As I stated, the "best tech" is subjective. Some of their competitors have GPS location and automatic fall detection in their systems. Is that a bigger benefit than two-way communication through the pendant? That's for the consumer to decide. Yes, advertising is ongoing, but to what extent and how effective it will be is yet to be seen. I will hold judgement on sales results until I see them on the financial statements. Conversion ratios from PRs don't do me any good.
First of all, every point you are attempting to make here is a Micro-Economic principal not a Macro-Economic pricipal. Second, "FAR SUPERIOR" is a very subjective comment. Third, whether or not the infomercials have been "highly successful" is yet to be determined. Finance and partnership OFFERS haven't even been hinted at by the company yet, so where that comes from I have no idea.
Here's are some facts for you: MDHI is almost a month late on their 10Q filing, have been delisted from OTCBB, downgraded to limited information on Pinksheets, and have shown a pattern of unhealthy dilution over the past year.
Really? You mean like this post?

Where was the share price on Feb 17, and where is it now?
Here's a prediction for you. BBDA will be no bid again within 12 months from today.
Please explain to us what macro-economic indicators portend huge dividends for a startup pinksheet company? I am dying to hear this.
Ahh yes, "You only lose if you sell." The rallying cry of pinksheet newbies and pumpers. I wonder how many billions of dollars people have lost over time following that methodology.
Please post a list of brick and mortar store locations where these real products can be purchased. Or better yet, forget the list and just post one single location.
So you supposedly gave an $80k personal loan to a random CEO of a non-reporting pinksheet company? Or did you loan it to the company? Because it's not listed as a liability on BBDA's iron-clad, indisputable, error free annual report.
It is ridiculously obvious that those cans were staged in a closed store after hours. Somebody probably paid the shop owner to let them take a snap a few shots. Why don't any of the pictures show it actually stocked in the drink section next to the drinks that actually sell?
MDHI downgraded to Limited Information on Pinksheets.
Except that a PE ratio is based on EARNINGS, and you are calculating it on REVENUE. EARNINGS =/= REVENUE
Pretty strong floor at $.004. Looks like it will hold above today as the bid has slowly crept back up.
Anybody aware of any news? The bottom has fallen out and it's about to set new 52 week lows.
Odd that the ASD directory doesn't list MR WILLIAMS as an exihibitor and a search for Koma shows that Bebevco was supposed to have its own booth.

LOL. Except that BBDA is broke, so even if we won the lawsuit we'd end up with nothing except a useless trademark.
According to their 100% accurate and indisputable annual report, they have almost $900k in the bank, so dropping a few dollars to renew the trademark shouldn't be a big deal right? RIGHT???
Oh wait, the annual report is full of discrepancies, errors, and blatant fabrications. That's right.
MDHI 10Q, 3 weeks late and counting. There simply weren't enough changes from the prior quarter to justify the delay. Somebody doesn't want the information available to the general public.
Currently there are two "relaxation beverages" available at my local 7 Eleven.

