With my type of vision loss, it's tortuous toread something so lon. But I stuck with this amazing article, to the end.
I'm glad that I did.

Hypocrisy is not in the Dims vocabulary. Neither are shame, honor, truth, honesty-----

Bull, thanks for the Terric post!
My problem with Trump is his ego driven mouth. And he showed some really bad judgement in personnel choices.
But on his afenda---Number One!

"ake this stock fast growing"
Fast groing? You're kidding. Right.
* They tested Thiel. Gove no word that they were even tryin to put it into production.
Had Prometheus shut down for a month, with no wordon what they were repairing. Operators don't shut in their best producers for routine repairs, No recent word on it's production.
* The last production reort ws for Green, in July.. As I recall that report was less than 150 bbls.
Fast growing???? When was the last time it was at .14?
B2B
* Are they working on any other of their vast collection of shut in junk.?
Bull, I hope you noticed this was tongue in cheek.
"So I'll let you call the freaking idiot a freaking idiot"
I , in effect called him a freaking idiot..
B2B
I try to not make personal attacks. So I'll let you call the freaking idiot a freaking idiot.

I want to say a few things about Sen Graham's Abortion Bill. First of all, it's not an abortion ban bill, but, as could be expected that's what th Left is calling it as they beat ALL Republicans about the head and shoulders wih it.
I'm not going to talk about the pro & cons of abortion.
I think the timing of this Bill is ridiculous, because it doesn't have a chance of passing, it this Democrat controlled Congress.
IMO, the timing of the Bill will weaken the chances of the Republicans taking control of both Houses.
Graham should have waited until after the Midterms. If republicans take both Houses the chances of a Bill will be far better
This is so obvious that I wonder about Grahm's agenda/motives.
B2B
ppo. thanks for the details. You and I can guess the test was performed, as it was, to be able to fudge in a high number, knowing The Happy Campers would fill in the details, as they have with this oil (oops) gas well.
It's very important to note that no mention was made oof when or if the well would go into production.
With a well capable of consistently producing 800M cu ft a day, thae would likely be working doble shifts to get 'er done.
BTW, Another EOD paint job--
B2B.
"n verified by a third party to have Oil on site"
The Thiel well? If so, make that gas. I know. It's all so confusing.
That $220K/ mo is based on the test flow rate.
The well had been shut in fr a period of time, so naturally, pressure had built. Since the well had been shut in due to a leak in the flow line, the test wasn't done into the flowline. It must have been done to flare.
Operators that want an honest assessment of a test, do it through a choke. No mention was made of a choke.
Tests are done through a choke, because flowline pressures
are limited to the lowest pressure well in the gathering system.
Also, no mention was made on working on the well to put i back in production.
This is yet another example of the nebulous information that The Gyp puts out.

I was caught in a rip tide once. When I realized what was happening, I tried swimming to the beach, then remembered about floating.
I was abut 100 yds from the beach, in about 10' of water. There was a hard, sandy bottom.
A couple of times rollers broke under me, pounding me against the bottom. I can still remember looking up the surface and hoping I would make it there for a breath of air.
Finally a larger roller picked me up and let go of me in crotch deep water. If it had been much deeper, the retreating wave would probably have knocked me down. I was so exhausted, I may not have made it.
When I got in ankle deep water, I fell to my knees, throwing up sea water.

Did any of can catch James Tayor at the Inflation Reduction Act Lawn Party?
Healso went to Paris, with John Kerry, after Obama stood up World leaders marching in support of Farnce following the Muslm Maniac slaughter in the Paris Entertainment District
I'm not making this **t up. Taylor sang "You've Got a Friend"--sort of
Dims ought to dress Taylor in an organ grinder monkey suit ad put him on a leash.

rr, make that "you arecso occasionally right"

I'm declaring the ultimate---You Can't Make This S**t Up
Biden holds a lavish Garden Party on the White House lawn, to "celebrate " the passing of The Inflation Reduction Act ,on the day that the terrible new Inflation Report sent the Dow into a 1000+ tumble
We have the Darwin Awards to .recognize stupid acts that caused deaths. And The Sella Awards to recognize outrageous personal injury awards,
I propose The Biden Awards for outrageous examples of You Can't Make This S**t Up.

In an interview I saw K Harris say The Activist Supreme Court , through their Roe V Wade ruling took away my Constitutional rights.
Where does the Constitution guarantee the right to any kind of abortion, much less late term discretionary abortions ?
It's not that the authors and signers of The Constitution, didn't know what an abortion is. The 10th Amendment, which relegates items not covered in The Constitution, to the States. That's just what the Supremes did with abortion.
K Harris makes thing up as she goes through life.

This is the link to the post I made about Th Constitution.

