts receivable of
$250M they are working on and they have another with an MRI
Lab worth 17M. The Medicredit joint venture is going to be huge for them as they have accounts receivable in the hundreds
of millions of dollars they are going to start financing. She
also stated that they are working with medical practices and
hospitals that are wanting to finance their expansion plans,
rennovations and new construction with their A/R and they are
looking at these deals as well.
There is only one other company that they know of in the U.S.
which is in competition with them. As you know and Sally said
again, their booking cycle on new business is from 3-6 months
leadtime and most of that comes from referrals from other clients. That is one reason why the Medicredit deal will be
good for them. It brings referrals now.
From Gunther Slaton in New Jersey this: They have 4 other
sources for funding besides Silmar Capital who has the right of
first refusual on all new business deals. These are banks and
hedge funds. One of these is the Stevens company a large private equities firm located in Little Rock, Ark. Between
these 5 sources of funds they can handle all the new business
which comes their way.
He went on to say if they can capture a fraction of 1% of the
market it would be billions in A/R's.
In regards to the R/M as you know, all of the paperwork on their end as been submitted to the other companies attorneys
for review. As far as he knew, the only issue was that the
other company needed to come up with some cash to finalize the
deal and they were working on it. I only got to talk to Gunther for about 15-20 minutes as he was late to a meeting
but I found him very professional and quite interested in
talking to shareholders. He went over his backround and it
sounds like he has alot of experience in handling large dollar
sales with Kraft-jello ($400M year). He has an undergraduate
engineering degree and attended graduate school at Harvard.
Probably why he still lives in Princton, NJ. He specifically
said that I could call him with any questions I had in the
future and I did have some but we ran out of time...will get
back to him this week.
Nice gain in the price today and it looks that my first buy @
6c was just a little high but I am confident this is a growing
company which will do well in the future and I intend to keep
adding shares as we go along here. GLTA
Hi jerseyboy and pennypusher-
What aspects of the business plan did you discuss?
Hi investwise-
Can you please re-cap for the board what was discussed at last
nites session on Paltalk? I made 2 phone calls to the company
today and talked with Sally Engle and then Gunther Slaton and
wanted to see what would be new news to bring forward. Thanks.
Had some funds clear today and bot in at .06 as I have been
watching from the sidelines for the past week. An expensive
lesson to have money available for finds like this. Will
also be buying more tomorrow. I think the news on this is just
starting to get out. Westeffer thinks it will go to .10c soon
and I think he has a good point. GLTA
Lurker-
Scottrade allows larger orders than 999K. I just bot 2.5M
INXR minutes ago with one trade. GLTU
verylong-
Thanks for your note. I have been thinking about it and perhaps I can do better than 60% here on the launch. I will
raise my target to .0010 for a 100% gainer but if there is
weakness then I will look for .0008 and be happy with that.
I will be buying more stock in the coming 2 weeks thats for
sure and with that I will sit for a couple of months and see
how this goes. If INXR has a lower O/S count I will be encouraged and if they can line up some brokers great. Either
way, I think at this level the reward is greater than the risk.
Best of luck to you, I know you will make some money here.
zebra-
That is really a great post and not so funny but apparently
true to the mark. I will wait just a little more to see what
happens but all of the events described on this board including
2C's lack of support is probably the end of the game for me.
It was a nice dream back to the May 16th PR but it appears that
has fizzled and with no production news this story has become
a real mystery....the BOD doesn't pump it and they don't support it either...go figure.
dcjr-
Know what you mean a big disappointment here. I have sold
90% of my shares over the past 3 weeks and will hold the
balance for another week to wait and see. I hold almost zero
hope that we will see .55 a share. So my $36K profit has
dwindled down to $1.2K but I will take that and it will be a
very long time before I invest in a Russian company again.
As it stands now, we have zero communication with the company
and who knows whats really happening over there. What a shame
it worked out like this but at least I didn't have a loss on
this investment.
Cash-
I am not counting INXR out at all in fact I will likely double
my position prior to the launch as I think there is upside here
to this investment. Several people are invested in both INXR
and SPZI so I don't think that is too unusual as it seems they
are going after different customers anyway.
The difference for me is that I would not be a Spooz subscriber
as it costs to much and I don't trade enough but I would like
L2's and real time news on a screen so if the trial works out
I would likely continue with it.
Right the L-2's are why I am interested in this INXR investment
and since I didn't buy-in until after 6-18 it looks like the
best I can do is a free 30 day trial which I will take and see
how it goes.
Verylong-
Thanks for your input on the valuation of INXR. For my investment of 5M shares in the company I am using different
parameters. I am thinking the share count is about 7B and
that the market cap will go to about $5.6M on launch giving
a target price of .0008. I think it will be depressed because
the company will continue to issue more 504 shares in the months ahead to fund their operations. I will be happy with
+60% on my investment.
Your EPS estimates assume a $3M profitability and perhaps the
company could achieve that in time but even if they did do this
in 2007 we would not see results until Feb.-March 2008. To say
this company will achieve $10M in revenues in 2007 on an untried product without any brokers lined up is stretching it in my opinion. Perhaps they will get $10M in 2008 and I will be watching this stock closely as a trading vehicle in the
months ahead and taking advantage of any weakness to trade.
GLTA INXR'ers.
Allie-put me down for the WAG on July 12th...hopefully sooner- we shall see how this all works out.
