What is the date for getting the divvy - anyone? TIA
Sounds like the management just said "screw the shareholders, we don't need you. We have sold shares to get going and now we will make our money by selling the company out". Gee, thanks!
If Lynch already gave all the money in the PR (3 million), then he got 2 billion shares in return (at .0015), so why would he be buying back? His 2 billion diluted the shareholders by 50% - from 4 billion to 6 billion.
Checkmate, that is equivalent to 6.2 million shares at .003. Was that a good use of resources?
Madtony, I called a nearby vitamin cottage and they could order Rush for me but they only place orders every 5 weeks. So next order they will put it in, but that is way different then having it available on their shelves. They stock lots of other small specialty brands of organic root beer and ginger sodas, but not Rush.
Is it worth $175.00? (or almost 60,000 shares) LOL
Novak is hinting at big things ahead - don't you just hope it is true?
How come ILCO gave back ALL of the uptick?
The PR said the financing wouldn't change the stock price, and it hasn't! LOL....Not effective wording
How in the world would they ever be able to deliver 34 million cases? If someone were willing to make that kind of order they would have to front the money to lease or purchase bottling facilities in Japan or China because there would be no profit left after shipping over there. And they wouldn't be able to fulfill the order until all of that was set up. Does this sound reasonable to you? Quit making up stuff that has no reality to it. Makes this sound like pump and dump.
robtr, Lynch didn't buy any of his shares - he got them at a massive discount for promising to put up some cash and some more later - but we haven't even had the completion of that deal confirmed. Supposed to close the deal end of last week but no news of it yet. That is partly why the pps is down here.
I had a "root beer float" at a health food restaurant yesterday, made with Blue Sky organid root beer. It wasn't as good as ginseng rush or rush cola, but their product is being distributed and ours is not. So they profit and we don't. Too bad that Corr and Lynch are not getting it together for all the billions of shares they have!
If anyone here cares about the business facts: I just got a call back from Vitamin Cottage. They can order Rush products from a distributor in California, but it is a distributor they don't use often and only place orders once every 5 weeks. This is partly due to gas prices for shipping out from California. (I thought the products came from Illinois). Anyway, they would order at my request and they will order next time they place, but it will be that long from now. Obviously there won;t be lots of volume of sales this way, but maybe other custormers will try Rush when they put it on the shelf. But in this situation you won't see huge sales volume and net profit to justify billions of shares of stock.
I don't know what's up here but there sure is action in the volume! Guessing it will go back up with this interest - but we need the financials with profit to really take off. Otherwise it is just this sub-sub action ruled by flippers. Isn't shakerzzz pumping this?
Waterpro, you are showing how really stupid you are. If you cared about your investment instead of trying to pump and sell, you would realize what I am telling you, and it's based on fact. STFU
Okay, you guys think that Rush should be marketed as an "libido builder" today, but last week you were excited about Rush being marketed to PUBLIC SCHOOLS as a healthy alternative to sodas. LOL, LOL, LOL!!!!
Souza, I love your survey - a professional focus group study would not be as well thought out. The frustration I have always had with Rush is that it has NEVER been a question of how good are the products. At one time, Dickens Energy Cider actually made it into grocery stores all over the country and their stock also was quite high. But it tasted awful and not that different than RedBull. I have tried all the energy drinks available at my local groceries, and all of them have a fruit citrus taste that is biting and acidic, and the massive caffeine gives you a boost and crash effect. It is a real no-brainer that Rush and XXX and now the Cola are much better tasting and healthier. The popular energy drinks have as much sugar or more and it is fructose, not our cane sugar - so the sugar criticism is no worry. RedBull does have a diet version but the chemical ingredient list sounds like a toxic waste site! And it tastes undrinkable.
If only it were just about how good the product is! Apple Rush is not the answer because we don't need more variety now, we need a workable business model. Is Lynch the answer? I hoped so when the first PR about him and the brewery came out. But all we have since then is silly fluff PRs and the damaging one....No explanation of exactly how the business will be structured and what Lynch will do for RSHN. By the way, 2 billion shares sold to us suckers at .005 would have raised 10 million dollars of real cash. On the other hand if Lynch would have purchased his 2 billion shares on the open market like we did, the pps would be a few cents at least. It is just too bad that management is letting this big opportunity slip away - we coulda all been rich, even and especially Bob....
