I did same yesterday and today!

Was so busy figuring what to sell, selling, then buying nwbo that I haven’t done much else.

Way out on the limb beyond comfortable limit, however we are down to approval risks at this point, and I think there would be a legitimate outrage from patients, their families, and neurosurgeons, if approval isn’t granted asap!

Injustices happen every day so nothing is 100% for sure, and although a loss would be financially impacting, I have to stay the course. As I say to my spouse, I didn’t endure over 12 years of being invested in nwbo, to sell now of all times!

100% no reverse split needed and from past experiences reverse splits more often wipe out investment value than not.

Nwbo has this up list in the bag with two experts on staff and LP.

You think they got this far against a constant existential threat to blow the easy stuff post TLD?

For all we know nwbo may have a different solution available, wink, wink!

I believe nwbo went through the effort to create the C shares for a reason.

Btw I may be at my posting daily limit, until midnight. I don’t keep count and wind up hitting the wall.

I sold long term holdings (those that need to mature into higher revenues and profitability) to pick up more nwbo. Figured the odds of nwbo rising significantly soon is greater than a near term rise in the ones I sold.

We shall see what transpires with nwbo soon enough!

Would be a great reason for delaying the ASM for the positive catalysts, wouldn’t it?

Similar feeling that the FOMO and short covering should boost shares into the close, like starting any time about now-3:40pm in my opinion only.

Here’s some speculative thoughts in return:

1. Maybe they figured they’d save some money since they are getting tremendous exposure due to JA, Sunday presentation, and other positive news pending

2. Maybe the acquirer or partner waiting in the wings feels Nwbo shouldn’t spend more on this sponsorship (btw I think Merck is also a sponsor at the same level as nwbo)

Just speculation, however I would like a Merck BO for Merck shares to avoid taxes and live off the dividends, and get capital gains from share price appreciation.

Probably would make for a great start on a generational family trust!

Just my opinion but the world will be waking up to this new treatment option and be incredulous that it got to a positive phase 3 trial readout in the worst type of cancer before “anyone “ ever heard of it !

I might be dreaming but I can imagine an upswell of interest, realization, and value creation!

I had similar thoughts this morning as I read the JA and listened to the Dr Liau interview.

I also thought of you and thinking that your retirement plans are being realized, as hopefully my plan to build our dream retirement home and be better able to afford it, God willing!

Hopefully this isn’t premature assumption of our rewards, and is a major step towards curing cancer, however it is looking as positive as ever!!!

With my mom passed, and my mother in law approaching 90 and slowing down, our big holiday celebrations are not as big and I’m afraid our traditional customs, meals and dishes, are in danger of fading away.

Maybe when the retirement home is built and we move to Georgia we will be able to host the holidays and revive the old traditions !