B2B
I wanted to see how many people signed The Constitution. I wento my computer and entered "Who Signed The Constitution"., on Google. I'm pasting in the first link that Google listed..
The first thing that I noticed is that the word "Constitution " isnever capitalized. As I read the link, I noticed a tone of negativity.
Suspicious me! I don't think any of this is simply coincidental, including Google listing the document first..
I think it's all part of a movement to minimize America._

Signing of the Constitution
The constitution was signed at the constitutional convention in Philadelphia in 1787. While most people there signed it, some refused, seeing the constitution as incomplete and not ready to send to the states.
After the constitution was sent to all 13 states, at least nine states had to sign it for the constitution to become law. New Hampshire was the ninth state to ratify it, giving it legal power.
Dozens of People Attended the Constitutional Convention
The constitution replaced the earlier articles of confederation. After the constitution came the important bill of rights, followed by many more amendments.
Representatives from different states signed the constitution in 1787, some of which are much more famous than others. Many of them were revolutionary war figures, and many achieved other things in American politics.
George Washington
George Washington is the most famous figure in United States history, a revolutionary war general that became the first president. Washington attended the constitutional convention reluctantly, as he had intended to retire to private life. He was persuaded, however, that it was important to attend.
Washington was elected president of the constitutional convention shortly after he arrived. He spoke or said little publicly, and people were not sure of his opinions on the constitution.
However, Washington did play an important role by signing a letter supporting the constitution. Washington’s support made it much harder for those who wanted to minimize the federal government’s power to argue against it. Many private letters of Washington’s, which reveal further support for the constitution, were published without his permission.
Who Signed the Constitution? (constitutionus.com)
A shock for me.
A case of Walmart water that I was buying for $3.50, not long ago, is now $5.84. Probably a combo of freight cost and gouging.

Lots of word salad that's delivered ZERO results!
Typical for The Gyp
B2B
"---with updates, AGYP is going to start moving back up soon."
Why do you think that? How far did it move with the update on the Thiel acquisition, the CEO video, the Thiel tets results?
It's moved alright---down.
IMO, the pink market has looked at The Gyp and don't like what they have seen.
Good luck to almost all. You're going to need it.

Syco, the first photo, of the site, shows thousands of feet of tuping laying on sleepers above bare ground. Production tubing is always covered with oil. That oil drips on the ground.
Under current environmental regs, when preparing to pull all the production tubing , an area is prepped for protection of the ground.
A shallow area ofv dirt is scooped out and then covered with 10 mil plastic sheeting. the plastic is then covered with a thin layer of dirt.
When the tubing goes back in the hole or is moved away, the plastic and the contaminated dirt go to a proper disposal area.
To the left of the well head there was a depression that appears to have been soaked with oil. There is a large hose that was placed there.
In the second photo it is obvious that "dozier"s have been used to remove surface soil
I don't know why you are raising such a fuss. The Gyp has bigger problems.
Prometheus was abandoned in the1990s. Back then it was common to have well sites covered with residual oil. The Gyp cleaned it up.
BTW, "envirronmental damage" is not a topic that I brought to the bord.
B2B
Myth, I'm going to delve into politic. You are the only person, from PA, that I communicate with regularly.
Back in the '70 I spent abo t a year in PA--Lock Haven-Williamsport - Renova. I paid little to politic, back then, However, the people seemed sane
I just saw you rLT Gov/US Senate candidate, John Fetterman. holdin g p a tee shirt with "Fetterwoman across the front.
The most flagrant pandering to the gender neutral loons that I can imagine. The crowd went wild!
Dob you think this idiot has a chance to beat DR Oz?
Okie D
I said "Yep" to almost all of those but this one stood out!
Why do I have to press one for English when you're just going to transfer me to someone I can't understand anyway?
B2B
BCN, have you ever thought about staying closer to the truth? I guess your style comes from reading The Gyp's PRs.
"The proof is there." NO rusted equipment. NO environmental damage."
I did NOT say No rusted equipment. I did NOT say NO environmental damage. I've posted just the opposite
I said there is ALWAYS rusty equipment on wells that have been shut in for long periods of time.
I've said that while there was obvious environmentall damage, but I didn't think it would considered an emergency to clean up.
A quetion for you BCN.
Do you write The Gyp's PRS? I think I recognize your style.
B2B
How can you say tha, crowin? It's only down 11%, on the day and there is plenty of time for the standard EOD Green Paint Jobs!
B2B
"The proof is there."
About "rusted out junk"
Wells that have been shut in for many years, are always badly rusted. Junk is in the eye of the beholder.
I've seen cars thatI thought were "rusted out junk, but with enough WD-40 and bailing wire, they keep on tick'n.
B2B.
'The proof is there.
'
The picture clearly shows that The Gyp put those "doziers" to work.
NOTE. The Gyo put out two PRs where they mentioned "doziers"
They also spoke of Baler County.. There is no baler County, Texas.
B2B
I should have said that the Jews in my dori didn't say that Jews were banned, in the Big 10 schools. They said there were quotas
When I entered high school in OKC, I don't know that I knew what "Jewish" meant.. I went to a fairly large school. , in the day. Graduating class of 500.
As far as I know there were 3 Jews in the school. They were three years apart. They were elected Senior Class Presidents.in '54, '55 & '56
One of them, Mickey Edwards, was elected to Congress.
A pretty good record for a 1950s border line Southern State.
B2B
"Way too low for a domestic oil producing company"
Well, I'd say that how much oil would be a factor in that matter.
B2B
"that once capped Jewish admissions "
When I went to Oklahoma U, in the mid 1950s, I lived ina 52 man dorm. At least 40 were Jews. I asked why that was.?
was told that Big 10 schools capped Jewish students. Favored schools, by Jews were, The U of Missouri and Oklahoma
Have any of you heard that the Big 10 capped Jewish enrollment?
B2B
real, that is a very thoughtful post.
A good start to my morning.
Thank you.

