As I stated, the "best tech" is subjective. Some of their competitors have GPS location and automatic fall detection in their systems. Is that a bigger benefit than two-way communication through the pendant? That's for the consumer to decide. Yes, advertising is ongoing, but to what extent and how effective it will be is yet to be seen. I will hold judgement on sales results until I see them on the financial statements. Conversion ratios from PRs don't do me any good.
