Beautiful set up for that news catalyst to drop tomorrow. The chart itself shows some nice signal changes, too, all on its own.
In any way you try to calculate it, this company is far undervalued. Even if they were only making $10,000 per tower, there revenue projections would be over $900,000 in whatever time frame they are expected to finish (if we assume that they would keep to the pace of the completion of 30 towers by the end of the year, we can expect it done within 3 quarters). This INSANELY conservative revenue estimation, would put them at making annual revenue projections of $1.2M per year. Which is twice the current market capitalization! So what is the current multiple on companies like this? My point being: EVEN IF THEY ONLY MADE $10K IN REVENUE PER TOWER, YOU COULD STAND TO GAIN 1000% BACK ON YOUR INVESTMENT (given the current share structure).
Now, other estimations of possible revenue projections averaging 10 towers a month, only with the current contracts, for the next 9 months (with respect to current market cap):
$100k per tower: $9,000,000 (1500% x current market cap)
$250k per tower: $22,500,000 (3750% x current market cap)
Keep in mind, this DOES NOT INCLUDE THE STRIPES contract they also have. I realize, some of these projections are beginning to get outlandish, but any way you look at this one brings incredible returns on your investment.
I am digging in.
Tomorrow looks to be a nice run. I would expect the volume to slow even more, as PPS increases in anticipation of revenue projections and announcement of tier 1 carrier name.
A/D still in line with that turnaround we thought we were seeing on Friday.
That was a nasty Form-T dump to top it all off. I really think this was mainly a huge bailout of retail investors, still. If we get news, this is going to jump. I am hoping for soon, though. This is getting rather old.
11's on deck. I wish everybody luck!
Contracts for building 90 towers will do that! Tier 1 carrier still veiled, but my bet is still on AT&T and there ideas for an $11-12B network upgrade. This should be breaking all new records soon. Potential valuation for those towers (estimation based on AT&T's recent sale of used towers for approx. $500k each), may be upwards of $45M! We still don't know what the value of these towers are, but I think we shall know soon. IMO
11's almost up!
For some reason my computer isn't taking screenshots the way it is supposed to. But the l2's are great still, mostly accumulation still. You don't have to take my word for it, though. You can still check trade listings here:
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=trades&symbol=NO%5ELATF
This will give you your current A/D for the day. Not sure on refresh rate, though. Could be anywhere between 5-15 min.
Very good question. It looks like the only ones loading are MM's. A lot more selling today, but this stock hasn't had any recent news on progress or record date for the dividend. IMO people are getting bored and impatient as I am. lol
That was 2 small sales, actually. We still have a very nice a/d for the day.
READ THIS ARTICLE AND PAY ATTENTION TO WHERE IT IS
Much better article explaining AT&T's plans, in the Times of Indiana news (the area that AQUM got the contracts). AT&T will be investing $11-12B for their network upgrade!
http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/tech/tech-news/telecom/ATT-to-lease-9100-wireless-towers-sell-600/articleshow/24488571.cms
IMHO, buy and hold folks. This is the real deal, and I think we will only have more to come!
I still think they are building for AT&T. In this article, it says they are doing a massive network upgrade and are looking to sell/lease current towers:
http://www.droid-life.com/2013/09/17/att-looks-to-sell-off-10000-cell-towers-valued-around-5-billion/
This newer article says they just got 4.85B for the towers with Crown, and are will be leasing some back at a rate of $1900 a month:
http://www.dslreports.com/shownews/ATT-Sells-Towers-For-485-Billion-Leases-Them-Back-126290
This means they have a ton of liquid capital to commence with that massive network upgrade they were talking about. Seems like the timing is all together, if you look at the dates of the articles with AQUM's news line for the past month, alone. 4th Q is going to see immense revenues IMO.
Ouch undercut right after my order filled and dropped the ask. Silly MM's.
I guess I will take some of those 28's. Thank you very much. :)
Looks to be a good afternoon! Mostly accumulation today so far, and still pulling down the 10's.
We have some great accumulation going on the l2's!
Either that or investors are getting impatient, as well. Once everybody is out, that wants out, I think we will see a turnaround, IMO. Wouldn't be surprised to see a close of .0024.
This looks like some people are bailing out. Patience is key here. Good chances of a new PR about dividend date coming IMO.