An excellent but long read. I got it ,in an e=mail --from a lawyer. He retired from a majorvUS O&G Company as their VP over Human Resourses. Hethen went back to collegeandgot his Law Degree._____________________________
AN ATTORNEYS' THOUGHTS
As an attorney, I hesitated to forward this as it can be considered to be an indictment against my profession. But I believe there is much truth to the article below. Very thought provoking.
Lawyers are adversarial and are trained to try to win at all costs.
It may work in litigation but does not work well when governing our nation.
Trying to win at any costs creates the polarization and hatred that now fills our country and leaves no room for common sense or legitimate debate.
Every Democrat presidential nominee since 1984 went to law school, although Gore did not graduate. Joe Biden (no surprise) was at the bottom of his class.
Every Democrat vice presidential nominee since1976, except for Lloyd Bentsen, went to law school.
Barack Obama was a lawyer. Michelle Obama was a lawyer. Hillary Clinton was a lawyer.
Bill Clinton was a lawyer. John Edwards is a lawyer. Elizabeth Edwards was a lawyer.
Look at leaders of the Democrat Party in Congress:
Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer is a lawyer. Former Senator Harry Reid was a lawyer.
The Republican Party is different. President Trump was a businessman.
Presidents Bush 1 and 2 were businessmen. Vice President Cheney was a businessman. President Eisenhower was a 5 star General.
The leaders of the Republican Revolution: Newt Gingrich was a history professor.
Tom Delay was an exterminator. Dick Armey was an economist.
Ex-House Minority Leader John Boehner was a plastics manufacturer.
The former Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist is a heart surgeon.
Who was the last Republican president who was a lawyer? Gerald Ford, who left office 31 years ago and who barely won the Republican nomination as a
sitting president, running against actor Ronald Reagan in 1976.
The Republican Party is made up of real people doing real work, who are often the targets of lawyers.
This is very interesting. I had never thought about it this way before.
The Democrat Party is made up of lawyers.
Democrats mock and scorn men who create wealth, like Trump, Bush, and Cheney, or
who heal the sick like Frist, or who immerse themselves in history like Gingrich.
The Lawyers Party sees these sorts of people, who provide goods and services that people want, as the enemies of America.
And so, in the eyes of the Lawyers Party, we have seen the procession of official enemies grow. Against whom do Hillary and Obama rail?
Pharmaceutical companies, oil companies, hospitals, manufacturers, fast food restaurant chains, large retail businesses, bankers, and anyone producing anything
of value in our nation.
This is the natural consequence of viewing everything through the eyes of lawyers. Lawyers solve problems by successfully representing their clients, which, in this case should be the American people.
Lawyers seek to have new laws passed, they seek to win lawsuits, they press appellate courts to overturn precedent, and lawyers always parse language to favor their side.
Confined to the narrow practice of law, that is fine. But it is an awful way to govern a great nation.
When politicians, as lawyers, begin to view some Americans as clients and other Americans as opposing parties, then the role of the legal system in our life becomes all-consuming.
Some Americans become adverse parties of our very government.
We are not all litigants in some vast social class-action suit.
We are citizens of a republic that promises us a great deal of freedom from laws, from courts, and from lawyers.
Today, we are drowning in laws. We are contorted by judicial decisions.. We are driven to distraction by omnipresent lawyers in all parts of our once private lives.
America has a place for laws and lawyers, but that place is modest and reasonable, not vast and unchecked.
When the most important decision for our next president is whom he will appointto the Supreme Court, the role of lawyers and the law in America is too big.
When House Democrats sue America in order to hamstring our efforts to learn what ur enemies are planning to do to us, then the role of litigation in America has become crushing.
Perhaps Americans will understand that change cannot be brought to our nation by those lawyers who already largely dictate American society and business.
Perhaps Americans will see that hope does not come from the mouths of lawyers but from personal dreams nourished by hard work.
Perhaps Americans will embrace the truth that more lawyers with more power will only make our problems worse.
The United States has 5% of the world's population and 66% of the world's lawyers!
Tort or legal reform legislation has been introduced in congress several times in the last several years to limit punitive damages in ridiculous lawsuits such as spilling hot coffee on yourself and suing the establishment that sold it to you and also to limit punitive damages in huge medical malpractice lawsuits.
This legislation has been blocked from even being voted on by the Democrat Party.
When you see that 97% of the political contributions from the American Trial Lawyers Association go to the Democrat Party, then you realize who is responsible for our medical and product costs being so high