Yeah, it would be a shame to bail out at .001 if this thing is finally going to announce revenue - something caused all that volume today, and it wasn't the chart! The market always knows something before us little retail buyers.
vz, it looks to be holding up well, every pause is followed by more volume. Don't know about the chart that was mentioned earlier - didn't think a chart could reallyapply to such a sub-sub...more important to look at volume and so far we have it.
Phish, this much volume can't usually be faked ( is shakerz on it), but we have been tricked so many times before. So far the flippers have won, but one day we mignt get an ipre run.....maybe?
Woouldn't ya love to know if this is real????
Something is up but I don't know what it is!
fdjr - just one big question: does DKGR have any gold?
sling, do you have any idea how many people with good connections and ideas have tried to help Corr just in the time Ihave been in this (since vntb)? How many opportunities he has passed up - but then he let the Myspace fiasco happen and THAT PR is still on the website! This company is a master at snatching defeat out of the jaws of success, and it makes me sick!
This reminds me of last year - announce new products but no mention of how to produce or where the operating capital is coming from. No mention of Lynch lately - bet the deal has fallen through because Bob won't give up control. So he thinks he can do it alone and get cash by selling shares. Heard it all before.
Not-so-funny: why are shareholders trying to answer all the questions that should be clarified by the company? They pr Lynch but not what we really need to know. And you guys are making up the answers you want to hear while Corr and Lynch know what they are actually doing. Why don't they make that public?
To anyone who actually owns stock here: I wish that the additional shares were going to treasury for growth. However, they could grow the company without buying bottling plants right now, just contract for production and get the distribution going across the country and sell product. In Asia they will have to bottle over there to save transportation costs, but that could be done through contracts with local plants just like CocaCola does. But Lynch got the shares - does anyone know how much 2 billion is! If the share price got to one cent again, his shares would be worth 20 million dollars - for an investment of $615,000. No doubt Lynch will get richer than he already is, but what makes you believe that us little shareholders will get any benefit from it? If so, the company must announce that pretty soon while there is still some pps left. Think what happened last year - been here before!
Waterpro, you are showing the world how really stupid you are.
Lynch got 1/3 of the company - so he had to get 2 billion shares, or how else did he come to own that position? Corr didn't give him his own shares, as he still owns 1/3.
sorry ninja, but the 2 billion shares go to Lynch, in return for $615,000, and then, maybe, he will put in another 2.4 million. So he basically got 2bn shares at .0003. Now maybe this would have been okay if they had REAL blockbuster news like Asia or a massive distribution plan for the US with a guaranteed ability to fill those big orders. But to PR only that Lynch got shares and shareholders got nothing so far? You don't need manipulation or evil market makers when you have bad business decisions like this. I think Corr just got robbed by Lynch and so did we. Maybe I should buy shares in a company that makes a product that I HATE, so when the pps goes up I can happily sell out instead of thinking the company is going to do the right thing.
I think that anyone posting how low this will drop has sold to flip - they post what they WANT to happen. So far flippers are winning, but if blockbuster news comes out they will be left in the dust.
Penny, Wal mart is not such a good place to have product, esp. for a small company. Better to be in whole foods and vitamin cottage at first.
See if the market likes having M. Lynch ready to run this company big time!
ILCO is waking up this morning. Could this be the beginning of a new run?
We need some attention from moderators or this board will be as bad as RB.
I'm glad the shareholders are NOT running this company! You can't claim to be a pure health food with all natural ingredients and then put out a diet version with artificial sweetener! What market is this aimed for anyway. I sure hope that Lynch is a killer businessman.
Free, at one time last year, Bob was talking about a low cal soda sweetened partially with stevia, but also with some sugar for good taste. However I don't want another garlic water fiasco by trying something too weird. I know that Rush was successful in the past and it tastes good and different than others on the market.
gamood, expect some weird things to be posted when the filings come out. The share price will respond to perception, excitement, image, promotion, and MOMO. I never imagined 6 billion shares when I started following this back in VNTB days, so I hope that Christie and CO and up to the task. Lynch is a big dog, esp. if he is in with Zell, just hope that some of the money makes it down to us small investors. But don't be too shocked when the bashers have a field day with the recent developments.
gamood, nice sentiment! Have a good weekend and may we all have a great week coming up!Hold your RSHN.
MaryKate, do you like the chart with this close? Good for next week?