Chase, your post confuses me. Morning all. looks like have a stall in activity. Nobody wants to sell at .0009 I guess. lol
Everything else there is, that is verifiable evidence far outweighs your menial arguments about addresses and how they might conduct business. LATF looks good. Please actually show accurate arguments that would actually point to this company being a scam.
Thanks for the summing everything up! That makes it look much easier.
They aren't a dispensary. You can check the existence of the companies at the California secretary of state business search, though.
Monica didn't say it was never there, she capitalized "not currently" there.
Valley Organics, Inc. can be found in the same search engine used to verify the existence of green cannabis collective.
The fraudulent filings- it was about the company's history and was fixed rather immediately. Ultimately a pointless mistake that had no great effect on their value, except for according to you.
The Green Smoke was another mistake they did not know about, and Xteno is what they are going to name the new one.
HESG- Maybe you should thoroughly read the latest filing/disclosure of this company, written by an outside law firm. His investigations confirmed the authenticity of filings and claims of this company. Unless maybe he's scamming too. I can't imagine a lawyer risking being disbarred over the small amount of money they have made.
EXMT, QOIL, SETY, MLCG - NONE OF THE PEOPLE HERE ARE LISTED AS OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS IN THESE COMPANIES.
UAMM - Keith Nguyen and Eric Brown left this company's board earlier this year, and were replaced by two others. Maybe they are in on this scam? Why would they want to take over the responsibility of a fraudulent company?
The main common denominator in many of these companies is the push for acquisitions of MMJ, just as many others are right now, in anticipation of taking a foothold as soon as legalization is passed. So far you still have only painted a picture of some of these guys being involved in a few different start up companies. I say, if they can work that hard, get the job done, and get the revenue stream that LATF has acquired, the congratulations. The main difference, as well, here, is that NONE of the other companies had the immense revenues that this company does.
Yet again, please slow down and actually read every word in the press releases and in the current information. If you only look for negative information, then you may misread things in hurried efforts to try and convince people this is a horrible company. Upon further investigation, most of your statements are extremely invalid. This seriously looks like an extremely valuable stock.
Yeah, that one is wrong. Monica made it clear that they weren't there. lol. So we have one incorrect address left, and that makes the whole thing a scam? I fail to see your logic.
Give the brook hollow thing a rest. I guess you haven't kept up with current address changes. They now have a hutton drive office number. And he said Valley Organics Inc, a MMJ Co-op. Organic Valley Co-op, completely different titles. Like I said before, though, they can have a collective without a storefront, and set everything to run from home and set virtual offices, while still being a profitable company. I know of many collectives here that never even go to the store, the dispensaries come to them. However, one main point:
MMJ Collectives and dispensaries are supposed to be non-profit. These are great for boosting revenues and growing your company, in anticipation of legalization. They do not claim to generate very large amounts of revenue from the MMJ subsidiaries, yet. They still state that the main source of income is the seafood importation, which you find bills of lading with the company name on it. Not a whole lot more you can do, aside from seeing them face to face.
I think you are still misunderstanding the roles of a collective vs a dispensary/delivery service. I wouldn't imagine they would have a store front. There's no point when they are supposed to be focused on providing product for dispensaries. If it were me, I would set up virtual office management and just run the collective from home, so I can claim that nice tax break. But I sure as hell wouldn't list my home address on the corporate page.
You first said that they didn't even exist. Now that we have found that they do, then they aren't a place of business. Collectives don't have to dispense their own products. They sell to dispensaries. Thus the edible product line. They could be growing it in a greenhouse on their own property if they are licensed as a collective, because they are then considered "Caregivers". If it isn't good enough for you, then that's fine. Get out of the way and let the other people invest in what still appears to be a sound company.
Now that we have proof of existence of all subsidiaries, we can see that they are not a scam, hopefully. And maybe LATF can now get the attention it deserves. As I said before, I will try and get into contact with them while I am there. For now though, they are looking great to me!
*If you try looking for mekonza in that business search , you won't find it. It is listed as Global Trading Group still.
PROOF OF LATF MARIJUANA COLLECTIVES
Use this search engine for businesses and you will find both Green Cannabis Inc, and Valley Organics, both open and still active.
http://kepler.sos.ca.gov/
For all the naysayers, claiming we have a couple of scam artists here. If this is a scam, its an extremely elaborate one. That one was foryour Marihuana sector JOG!
