LATF can't fake this:

Some links to free import records. This is what I certainly don't think they can fake:

http://www.importgenius.com/search/mekonza

*This one will also show that they have 30 records, and when you check the most recent bill, you see that it is on 9 Oct. It was also delivered to the east coast, with notification to be delivered to somebody else (I don't think they are open on the weekend, so I will call again Monday).

There are a great deal more. If you want to check the free PIERS database, you will have to search by country of export, and browse through the records to find it. If you pay the membership fee, you will get the full details.

Now, maybe he is playing the middle man and has the licenses and connections that everybody else wants. This would explain their high cost of revenue, at the moment. This would also explain why they have had shipments hitting the east coast recently, as well. Either way, still bringing in a significant amount of money to the company with a 10% gross margin.

As for the MMJ, they are stating they are still in product development, to try and release different products. They can have a collective without having a dispensary, and actually just distribute to local dispensaries (which is what I think they intend to, or are already doing). They aren't even claiming that this is a major revenue stream at the moment. Their last edible line, though, was a major flop in Santa Ana. That's why we didn't here a whole lot about it.

So, in conclusion: This stock does have value. The financials match up with confirmation of orders through the bills of lading. I will try to meet with them later on. Otherwise, for now, focus on the numbers that do matter:

Revenue - $11M
Gross margin - $1M
Net Profit - $573K
Assets Value - $1.8M (with $140k in cash)
Liabilities - $589K

Market CAP - $1.1M

This makes for a drastically undervalued company, that should recognize even more profits in the 4th quarter, especially if they launch their MMJ product lines. For now, though, they can sell the crap out of all the seafood they need to bring in the cash.