So, there are already two nasty grape soda drinks actually available in stores. Is there really pent up demand for a third?
Man, I just had a flashback to the summer of '09. Before there were 2 billion shares on the market.
Yes, please keep the news about racing stickied so that it remains obvious to new would-be investors what this company is really all about.
I will believe that they sold $1.5 million in product on the day that a CPA signs their name to an audit report attesting that they have verified that information. Until then it holds no more water then any other non-verifiable PR this company issues.
The post I responded to was referring to rising oil prices contributing to solar demand, but let's talk demand in general. The price of coal has gone up a little, but cost of power produced from a coal generation resource is still orders of magnitude cheaper on a per KWh basis compared to solar. There are reasons that solar makes up less than 1% of the U.S. power supply and those are primarily:
1)For a majority of the country solar simply isn't an option due to lack of sunshine.
2)To date, solar panels are not very efficient and it requires significantly more land area to generate anywhere near the amount of power that can be produced by a coal or gas plant.
3)It should go without saying, but as I stated above, compared to other forms of generation solar simply isn't economical.
The success of solar is largely dependent on:
1)Improved efficiency in solar panels. This will increase the economical viability of solar produced power and allow for more efficient use of land.
2)Government regulations/Subsidies. The more the government cracks down on fossil fuel emissions and usage, the more alternative sources will benefit. It is up for debate if these regulations are more helpful or harmful to the general public. I won't get into that here.
3)Environmental conscientiousness/Global warming fear. There are those people, mostly affluent, who are willing to pay the price simply because it helps them feel better. These are the majority of residential purchasers today.
How does all of this impact an individual solar panel installer? Most of it doesn't for the most part. Obviously improvements in panel efficiency will help improve margins. Regional issues don't really impact them as they are going to be selling them in sunny areas. Government subsidies are probably going to be the biggest driver of short-term residential demand, especially in areas like California where the state clearly has a pro-environment agenda.
This is a lot of work to simply say, solar power is not, and will not be truly economical any time in the near future, but that doesn't mean there aren't opportunities for individual suppliers/installers.
Unfortunatley there is no longer a strong correlation between the price of power and oil prices. The major sources of fuel for power plants are coal, natural gas, and nuclear. In the past, a strong rally in oil would drive up the price of natural gas as well, but the huge supply of natural gas that has become available in the shale deposits of the U.S. and Canada have changed that dynamic. While oil prices have climbed to nearly $100 a barrel, natural gas is still trading below $4 per MMBTU. In 2008, as a point of comparison, when oil prices were at or above $100 natural gas was trading at 2-3X today's price.
Yes, and I put no stock into that report until it has been audited by a non-affiliated 3rd party.
Long term game = Sell shares, race, reverse split, repeat.
Definitely. It was the warrants that made the deal attractive to the buyers. The conversion prices should be in the Q1 financial statements, so I guess we'll find out then what the potential impact will be.
I'd still like to know what price the warrants can be exercised at, since they can be exercised immediately.
There was a new 8K filing. $120,000 in equity financing, 4 million shares issued at $.03. They also issued warrants to purchase an additional 7 million at a predetermined price, although I cannot seem to find the price in the filing.

Buying and selling on pumpers and dumpers doesn't interest you, but you want the company to intentionally withold public information in order to keep the price low so that you'll make more money when they release positive information at a later date. Bottomline, they have an obligation to you, the shareholder to publish accurate financial information, regardless of whether it's good or bad, and not doing so puts you at risk of much larger losses in the long run. Good luck with your strategy.
Nope, nobody knows.
So you'd rather them get dropped to Limited or No Information on Pinksheets after they've already been dropped from OTCBB, in order for them to make more money that won't be reported on the Q4 2010 financial statements regardless? That makes tons of sense. You are the first person I've ever seen asking for LESS transparency from a penny stock then they're already getting.
Adding 50 distributors this month alone. Calls coming in every hour from wannabe distributors, investors, customers. He expects sales to double this year and double again in the next six months.
This is EXACTLY what they did and it is EXACTLY what ENRON was doing before they were exposed. This company is a scam and it's management is guilty of fraud. There is no debating this.
If an auditor got within 50 yards of that trash they released a few weeks ago he would probably drop dead on the spot from BS exposure.
BeBevCo continues to receive monumental exposure following the Company's recent transition to fully reporting and transparent.
If you have a significant amount of money at risk then there is no way you could possibly be that nonchalant about how much the OS has increased. Yes, there is an expectation that some occurred, and an increase of 10%-20% probably wouldn't have a huge impact on the pps, but if it's increase by 2X or 3X then you'd be looking at an almost instant plummet to or below .001.
So, if you've just got a couple of bucks in here hoping for a lottery ticket then I can see why you're not that concerned, however if you have a significant investment, as some on this board do, then you should be clammoring for those numbers to be released ASAP.
You say that, but nobody here is able to confirm how much, if any, dilution occurred in Q4 2010. That could very well catch people by surprise if it was significant.
Financial statements must look really bad this quarter for them to be delaying this long. I wonder what the new OS will be when they're finally posted?
Back on topic. There's a pretty significant selloff occurring right now.