LATF can't fake this:
Some links to free import records. This is what I certainly don't think they can fake:
http://www.tradesparq.com/Customs/765098/Customs-Data-Mekonza-Corporation
http://www.importgenius.com/search/mekonza
*This one will also show that they have 30 records, and when you check the most recent bill, you see that it is on 9 Oct. It was also delivered to the east coast, with notification to be delivered to somebody else (I don't think they are open on the weekend, so I will call again Monday).
There are a great deal more. If you want to check the free PIERS database, you will have to search by country of export, and browse through the records to find it. If you pay the membership fee, you will get the full details.
Now, maybe he is playing the middle man and has the licenses and connections that everybody else wants. This would explain their high cost of revenue, at the moment. This would also explain why they have had shipments hitting the east coast recently, as well. Either way, still bringing in a significant amount of money to the company with a 10% gross margin.
As for the MMJ, they are stating they are still in product development, to try and release different products. They can have a collective without having a dispensary, and actually just distribute to local dispensaries (which is what I think they intend to, or are already doing). They aren't even claiming that this is a major revenue stream at the moment. Their last edible line, though, was a major flop in Santa Ana. That's why we didn't here a whole lot about it.
So, in conclusion: This stock does have value. The financials match up with confirmation of orders through the bills of lading. I will try to meet with them later on. Otherwise, for now, focus on the numbers that do matter:
Revenue - $11M
Gross margin - $1M
Net Profit - $573K
Assets Value - $1.8M (with $140k in cash)
Liabilities - $589K
Market CAP - $1.1M
This makes for a drastically undervalued company, that should recognize even more profits in the 4th quarter, especially if they launch their MMJ product lines. For now, though, they can sell the crap out of all the seafood they need to bring in the cash.
Definitely keep an eye on out for a new PR, as well. I think one is coming this week, and at least you could play the short game when it comes.
I have not. Going to be up there on the 22nd. They moved offices though. Address and number changes, but still in the same area. I will check it out. I use the technical data to try and pick out stocks with the potential to run. They will work to an extent, with certain signals, but not nearly the application you would get on the higher markets. LATF has great potential, at this price, especially with the revenue reported. You might think that they are a scam, but what confounds me is that they would have to be able to falsify a BILL OF LADING. That comes through US Customs and is an official document that if you check on either the PIERS or Importgenius sites, match up and are validated. So, no matter if he is shipping shrimp into his garage and working out of his home, they are still making an INCREDIBLE amount of revenue, for a start up. And that's what the company states as their main income! So either way, it is still a growing business, because I don't think that they would just throw all those orders in the trash once they get here. That would just be silly.
Definitely agree on the technicals. That's why I am hoping for details on offers on Mekonza, and any newly intended acquisitions to bring the spotlight back on. Today was looking decent on the accumulation, all up until that EOD/EOW offload. Like I said, though, the MM's still held the 9's up, even with the heavy offload. I am curious as to see how this goes on Monday.
The fuses must have gotten wet, go to electric caps! Hahaha
Yeah, some nasty churning, but I am not sure if you want to offload first thing Monday morning. I like to usually wait until Tuesday or Wednesday for news on this one. It is just my thoughts, though. Good luck to you in your trading, and welcome to the game. Lol
There was no dilution today. Share structure remains the same. There were some large selloffs at the end, but not anywhere close to what Losers guy was saying. There was about 50 Million offloaded rather quickly at the end of the day. With it being the end of the week, though, I am not terribly surprised. The MM's were soaking everything up, though, grabbing everything they can at .0009. I really think we are going to see something big next week.
I think he was just saying if there was any shorts they would burn. You are quite correct, though. Not a whole lot of shares shorted over the past few days. Not even much from the MM's, which surprises me as well. Usually, this leads me to believe we have a good chance to run up again. If the a PR comes down about another acquisition, or sale of Mekonza, then it will definitely run. I do agree, not much in the way of shorties here.
LATF does not have 10B shares outstanding. I am hoping that wasn't a serious post.
Anybody catch how large that form-t buy at the end of the day? 12.8M. Looks to be somebody is digging in. I still think a small dip Monday morning and load a few more, then let her run after again.
